Miller Custom Exteriors helped us restore and expand our over 100 year old farmhouse. They did a great job ! Started when they said they would, worked every single day and completed ahead of schedule.  They honored our ideas and helped us improve the projects by giving valuable suggestions. The results are better than we could have imagined. We have been involved with many projects over the years - we know the difference between a premium job and an average job.   To do a top notch job at the same time as delivering a completely pleasurable experience is a rare combination!!! We would hire them again and enthusiastically recommend them whenever we get the chance.

Shane was vigilante before, during and after the job as for keeping me updated on the job. They started the job on the very first sunny day after signing the contract. His crew showed up when he said they would and went to work in a very professional manner. Once the job was completed I had a concern about the small flat portion of the roof, Shane advised that he had not figured the cost of replacing that part into the contract however he would make good on sealing the area up where it met the new roof and that he would have his crew out that very day to finish. Within an hour after this conversation Shane called me back and said that he would replace the entire flat roof at no cost to me. When i arrived home that evening I inspected the fix and it was perfect. Easy communications from start to finish and a very beautiful and well crafted roof on my house. His crew cleaned everything up and the dumpster was out of my driveway the next day. Perfect dealings with him.

We were battling a leak over our porch all throughout winter.  We calked everything you could possibly caulk but it was still leaking.  Come spring, we contacted Tango and Gatti to come take a look at it.  Within a few minutes, they figured out where the leak was likely occurring.  A few days later they came out, relaid some shingles and flashing and fixed the leak within a few hours.  I am grateful for their service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good roofing company.

I made my appointment over the Internet via Mirror Image's website.  Easy to do.  Confirmation email came back almost immediately. The outside of the shop doesn't due justice to what lies inside.  Although there is no external ambience to the shop, what the stylists have more than compensates for that.  My stylist, Teri, did exactly what I requested of her.  She listened and spent time with me selecting the correct shade for my hair as well as highlights that would complement it best.  She regularly checked on me to be sure that the process was going well.  She frequently asked for my input on my cut and actually valued and acted upon my opinion.  During the style, she explained in detail how she was creating the look so that when I returned home, I could actually replicate it  ... which I have done successfully!  There was no high pressure to purchase their product.  I purchased only what I requested.  The shop was clean, staff extremely friendly and professional, and the customers gave it a homey feel.  I felt as if I had been using their services for years instead of being a first timer.  I drove about a half an hour to get there and I will most certainly do that again. I highly recommend this place to others!

Our home is approximately 2800 sq ft and the roof has many peaks and valleys. From a storm in April we had several areas of damaged shingles. Hunters Choice advised us on how to file a home owners damage claim. After our insurance company adjuster approved a replacement of the roof, Hunters Choice was quick to get the job scheduled. The replacement job took 2 days to complete. Hunters began the job on time and stayed late on the second day to complete the job so no exposed areas of the roof where subject to weather over the weekend. Cleanup was excellent and care was taken to protect our plants and shrubs around the house.

We ended up not buying the washer and dryer from them this time since we needed a really quiet machine for our cottage. We have used them for years and their service has always been great and their items have always been of good quality. I think they might be expanding now, with more staff, since the delivery guy, who used to be able to service other appliances in the home, no longer repairs other appliances on the same visit as a delivery. The young woman that answers the phone is great and efficient, she always returns your call. Overall, the staff is just great.

First I went to the company looking for a car alarm.  He showed me an alarm and gave me a price.  I live in the country so I checked out a couple of other places, and he had what I was looking for.  I called Dj on the phone and asked him when I could come down and get this alarm installed on my car.  Dj said that I had to drive all the way back there just to pay for the alarm so I could get it installed the following Thursday.  With my families situation I had to call my wife and asked her to take time off of work to get this alarm installed.  My wife confirmed she could have the time off and I left for Dj's Custom Car.  I showed back up at his shop witch was a drive for me and I payed for the alarm.  At that time he informed that his supplier didn't have a $150.00 car alarm and that he had none in stock.  So the install date was postponed until he received the alarm.  Instead of him calling me when he had the alarm he requested that I call him every day and I did.  Fortunately he got the alarm on Friday and we agreed that we would install it on Saturday morning.  Saturday morning I dropped the car off at 9 am.  I asked him a lot of questions about how he was going to install car alarm.  I asked him to show me where he would install the blinking light that shows people that I have an alarm.  Inside my Cadillac he suggested that he drill the and install the light on the wood grain trim panel.  I told him that was not acceptable and showed him where I would like it on the dash.  The spot I chose was the cover panel under the steering wheel.  I specifically told him if that area was not going to work to not install the light.  I also asked him about where he was going to install the siren for the car alarm.  He suggested under the hood against the fire wall in the corner.  I also asked him if he would be connecting the starter kill feature.  Dj said no, because if the relay on the alarm went bad that you would not be able to start the car.  I asked if he would install the hood and truck pins for the alarm on my car and he again said no that it was not necessary, that if any one opened the trunk or hood that the alarm would be set off.  So I showed back up at the car stereo shop two hours later and he was not done.  I asked how long it would take to finish job and he said another hour that they were having problems with the wiring and the truck release feature of the alarm.  Dj said that the trunk release feature would not work unless the key was in the ignition.  I said that would be ok and I left.  I called Dj two hours later asking if my car was finished, he said it was and I left to get my car.  When I showed up at 12:45 on Saturday no one was there so I went to check out my car.  The very first thing I did was used my key to open the trunk.  The trunk opened and the alarm did not go off.  Dj said it would work with out the trunk pins.  That was the hole reason I went to get an alarm in the first place so that people could not steal things out of my trunk.   I closed the trunk and went to the driver side door and opened it with my key, it opened and the alarm went off.  At that point I noticed two things wrong first the light that we spoke about was just hanging out of the dash.  Second the sound of the siren was so quiet.  I was very upset but everyone at the company was gone, so I went home and began to inspect the install job that Dj did on my car.  Under the hood they installed the siren where he said but they did it so that the siren was facing directly into the steel of the car.  Thats why it sounded so quiet.  Next I got on my knees and looked under the dash.  Dumbfounded I saw the fuse for the alarm sticking out of under the dash panels.  Basically any one could pull this fuse out of the car alarm and disable it very easily.  They could also steal the car at this point because he didn't install the starter interrupt feature.  Next to my surprise I notice an unusual screw that was not there before.  I took a phillips screwdriver and removed the screw and my dash fell apart.  They took the panel off wrong and broke the piece off and then just took a screw to hold it back together.  No one at the shop mentioned that to me at all.  So with the broken panel in my hand I looked closely at there work and noticed that the shock sensor was not attached to the steering collum it was just kind of hanging there.  I then saw the power wire with the fuse sticking from under the dash and decided to follow it.  They wrapped it around the parking brake about 10 times and ran it to my fuse box.  For the power to the alarm they simple pulled out a fuse and shoved the wire in and then forced the fuse back into the spot to hold the wire in.  Not only that the way they wrapped the wire around the parking brake is going to cause problems when the brake is applied.  Also the fuse box on my car doesn't have a cover, so you can see exactly what they did and pull the wire out to disarm the car alarm.  What's the point of having a car alarm if it is so easy to rip the wires out and disarm it.  Dj said that the trunk release button would work with the key on, I have tried it every different way and the trunk will not open with remote key in or out car running or not.  I haven't taken all the trim panels off the car yet to inspect the rest of there sloppy job, but I bet it's not going to be any better when I do.  I have installed two way remote with remote starts on three of my old cars and I know what a big job that was.  Thats why I chose to bring it somewhere to save me the hassle.  But now it looks like I have to redo there job that I already paid for.  I would not even let them try to repair their work in fear that they would break something else and just throw a screw in it.  These guys are far from professionals and really need more training.  If they cannot install a car alarm correctly I sure would not let them install my car audio system.  Finally no one told me that they couldn't fix the trunk button issue or that they broke one of my car panels off and had to screw it in.  I guess they thought I wouldn't check.  I guess that's just how they do business.  Not with me never again.

They were very professional. There were four different people involved, the project manager, the vice president of operations, assistant director of operations and the vice president. Each one talked with us and assured us of their desire to do the best possible job. They worked along with our insurance company in a timely manner. They arrived exactly when they said they would, the crew worked non-stop until completion, cleaned up all materials and left our property neat and clean. They roof looks great and I would recomment them to my neighbors. As a result. 5 or 6 of our neighbors are having them do their roofs as well.

Abe and David Yoder are old order amish. They do a fair days work for a fair price. Their crew is from their community. There is no profanity, fighting or other foolishness. I have done many roofs myself and was going to do mine however because of time constraints I couldn't so I can say with a great deal of certainty that these fellows know their business.

I purchased my dell through best buy. It was still under warranty when it broke. Upon taking it in for warranty applications, the store techs could not find a problem. It was under warranty, so they wanted to charge me $100.00 to retrieve my information off the hard drive. Without giving me some kind of diagnosed problem. It was stated to me that to be able to check it out in house by a service tech, which could take up to 3 -5 days, but in doing so I would have to sign a disclaimer form. In the process of reading it, I disagreed with several items within it. If I did not sign the waiver or purchase the retrieval of my information, they would not service my computer. It was verbally told to me that they try and save your information but can not guaranty it. At the same time they said that it could be a simple problem or a difficult problem. Upon doing so, with in three day of being in the service center, they called and told me it would have to be sent to dell. They still didn't know if I would lose my information or not. In the process of this, the person calling me said I would now have to purchase the data backup plan, even though there was no diagnosis. They sent it to who I thought was dell. They stated it could take seven to ten days. I got a automated call stating my computer was ready for pick up at best buy. The following day I got a call from the geek squad, asking me if I wanted them to retrieve the information from my hard drive for $259.99. Upon getting my laptop computer from best buy, they stated to me that they replaced my hard drive. All of my information is gone. Personal, work related, and school information. When I did call and speak to the geek squad, the stated that if the hard drive was to be replaced under warranty then the old hard drive would become the property of dell. I spent two and a half hour calling dell and the geek squad and nothing has been resolved.
