    Keselman Construction Group, Inc
The job was performed in the manner of which I expected from the Kesselman Construction Group. They have completed other projects in my home with the quality of work being excellent. I plan on another major remodel job in the spring/summer of 2019 and will not consider any other company. The price is right and the workmanship is great!

    Neubert Painting
Our project was lead by Ron who was always very punctual and very easy to communicate with. We had our kitchen cabinets painted from oak to white and you would never guess they were even painted . The quality is factory finishined. The cabinets were very greasy and looked outdated. Our kitchen now looks brand new we have gotten so many compliments. We also had the majority of our interior painted and the work is very precise and neat . Very professional and high quality work.

    Borowske Builders Inc
My wife and I could not be any happier with the high quality of work, promptness, and professionalism of this company/Borowske Builders. It was very obvious that the Borowske's have been around for a very long time and NOT some fly by night contractors, that would do sub standard work and leave the homeowners with more questions than answers. When the Borowske's say workers will be at the house at a certain time, they will be there. They even assisted me in updating part of my kitchen, part of it I did the work and bought the materials myself, to save me some money, which was very appreciated. The workers were very professional and I did not have any problems or concerns leaving them unattended in our home.

    Mazco Contractors Inc
It went very well.  Brad and his employees were very professional.  They were on time every morning and completed their work in a timely manner.  They did very good work, and would return on request to do touch up work at no cost.

After many delays on our part due to kitchen remodeling going past due date job was finally started. Brad kept in contact with me and was more than accommodating. Job took 3 days and every room looks great. Painter showed up on time every day and kept everything clean. Just did an excellent job.

    Handyman Connection
Arrived after 9am most days & left early. Never worked a full day. Would leave & I was never sure if they were coming back or not. They supposedly went to get supplies - should have brought with them - both would leave & be gone hours. And what supplies? All they did was use plaster which they should have brought with them. They averaged 2-3 hours/day. We marked problems on the walls/ceiling they should have fixed. They told me patching was extra & would have been done in the prep work before painting & this was not included in their contract. They obviously didn't feel they should do any work on the walls, only ceiling & what they did on the ceiling wasn't straight. Lines not straight & the like. What little work they did could have been done in less than 2 days; yet they dragged it out to a few hours each day for four days! They charged me $149.06 for materials which was only patch; does not cost that much. It's also not anything they need to leave for 'shopping' for hours on end. They wasted a lot of time & padded the bill is what I see. They gave me the excuse one days - they were waiting for the walls to dry. They only did a portion of one wall, which didn't need to dry, & that wall isn't straight & has deep lines & blemishes. They wanted the lights they removed which were new & I said they could have them. That was before I realized what poor workmanship they gave me. I would have let them paint but decided against that when I saw the poor work they gave me. This is an extremely small kitchen with very little wall space. Anyone could skim coat it in one day. I would never use them again. Also the contractor I know who recommended them to me agrees with my complaint against them.

I didn't dislike anything because he did a good job. I thought he's kind of expensive but he got to work right away and he was there for 3 or 4 days. He went right to work and got it all done and whatever needed touching up he touched up and did a nice job on them. He did a really good job cleaning the garage and the shutters looks really nice.

    Alex's Pro Painting Service
What a GREAT job!  This was an extremely tedious and time consuming job.  Our family room is approx. 14x17ft. with 14 windows, 2 skylights, and three doors.  They masked everything off, covered the floor and furniture that was left in room.  They were exceptionally conscientious and professional.  They even vacuumed and helped move some furniture back when the work was completed.  The repair work looks amazing, you'd never know there were issues.  We are exceptionally pleased with Alex's work and work ethics.   We've even asked for quotes for other rooms.   We've always done our own painting but physical limitations prevented us from doing this major project.  Alex's Pro Painting Service was our first experience with this type of service. We would highly recommend them, they were absolutely wonderful.  Thanks Alex.

    BEST BUY PAINTING
I contacted Brad last year for an estimate, among many others, and found that his price was the most reasonable.  He was very responsive and I found him to be very honest in my conversation with him.  He advised me to wait until this year to let the fence "weather" before staining it and was only one of a couple that told me to do that.  I found later, by going to Home Depot, that weathering the fence first is the way to go.  After much deliberation and comparing of estimates, I decided to go with Best Buy.  Seeing them in the Angie's List magazine on a regular basis helped me make that decision.  I sent them a down payment in March to schedule my fence, but it was not stained until July.  Part of that was due to the all the rain that we had this year and we had to wait for it to dry and part of it was that their outside work got backed up due to the rain.  I was not impressed with the original power washing that was done on the fence.  I did not feel that the time spent on it was adequate and that it was done the way it should have been done.  There was still a lot of "gray" left from the weathering and even though i was told it was just the color of the wood from the weathering, I was not convinced.  I talked to Brad about this and he sent his crew out again which resulted in them power washing it a second time.  I noticed that a lot more "gray" came off this time because they went much slower and were much more deliberate, however, I still believe that it could have been better.  Having talked to Home Depot and people that have power washed their own fences, I'm told that it should go back to the original color of the wood and if/when I were to do this again, I would look into alternate ways to power wash before having it stained.
Choosing a color was a challenge for me, partly because of my concern that a light color would not cover the remaining "gray".  However, once I chose it, and saw it on the fence, I realized that it actually does go "over" that gray. There are definite shadows in the fence but they do blend and the color did look nice once done.  I could see while they were staining that the guys definitely knew what they were doing and was comfortable enough to go back to work versus standing and watching them work.  Sean was the lead on the staining and had talked to him a couple of time during the power washing and later the staining.  Throughout the process, Brad, Sean and all the other guys were very respectful, patient and listened to my concerns and did everything they could to alleviate my fears and do what it took to make me happy.  Overall, I was happy with the results and would definitely use them again.  They taped everything off and cleaned up when they were done.  I was very nervous in the beginning but now that I have actually seen their work, I can say that I would definitely use them again.  Brad is very good at returning phone calls the same day, usually within a couple of hours.  And he was really good at talking me through the color selection.  Overall, I was happy with the results and the only reason I went with a "B" instead of an "A" is the power washing and that I felt that there was a very long lag between the down payment and the work being completed.  But as mentioned before, that could have been due to the weather so I'm not holding that against them, but because this is my first experience with them, I don't really know that for sure.  I would recommend them and would definitely use them again.

    Limitless Construction LLC.
Emory and his staff were great. He told us it would be done in five days and he came through as promised. The work was superior, the cleanup went smooth, he took a hard project and made it seem easy. I will definitely use Limitless in the future. John Mathews.
