    Keifers Construction
Well planned precise, punctual, great crew had repaired where needed, cleaned up after every job took time to explain now, why and what materials used. Worth every penny gave us continuous up dates, listened to our needs.

    Solid Ground Construction
We had very high expectations when, after multiple meetings discussing our requirements and budget constraints,  we were given professional blue prints of our project and a detailed contract.  However, our project started out poorly when the person hired to do the excavation for the footers and foundation messed it up completely.  The entire thing was out of square by nearly a foot - and had to be re-dug and re-poured.  The contractor fired the concrete sub-contractor (it wasn't his fault - but he told us that the excavation was out of square and by how much) for telling us the truth.  Our contractor wanted to "manage the message", which I believe meant not telling us.  Project management was terrible.  Sub-contractors would show up at inappropriate times and have to be postponed (ex. someone came to install flooring before the kitchen cabinets were in, so the flooring guy was pulled off the job and guys were sent to hang cabinets, however because they were not expecting to complete that portion of the job, they arrived unequipped with proper tools to do the job).  On multiple occasions, workers were pulled off of our job to work elsewhere.
The workers were sloppy, leaving construction debris all over the yard and not cleaning up after themselves.  Each subcontractor had to clean up after the person who worked before them before they could get started.
The main power line into the house had to be moved to accommodate the addition, and it was left too low (barely above 5 ft off of the ground) for more than two weeks.
We  had several contract disputes, for things that were clearly written into the contract.  We are reasonable people and didn't expect anything for free - not time, not materials, not labor) or beyond our contract.

    PETROS HOMES INC
Petros builds a quality home, for the amount of money we spent, it shows in the craftsmenship of the contractors, Petros Homes hires. Any call backs we had for repairs were taken care of in a timely manner.

    COUNTRY HOMES OF AMERICA
HE HAS TAKEN MONEY WHICH WE CAN'T GET BACK. THE WORK WAS STARTED LAST MAY AND THE HOUSE IS STILL STANDING UNFINISHED, IT IS A SMALL HOUSE. THE CARPENTER WOULD SHOW UP SPORADICALLY, SOMETIMES NOT FOR WEEKS, AND THE OWNER MADE A LOT OF PROMISES THAT WERE NOT KEPT. WE'VE MADE MANY ATTEMPTS TO RETRIEVE MONEY WE'VE PAID HIM AND HE HAS NOT BEEN RESPONSIVE.

    MENDCO CONSTRUCTION
Mendco is a wonderful company to work with. They are reliable, responsive and very detail-oriented in everything they do. I would have absolutely no hesitation to call on them again.

    Ryan Homes
Easy transaction in the beginning, salesman a little confused with transaction and allowances. Not satisfied with house siding. Not very flexible with changes in blueprints after signing papers.
