Clink Builders & Contracting Co Inc
After speaking with Bill Clink during the estimate phase, I knew right away that I would be hiring his company for the work. He went above and beyond in explaining what needed to be done, and WHY it needed to be done a certain way. He provided literature explaining the correct method in which the house needed to finished in order to provide maximum water protection. Throughout the entire process, Bill and his crew were more than willing to answer my questions and make sure that I understood exactly why they did things a certain way. I highly recommend Clink Builders and will be referring their services to all of my clients in the future.

    The Plumbing Source
Plumbing is now working well. Will see with time if that took care of the problem completely. Andrew was the lead plumber and was wonderful to work with. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Price was high but did not seem unreasonable for the amount and detail of work done.

    M&R Construction
This contractor is not licensed in anything. Not bonded, not insured at time of services as advertised. FIled a BBB complaint no response. Stole tools from our house, stole a gun, created a huge mess in the house, and cut our carpet, created a ton of damage. Turns out the guy was arrested on a ton of felonies right in the middle of working for us and stopped caring to finish the job. By far the worst person we have ever met in our entire life, we filed an Ohio Attorney General case and pending litigation for shoddy work and damages he admitted to in writing. He took 29,131.00 from our bank accounts and left us with hilariously bad work. This guy takes pictures of work he didn't do and claims it as his own. He's hilariously bad at his job and honestly he needs to turn his life around. Our family was warm, accommodating, and kind to him. In return, he stole from us, ruined our property, threw glasses, and didn't finish the job. If anyone uses him ever- buyer beware!!! We actually own a successful construction company and should have known better. It's embarrassing to show off his work, but we have tons of before and after pictures, and it's sad to say, the "after" is worse.

    Ohio Junk Force
Henry and his Junk Force crew removed the cabinets, sink and countertops from our kitchen.  They tore off stubborn brick veneer wall covering, which covered most of one kitchen wall and all of the soffits.  It was actually half-inch thick brick adhered to the wall with a tar-like material that required the use of hammers to smash it out.  What made the whole procedure even more challenging was the fact that it was attached to plaster lathe with steel mesh.  Finally, we decided it was easier just to cut the affected areas out, but the soffits, being constructed of solid wood, still required sheer muscle to knock this stuff off.  This is the second time I have used Henry's services for demolition work.  So far, they have gutted our bathroom, kitchen (completely removing one wall during a previous visit), and a good portion of the basement, and cleaned out the attic, which is the original job I hired them to do. Simply put, Ohio Junk Force is the only contractor one ever need hire for this type of work.  They provide professional service at very reasonable rates, they are prompt, they are courteous, they don't waste any time, they work furiously, and they completely clean up their mess, which isn't always that easy  Plus, you cannot find a nicer guy than Henry anywhere.  I give these guys the highest recommendation with complete confidence.  I just wish every contractor was as dependable as Ohio Junk Force.

    Adelios Contracting Co
For years we had, had moisture problems on two sides of the basement where there is poor outside drainage. We had a number of contractors look at the problem and felt that Adelio's proposed the best solution. The work involved digging down to the bottom of the footer, replacing the drainage pipes, adding two clean out ports, repairing the walls, applying an elastomeric coating, adding foam board insulation, replacing the old window wells, backfilling with gravel, and finding and repairing a detached outlet pipe.
The job couldn't have gone better. The crew was very professional and hard-working. Their supervisor checked in once or twice a day to make sure everything was going well and to answer any questions. Great care was taken to prevent any damage to our lawns. While digging, the backhoe slightly damaged the siding of our house. The operator informed me immediately, and the company sent out a contractor to do the repair.
As home owners we have done to have a number of major projects done over the years. Adelio's is one of the best contractors we have worked with.

    Integrity Contracting Inc
It went extremely well. The best part was there was no drilling involved. Looks great and I did not have to do a thing. When they left it was clean and the sidewalk looks like it was when it was originally installed. Great people to have them do any leveling you need.

    Ace Basement Waterproofing
THEY DID THE JOB. BUT IN APRIL OF 2014, THE BASEMENT WAS LEAKING AGAIN IN THE SAME SPOT. I CALLED TO COME  INSPECT THE BASEMENT WALL AGAIN,WHICH THE SON DID. HE TOLD US HE WAS GOING TO COME BACK AND INSPECT THE RAIN GUTTERS AND SEWERS TO MAKE SURE EVERTHING WAS CLEAR. WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AFTER THAT. I CALLED THE FATHER TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON,HE MADE ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES, WHY THEY WOULDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM.THEY SAID IT WAS COMING FROM OUR GUTTERS. WE HAD SOMEONE COME OUT TO INSPECT THE GUTTERS, AND THEY SAID EVERTHING WAS CLEAR.THE WALL LEAKS ABOUT 4FT FROM THE FLOOR. THE 20YR. WARRENTY DOES NOT MEAN A THING.

    B McDermott Plumbing Co
On a Saturday afternoon we found water backing up from the drain in our basement and called Ben Franklin Plumbing aka B. McDermott plumbing.  They came very quickly. Not being able to snake the line successfuly, had to bring in a crew with a camera on it, who also arrived in a very timely manner.  They found the break and had to schedule a crew to back hoe the frozen front yard for the following Tuesday.  I asked if they could change it to Monday since Tuesday was Christmas eve and we planned on having company and were worried it might take longer than anticipated and would not want to be without water.  They made a few calls and a crew was there first thing Monday morning.  Everyone we had contact with were very courteous and professional and made us feel our problem was important to them.
