Went great! This is first time I've had to hire someone to watch my cat. Ed came with the sitter several days before to meet me and explain how everything worked. Molly is somewhat skittish so I was concerned leaving her with a stranger coming in. But she did great! Katie was the sitter and she texted me each time she came and even sent me a picture so i was reassured she was in good hands. Would not hesitate to use again. :-)

Bartels Busack Pet Hospital Resort & Spa
I will not step foot in this place any longer and I tell everyone I come in contact with to avoid this vet practice. My dog was sick-charged over $2000 which included a surgery. The stiches internally broke and my dog bled out and died in my home. They were not interested in helping with the cost at all. Overpriced facility!

The Barkley Pet Hotel & Day Spa
I love walking into the Barkley Pet Hotel and Day Spa; it is the cleanest smelling boarding facility I have ever encountered!  I have complete peace of mind knowing my dog, Lucy, is going to be in a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment.  It is a beautiful oasis for pets and I have appreciated receiving a text of Lucy having fun while I am on vacation!

North Royalton Animal Hospital Resort & Daycare
Very knowledgeable and professional staff, answered my questions completely and really knew their stuff. I didn't realize that they won first place in National Award for best practice. Very reassuring and I would definitely use them in the future.

    The Mutt Hutt
The new staff working here is terrible. They are unprofessional and rough with the dogs. They are overbooked and crowded now and apparently don't like it when the dogs play rough. I was told my dog is too high energy and dominant. Apparently she didn't hurt anyone or any other dogs but after coming over a dozen times last year, this new staff said she shouldn't return. We are looking for a new place now. This place has gone way down hill.

    Debbie Doggie Service
Debbie is a responsible dog sitter. She relates well to our pets and they love her. She watches our pets in our home, which is more comforting for them. I consider Debbie very trusting and honest. She will even spend the night in your home if that is your preference. I recommend her without reservation .

She's totally excellent.  She is always available and, in fact, on a Saturday our dog tore her ACL.  They weren't working that day but they were in the office doing paper work and she let us bring her in that day for x-rays.  She is phenomenal and I can't say enough about her.  She is very personable, thorough and extremely reasonably priced.  She is very available.  Just for routine visits it is $40 so it's very reasonable.  I have a younger female dog and even to neuter her was very reasonable.  We have a male Husky and to have him spayed was under $300, so she is very reasonable.

I used to board my dog at Metrobark 2 - 3 times per year and liked the service very much. However, I made an appointment to board in June and never received a confirmation. I called several times and left messages which were never returned.

Kelli took our puppy for boarding when our sitter had to cancel right before our trip. He will not sleep in a crate and everyewhere I called would not take him because he was either too young or they would crate him at night. Kelli had us bring in our puppy for an evaluation and agreed to let him stay and he loved it. The pictures and video on Facebook helped relieve our anxiety about leaving him. Even though the facility is about 40 minutes from my home, I still try to take him once a week for daycare because he loves it. I have several other facilities near my home that I did not think were as people or dog friendly. K-9 Kingdom is a low frills facility but my dog doesn't care if there are cute pictures on the walls, and we know the staff treats him well.

My Collie got very sick and we had no idea what was going on with him.  I called and they got him in right away and the doctor had to kind of act on some immediate bloodwork and her best gut instinct since he was in such distress. Used three meds and took about two days before he started to finally turn around with this illness but I do believe they saved his life and I am really happy I went there
