    Not well. When I called I asked if the advertisement I received in the mail would apply to my car. The young lady assured me that it did. I questioned her and said it always costs more due to the fact that the engine in my car is high performance. She didn't ask anybody and seemed impatient with me questioning her. She assured me that the price was $37.95. When I got the bill it was $33.71 more because my engine required more oil than the 5 quarts that was on the advertisement. I don't mind the fact that they charged for the extra oil, what I do mind is the attitude with the initial phone call. The tone taken with me when I said that is different than quoted. The condescension when explaining to me that my care was different than the average car (which is why I asked twice in the first place). I knew that and obviously she didn't. Then after she knew I was not happy she hands me a New Customer Referral Card. Clueless! Don't you just hate it when people treat you like a ******* then get impatient with you as they screw up their job?

    Their facilities have always been clean and the staff very courteous, they've always been professional and punctual, and always got me in on time. Their prices are better than those around them, it's a good place for anyone to go for automotive services.

    For oil change it was about $65 and the inspection for the state was $85. I trust the dealers versus going to other service providers that are non-dealers. I've had issues with them in the past, whereas the dealers were always very upfront and honest about everything.

    Perfectly! We have gone there for over 15 years and would not go anywhere else! They are honest and do great work, which is all you could ask from a service provider! If you are looking for a mechanic you can trust, go to Fuerst!

    I use them for all my car services. I dropped it off overnight. They do the work that day, and I will normally pick it up around noon the next day. They are not very pushy with sales. I drop it off and tell them what I want, and it is totally up to me.

    It was pretty good. It was done on time so they didn't keep me there for a long time. The service was free. I asked for a vehicle that had been discontinued, it was a 2015 Venza and they had to find one for us. They got one within a couple of days. They were able to find exactly what we were looking for and I got a really good deal on it. The after part of the sale which is usually traumatizing actually went a lot better than I thought it would. It wasn't terribly high pressure. I also got some auto detailing done. This was the first time I used this auto dealer. They were very responsive and accommodating.

    Bob and Rick are top-notch. Professional, efficient, and honest. They are never condescending or make me feel dumb when talking to me instead of my husband. They are also great supporters of North Royalton Schools, especially Valley Vista PTA. We are very fortunate to have such great corporate neighbors. Highly, highly recommend!

    I had been worried about brakes since last fall.
    I called Royalton Auto at 9am and had an appointment same day at 10. The desk receptionist (Emily), was extremely professional and was a pleasure to speak with.
    When my car was serviced I was informed I needed brakes and I had the choice of parts. (higher end or factory end)
    I was surprised I was offered a complimentary car and drove home will my car was being worked on. I was called around 130 that same day to pick up my car as the work was completed.
    Every one I was in contact with was very professional.
    The waiting area was comforting and they had information on maintaining the vehicle in a binder. (Nice!!)
    I am no longer worried about my vehicle.
    Best expierence I have had with a auto shop in my lifetime. I know were I will be going from no on!!

    They did a great job. I've used them before and they always do a great job. They were the lowest bid -- cheaper than the dealership. Scheduling was no problem at all. They're very professional there. There was one other thing that the car needed and they were going to find the part at a junkyard. I've not heard back from them on that -- I'll probably call them here soon.

    Fuerst Auto is great- Rick answers the phone and he is so nice and professional. They are always on time, accurate in estimates, and never make me feel dumb. Going to an Auto Repair place as a wife/mom often feels patronizing or like you are being taken advantage of- I have never felt either of those at Fuerst. Highly recommend.
