    While traveling from Columbus, Ohio to Asheville, NC via Route 23, we stopped in KY for hotel since it was getting late. We had just picked up a new RV which we had stripped of beds and outfitted with tiedowns for dog crates. (We travel to dog shows around the country and have been involved in dog sports for 23 years). My husband came out to tell me the hotel had rooms available but they do not take dogs. So I parked the mini RV by the construction workers trucks and started the RV and set the Temp Alarm to alert me. My husband goes back in to get room keys. It is at that time that the clerk informs him that she is refusing to give him a room because he will bring the dog into the room anyway. At this point he explains that he just bought a new RV outfitted for dogs and invited her to come out and look at it. She refused and basically called him a liar. He then comes out to tell me we have to find another hotel. (Hotels in this part of Kentucky are few and far between). I then proceed to go in and plead with the clerk. She says she doesn't like my attitude or my husband's attitude. I said what attitude, I am trying to state my case. My husband and I were being very restrained considering the circumstances. She, on the other hand, was refusing to make eye contact and was fidgeting around with "busy" work at the counter. Seriously, why would I spend nearly 100 grand on a new RV, rip out the beds and fit it for dog crates, if I was going to sneak dogs into the hotel? IMO, Ramada Inn discriminates against dog people.

    We liked them very much. They were on time and when we went over our time, they were very reasonable. We liked them so much, we recommended them to a friend. I think the price is very reasonable compared to other places and it was a beautiful limo. He was very professional and he was dressed to the nines. We would use them again.

    I contacted this travel agency on a wednesday morning and was told by the woman i talked to that an agent would call me right back who handled travel to the Carribean and Maui. Four days later i get an email with 2 terrible suggestions Maui, hotels rated80% and 75% by reviewers on Trip Advisor. Then the hotels on Aruba which we did not even say we wanted to go to because no one even called us to ask were rated 76% and 68% with the later reviewers showing photos of c*** roaches at the hotel and stating it was stuck in the 90's. Evidently this travel agency just assumes they know what kind of hotel you are looking for and don't feel the need to actually communicate with you after my initial call. I would not recomend them and will not use them. We were looking for a first class hotel and were considering the Andaz or Four Seasons in Maui and first class flight, which had they called we could have told them.

    I initially found Ron Potts online when I found the RV I wanted. I did meet with a salesman and test drove the RV. I met Ron Potts also. He lied to me when he told me this model all comes the same way and you could not order different options. I was in email contact with the salesman. I have emails threatening me that if I bought from another dealer they would not service my unit. Also, emails at that time including lectures on keeping business in Ohio. I found numerous other dealers that gave me prices at a significant reduced amounts. I emailed the salesman at Ron Potts and gave him a final chance to come down in price and I gave him my budget. He said there was no way he could meet my budget and he wanted to sell me a different RV within my budget. My decision. My money. I bought from an out of state dealer. Brought the RV home and called Ron Potts for warranty work. Who would do business with someone who lies to you? Wants to overcharge you? And now refuses to do warranty work on a manufacturer they sell. Who wants to do business with someone that lectures you on voting? And keeping business in Ohio? Well, if he wanted to keep business in Ohio, then he should not have tried to rip me off or lie to me. Obviously, this is why Ron Potts does not have the Newmar customer service award. And the reason why I chose to buy from someone who is #1 in customer service according to Newmar the manufacturer of the RV I chose to purchase with my hard earned money.

    wonderful - the accomodations and travel liasions were perfect - we were met and transported like we were supposed to be, we were staying in the best areas not far out or on some back street - when all was said and done it was a few bucks lower than what he originally told us - the flights were at good times to depart and return - and when we wanted to make some changes off his original suggestion it was not a problem

    They are #1 on Angie's List for a reason. Almost effortless to book them, Mary took care of everything. Both drivers contacted me the day before to finalize details. We left some important items (like the rings!) and our driver volunteered to fetch them before the wedding service. I can't say enough good things.

    The service was not completed because the driver was unable to arrive on time or to find my house. When did not come at requested time, I called and dispatcher asked for my phone number. He had not asked for it when I ordered the cab. The driver called me and asked for directions to my house, but I was unable to identify where he was because he named streets I was not familiar with. None of the streets he named are in my area. I have since figured out he was not close to my home. He said if I could not direct him he could not find it, then said the map he was given by the cab company was not clear or it was wrong, something to that effect. I finally advised him I would drive myself and to cancel the cab request. He complained to me about the gas he had used. I suggest this company get Map Quest on its computer or a GPS for the taxis.

    The trip took us to Queens, Manhattan, China Town and Harlem. The trip was fun, the bus was comfortable, everything went as planned.

    Excellent transportation service. Driver was on time and met us at baggage claim. Van was clean and comfortable. Excellent overall experience - I will definitely use again!
