    Kettering Hospital
My father struggled in ICU for a month. When it was clear he wouldn't pull through we had to decide when to pull life support. The doctors and nurses could not have been more supportive. They took time to answer all our questions and we're very patient. When the time finally came, they made sure we had privacy and could stay as longas we wanted. They even brought up a big cart with coffee, drinks, and a lot of food and snacks so we wouldn't have to leave. They made a very difficult time as bearable as possible. It was very peaceful and I can't thank Kettering enough for their support.

    Dublin Methodist Hospital
I was taken back into the E.R. right away and put into a private room. The tests began immediately and the staff seemed very nice and caring. They did their very best to keep me comfortable and find an answer for me. The staff that transferred me in between tests were also very nice and friendly. I did not meet anyone that was not kind. We had some issues with the nurse call button going off by itself and within an hour they had a technician in there and it was fixed. The E.R. is SUPER quiet. I commented on how quiet it was and they told me that there was a 3 hour wait in the E.R. at that time, with a patient that was just life flighted in and a full set of E.R. rooms. I was shocked! I felt like I was the only one there and there was no madness or frantic nurses running around or screaming people. It was amazing. After the E.R. could not figure out my issue, they admitted me overnight. The room was private and the on call neurologist and floor doctor were both very nice. They worked hard to figure things out! My room TV did not work and they had maintenance in there trying to fix it within 10 minutes of us letting them know. It was not a big deal to me, but it was important to them. They really took great care of us.

    GOOD SAMARITIN HOSPITAL
They take such good care of me. They are all A's from the Emergency Room right up to the patient's private room.  They are caring and prompt.  The training and education of the staff and the nurses are great!  The patient care technicians are very caring and thorough.  They are all just really good people.

    Sycamore Medical Center
They were excellent. I had heard horror stories about other places and they were terrific. They were very thorough and consistent in making sure that they had the right treatment for the right patient and always identified me positively when doing anything. They were responsive 24 hours a day. Their interest in the welfare and well being of the patient was just excellent. They were very personable. I was in the surgical ward 5 times from July to October and they were excellent every time. The nursing staff stood out. At every change of shift the new nurse and nursing assistant came and identified themselves and wrote it on a white board. They made sure to check back on everything. They always filled any requests I had. They were wonderful. They guessed wrong three times on the treatment but that was not their fault. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I like this hospital. They were very responsive. Any time I needed a nurse they were right there. The nurses checked on him constantly. I felt like they treated us like close family. We have always had good experiences with this facility. They have good doctors. It is a great facility. They have programs available for senior members. The staff is fantastic. The doctors are very caring. This is the only hospital I will use.

    Miami Valley Hospital South
In the first five minutes of my first appointment the Physical Therapist, Jaime Rodman, knew what was causing my pain and how we were going to work to fix it. Over the next three months he adjusted my back, taught me exercises to relieve my pain and regain my strength, and most importantly taught me how to do my job without hurting it again. He is an excellent teacher and able to easily explain everything that was going on and how we were going to work to fix it. He has extensive experience in his job and is able to use that experience to device the correct plan of treatment for your injury. The Sports Medicine clinic is comfortable and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. Even though I hope to never need his services again, I would not consider going anywhere else for Physical Therapy.

I wasn't seated more than ten minutes and the nurse came to the door and called my number. You are given a folder to take with you. On the front is a large number. I went in and was taken directly to the room for the test. The nurse was very kind and friendly and put me at ease. This test is not difficult. I did not even feel when she put the needle and IV in my arm needed to add whatever they need during the test. The equipment is so new and up to date and when you are lying down and look up, there is a beautiful scene of flowers and clouds. The test went very quickly, for my particular test, I did not have to remove my clothes, only arrange things for the pictures. It was not uncomfortable at all and the room and the nurses made it great. I have been in this hospital before going through emergency and believe me, everything is the same, and I always hated going to the ER anywhere. Not here, great hospital and great people if you have to go to a hospital. It is i a great location too, right on Wilmington Pike close to Centerville, Kettering, Oakwood, Bellbrook, Sugarcreek Tshp., almost anywhere, really worth the drive believe me even though I live only 10 minutes away. When the test was over, I went back to the waiting area where my husband waited for me. He was surprised at the time involved. When we got back to the front entrance to leave, there was a young man who asked us if we would like a ride to our car. They have a large cart that will take you there. We declined because it was such a nice day and we were parked so close. From beginning to end, you are treated almost royally and leave with a very good attitude. I , for one, never liked going to hospitals but if you have to go, Miami Valley South is worth the trip. Ask anyone who has been there. My granddaughter had to go there from Middletown Ohio even though her doctor is in Middletown, this was the only hospital close that had a doctor and did the particular test she needed. She is 15 years old. My son said they got the same treatment and he was really impressed with Miami Valley Hospital South. God Bless all of the doctors and the staff at this hospital and to the many people who helped to build it in a southern area for all to use!

    Miami Valley Hospital
They were good all around. They were above average. It was the same doctors and everything but the difference was one was a hospital and the other was a hospital that had been renovated just for office spaces and it seemed friendlier. There were more people at Miami Valley that helped take care of me instead of the other one, which was under manned.

They are close and convenient. I had open heart surgery done at the main hospital and am very pleased with everything.
