    Map Construction
Matt and MAP Construction were recommended to me by a contractor friend. We had wind damage to both our house and garage and Matt helped us with the insurance process. Matt handled all my questions and his crew were efficient and very nice. They did a wonderful job and even cleaned up great. We now have a house and garage that look great!

    ANDERSON HEATING & COOLING
It was an involved job. Jamie was very knowledgeable and professional. We discussed and he explained several options, answered all my questions and provided a quote in a timely manner. I did not go with him only because I had a better bid but was definitely considering him for the job.

    Pompeii's Plumbing & Heating Inc
I needed a boiler furnace and current gas furnace removed from our crawl space and a new furnace and AC installed. It would require new duct work to tie into the existing duct work. It was going to take some work which I realized going into this project. The guy showed up as planned, was very pleasant and knowledgeable and understood what needed to be done. I had no problem with him or the visit. My only complaint would be the price he presented to me which was $5000 to $10000 higher than the other estimates I received. It was really outrageous. I feel like he saw a woman, older at that, and figured I didn't know any better, had taken leave of my senses or didn't know how to use the internet to educate myself. Needless to say, they didn't get the job. That was my only complaint which is why I gave them a C instead of an F.

    Sal's Heating & Cooling
Furnace went well. However , when I tried to set up my service calls they gave me a 4 - 6 hr window and canceled. For a furnace clean and check. I wanted Sals because they sold us the product. Also I wanted them so I had a consistent maintenance co. Disappointed with that aspect of my purchase. Customer service is what I want after the sale.

AWFUL. The work done is fine, the customer service between the office staff and most importantly the owner is horrendous. It started with a simple email asking the generic email box where the misunderstandings were and why things were not happening how they were supposed to be and it turned into the owner emailing back and forth pointing fingers at everyone including his customer spending thousands on work to be done. We went with the extra work of an electrical upgrade and this was stated when they called to see if we were going with their company. The technicians got to the house and had no idea, we received a call from the office that day as well with someone asking because they also didn't know and we were told that the day after I confirmed to schedule the appointment (days before they got to the house) that the estimator told them we were doing the upgrade... Still no one knew. We were also told it was a 90% chance the work would be done in one day only to find out days later that the person who told us that is not knowledgeable enough to answer those kind of questions. Later in the conversation it was followed up with saying they didn't know until the day after they told us this that it would take longer and yet no one called to discuss this with us. They refused to give us our military discount because the estimator wouldn't request it due to us already getting a "good deal". They also forgot to have us sign any paperwork before the work started. This was found out after I requested our 5% a second time due to all the errors and the awful experience we were having and Sal said no because we already signed the contract. Unfortunately for him, we did not, but they made us sign without the military discount anyway. Sal has continued to insult me as a younger home owner for not being educated (on another review I gave), but that to me is something his company should have done because no, HVAC is not my career choice. At the end of the project we received a letter in the mail addressed to the previous homeowner who I bought the home from THREE YEARS AGO. I took the risk and opened the letter due to who it was coming from and us just having work done this week. It was what I thought and just another error on Sal's part. The disorganization of this company is appalling and I highly suggest you go with someone else for a much better experience.

extremely well. Problem arose on a Saturday night. Called my regular furnace/ac people and was told they wouldn't be able to do anything for me till next day and I was lucky that it wasn't to cold out that eve(20's). Anyway called Sal's at 3:00pm and was told they put me on schedule for that day. Received a call at around 7pm and was told a tech would be at my house at 8pm. Arrived on time and started on my furnace. Anyway a bird somehow had gotten in my furnace and was stopping contacts from initiating furnace cycle. Anyway was fixed and tested. Very professional and thorough. Received a follow up call on Monday to see if everything was alright.

    Baz Heating & Air Conditioning
Woke up to 59 degrees and the furnace not working on a brutally cold day. Called Baz and explained the symptoms. They arrived earlier then estimated, within 1 1/2 hours, that was awesome considering how busy they were. 20 minutes later it was fixed and running. We have used Baz for all our heating and cooling needs and have never been disappointed.

    HABEREK PLUMBING & HEATING
They installed it last October. They also do all our maintenance for our furnace which they installed four or five years ago. They were right where we needed them to be compared to the others, they were right there. It was about $6000 with installation. There were some issues about running the lines into the house from the previous air conditioner and they really cleaned up and fixed it up. The electric bills are certainly more manageable with the new unit. It certainly is more efficient. They worked around our schedule and were easy to deal with in that regard. They were here when they said they would be. They cleaned up after themselves, and except for seeing the new unit you would never know theyd been here. We use them every year for maintenance on the furnace and the air conditioner. We will definitely use them again.

    HABEREK PLUMBING & HEATING
We called them back in April because we needed them to start it up. Because in October you couldn't really start it. They came back and started it up for us. It was easy, painless and quick. There was no cost it was part of the installation. The unit they recommended even with the other issues worked out really well. They were responsive. They're the company we use for heating and air. Actually, we also use them for plumbing.

Tech told me I needed 3 pounds of refrigerant @ $149 a pound I don't know anything about air conditioners so I said ok fill it up and I found out later from a coworker that if you need refrigerant you have a leak the technician never mentioned a leak to me so I called the same day as the service and they said they would get back to me this morning no surprise they didn't call yet and it's now after 2 pm
