    Cousino Electric Ltd
Need Lucas county inspection done Hired company to do some electrical work. I tried to contact contractor for two days after work was Completed to talk to him about final inspection to be done by Lucas county. Inspector shows up at property with no warning and says he won't do inspection until plumbing electrical and structural is all completed. We got final bill from Cusino's electric and we refused to pay until final inspection is done. He has threatened us with lien and attorney we want him to do the final inspection on HIS WORK. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS U CAN GET. WE HAVE CURRENTLY FILED A COMPLAINT WITH BBB AND HAVE GOTTEN OUR ATTONEY INVOLVED. Stop and ask yourself. I could be wrong but why would I take the time to post a review and if Im right about my complaint do you really want an experience with a contractor like we have had Im sure u will hear a reply based on past reviews that I have read on the internet that is a bad review they never except any responsibility everyone is wrong except for them

    Cousino Electric Ltd
Cousino Electric was able to run a line from my main circuit breaker box to my garage. The line was surface mounted to the house in an area that already houses the air conditioner, sprinkler box, etc. The exterior part of the job looks very sturdy, secure and unobtrusive. The line enters the garage wall through an exterior wall and connects to the wall charger. The interior portion of the installation is also well done. I was told that the amperage could be adjusted if I have any problems while charging. The end result was a very clean, professional installation.

Bad!!!!over priced. Sub all thier work out. Dynasty did not do a single thing. Short on materials. Did not pay the sub contractors that did the work. Poor attitude. Bad estimate on materials and price. Very pushy. Said they were bbb accredited and they are not. Anytime u call the Secretary knew nothing or where brian wilcox the owner or steve the supervisor was. 1 story ranch took amonth to due. Very pushy 3 weeks in i went to the office to see when it will be done. Said dont worry about it there is no end date. Just all out poor company. The subcontractor that did the work was superb but unfortunately dynasty refused tonpay them after all thier hard work. They are scam artist and beware!!!

    Schwind Electric Company
The work varies in quality from very good to "could have been done right with better communication" (e.g., electrical boxes installed 1/2" shallower than drywall so their edges will crumble over time, armored cable run through a kitchen cabinet behind a drawer instead of a couple of inches to the right where it wouldn't be hit by the drawer's opening and closing). All of the electricians doing work have been professional, but the owner advised, "Burn it down" for my c. 1900 house. (It's a nice house in good shape; he just doesn't seem to like old houses--or to have a good sense of what to say to homeowners.)
Invoices are not itemized and, in my case, the invoices have not always reflected the work list accurately, but even so, pricing seems fair considering hours required to complete the work. Communication is a weak point, both between office and customer and between electricians and customer. All in all, Schwind provides fair to good work with some annoyances and problems as part of the package.

Tin Man Heating & Cooling Inc.

Terrible. I bought the new a/c & furnace from Tin Man in the summer of 2012. The salesman "Chris" sold me an a/c unit that was apparently not the correct size because on the day it was to be installed & the workers were here with it, they had to send it back & order a new one because it didn't fit with the furnace. I still do not know to this day if I have the product I paid for...No one will tell me or prove it to me. Show me the paperwork.

That isn't the worst part. My a/c has never cooled my condo since they installed it. It has never gotten within 12-14 degrees of where I set it until this July, when they finally got it within 6 to 10 on a cooler day. If it is over 76 degrees, forget it! They told me it shouldn't expect my a/c to get but within 10 degrees of what the outside temperature is. How crazy is that? I called for a repair man repeatedly but nobody could fix it. I repeatedly asked them it they thought the duct work was hooked up and they said yes. Nobody would check it even though you could barely feel air blowing out the ducts even in winter. I had to keep ceiling fans and stick fans on all of the time. My utility bills were doubled and they said the new furnace & a/c were more efficient and would lower my bills. DOUBLED!!!

I had an inspection done last week by another plumber in my crawl space and guess what? The main flex duct to the blower to the a/c and furnace were not connected!!! When they installed the new system 2 years ago they did not reconnect it. I have been heating & cooling my crawl space wasting my money. I know it was connected before because it was inspected before. This other plumber connected it in 15 minutes and my home is so cool it is fantastic.

I called the owner and spoke to him. He even checked with the main repair man who came out & he admitted he never checked the crawl. The owner said he was sorry but didn't know what else to do. Well I do, refund some of the money I wasted on heating and cooling my crawl space. And prove to me I got what I paid for. How about lose of wage for all the time I had to take off work for your guys to "try" to fix my a/c but didn't. Well, there's a start.

I learned a valuable lesson. You get what you pay for.

    Stahl Electric LLC
Actually we winded up not going with the project but they were very responsive, very straight forward and very easy to work with. We were happy with them in that regard. They didn't mess around, they gave you the options upfront, they didn't try to steer you, they tried to help us find the right project, the right size, they gave us all the options and let us make up our minds. They were not pushy at all.

    Cousino Electric Ltd
The owner, Troy Cousino, was very accommodating and informative on the introductory phone call for service request. Two electricians arrived promptly on date and at time agreed on, introduced themselves, removed shoes inside front door, proceeded to the tasks at hand. Repairs took many hours to complete. A bit of sticker shock with invoice, but the jobs were all very well done. My only frustration: the invoice, which had detailed description of services performed, did not list specific itemized charges or number of hours, only the bottom line balance. Otherwise, I was very pleased with this provider, and I'll very likely contact them again in the future when necessary.

    Schwind Electric Company
When I called they were able to come out the same day to give an estimate. They were able to do the job 3 days later which we were happy with. They called the morning of and were on time, professional and very nice. I asked them to look at the bathroom fan while they were here (expecting to fix it another day bc it wasn't scheduled) and they found the problem and happily offered to take care of it right then. They went to pick up parts for the fan, completed the job quickly and without much added cost.

    Wayne Welling Handyworks
Wayne is an extremely detail-oriented contractor who early on was able to recognize and invent strategies for repairing our old, falling down eyesore of a garage into something that even the neighbors are proud of! Once he was on the job, he worked efficiently and consistently to get the job done as quickly as possible even adding in repairs and improvements that he did not originally estimate, but with little or no additional cost (such as above-bay storage and installing electrical outlets for future garage door openers). Wayne's was not the cheapest estimate we got but I still rate him an 'A' in price because the overall price/quality value was excellent. I rated him a 'B' in punctuality only because we had to stand in line and some of his other jobs pushed our start date out a bit (but only then a week or two). I've used Wayne on other much smaller projects as well and will continue to do so.

Tin Man Heating & Cooling Inc.
I had Tin Man out to service my A/C in the spring, and they recommended that I think about replacing some parts, or the whole thing as they weren't sure it would make it through the summer. I was perhaps a little skeptical that their service tech recommended a replacement that they also sell, but I do believe it was legitimate since the unit was quite old. They did what seems to be very high quality work. They also give a comprehensive quote up front and honor it no matter what else they may have to do on the day which was very comforting. For example, they ran some new drain piping, new chimney flue, ran a new electrical outlet etc. Without any hassle whatsoever. They did the work in about 7 hours (during one day), and cleaned up very well. So far the equipment has worked great. Also, they gave us a year of preventative maintenance in addition to our warranty which was a nice extra touch.
