They did not finish the job and they did not refund me $3500 as the judge put against him to reimbursed. Which he said he would but he did not and he did not showed up to court and I was unable to track him down.

Clink Builders & Contracting Co Inc
After speaking with Bill Clink during the estimate phase, I knew right away that I would be hiring his company for the work. He went above and beyond in explaining what needed to be done, and WHY it needed to be done a certain way. He provided literature explaining the correct method in which the house needed to finished in order to provide maximum water protection. Throughout the entire process, Bill and his crew were more than willing to answer my questions and make sure that I understood exactly why they did things a certain way. I highly recommend Clink Builders and will be referring their services to all of my clients in the future.

I love my new deck! I was very impressed by Deckmasters' service. Terry was so easy to work with. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His workers were terrific. My deck looks great, is very well constructed. I recommend them highly.

The Deck Doctor House Medic & Painting Too
Great. I have used Deck Doctor for as long as I have had my deck-15 years. I wouldnt think of using anyone else. His team does a great job and uses high quality product. People comment on how good my deck looks. I believe his product helps preserve the integrity of my deck.

    Deckmasters
It overall went well. Terry was generally very responsible. The start date that he initially gave wasn't accurate, but we weren't in any rush to get it done. The deck looks great, we look forward to enjoying it next year. There was issue where the custom vinyl awning type thing that we ordered wasn't there in time and so we had to wait for it to get delivered. Crew was clean and professional and kept to themselves.

    Dream Decks LBC Construction
Poorly. I corresponded with Andy a number of times. Two different times, he scheduled an appointment and then forgot about it. The first time, I was like, "OK, no biggie- it could happen to anyone." He apologized and said, "I will make it up to you I promise". We made another appointment, via text messages. The day of the appointment, I waited at home. Still nothing. An hour and a half after when he said he'd be here, I texted him and he hurriedly called me back and said that he forgot but if I was willing to wait he'd be on his way over. To be honest, I was fuming mad, but I wanted to see what they could suggest or offer, especially compared to my other quotes. So, I invited him to come anyways. Meeting Andy was relatively good experience. I talked to him about the other quote that we had gotten, not giving the specific price. He was friendly and apologetic. After telling him what we were looking for, he took measurements and made a 3D representation on his computer showing what the deck would look like. Honestly I was pretty impressed. The quote came in at $1000 less than the best competing offer, from DeckMasters (who thoroughly impressed me with their honesty and professionalism). Days went by and I didn't get an email from them with my "official quote" so I texted Andy and he finally sent it. I had a question and replied back requesting a picture showing what the finished mini-pergola would look like, so I could compare apples to apples. I am still waiting for his reply, a full week later. In the meantime, I talked to DeckMasters who dropped their price by $500 and now have my business for what will be a $14.6K job. It may not be a $350K deck like Andy was talking about, but it isn't small potatoes either. I don't doubt that Dream Decks can build a decent deck, but the quality of their sales force makes one wonder if they have too much on their plate at once. Hope they can get their house in order before dissatisfied potential customers tarnish their sterling ratings.

    Fireplace Shoppe Of Northfield
They had a different crew for that. They did a partial job. Fortunately, I did not pay the full balance, I only paid half. He was really dragging his feet trying to get it finished. He came to the house and said look, you owe me the remaining balance. I told him, he was 2 months late on the project, so I will send you a check 2 months from today. I was going to treat them as they did me. I was upset. I had to have them come out and redo some things on that front porch. He left wood exposed, didn't cover it up and didn't caulk a bunch of places. It was a mess.

    The Power Wash Guy Ltd
Absolutely horribly! Mitch Verbic, the owner, is an embarrassment to the industry. After giving an estimate and scheduling work, he failed to show up, call us or return our calls for two weeks after he was to start work. After starting work, he and his crew abandoned the job for over a week, and the job was finished nearly a month after promised, During that time, items his crew left on the lawn killed the grass since it was there for so long. To make matters worse, he painted over all the hardware AND painted over the LED lighting on the deck! He finished near the end of September and by the next March, the deck was peeling. After months of trying to get in touch with him, including emails, calls, certified letters and notification from the BBB and Attorney General, I finally was able to reach him. He said he did a poor job because my wife, who he verbally assaulted, "wasn't nice to him". He went on to say it wasn't him, but instead to product he used as the reason why it was peeling., In order to avoid a lawsuit, he offered to refund the amount we paid him. But that's all he did,...offer....because he never followed through with the refund and now won't return calls from me or any of the agencies who are attempting to contact him. One more thing I thought was odd. He called me out of the blue, harassed me and accused me of trespassing on his property, saying he knows I was on his property and is going to go back and look at his hidden camera footage! In addition to being a very poor business man, Mitch Verbic seems to be mentally unstable as well. I'd recommend steering clear of him.

    Tab Property Enhancement LLC
The job was started and finished in the time frame that was given to me. There was a large crew on the job, all of whom were very friendly, hard-working and willing to do whatever it took to make sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the job. Trace was always a phone call or text away if I had any questions or concerns. For the size of the job I expected it to take a lot longer than it did. I would highly recommend Tab Property Enhancement, it's hard to find companies these days where customer satisfaction is top priority
