    Ultimate Concepts
Walt and his crew of three were very professional from start to finish.  We were amazed how Walt would have his hand on his chin, developing the project in his head and making it come to life in front of our eyes.  They were on time everyday and even worked in rain.

    Mid Ohio Patio Rooms
I saw them at the state fair. They didn't do a good job for me. They didn't complete the trims. The door was tight and it was sagging and I asked them to come back. They took forever to get it done. They were vinyl windows with screens.

The overall experience was FAIR. I was hopeful that it would have gone better but I had a problem when it came to the paver patio installation. During the contract phase I told the salesman(Dave) that there was an in-ground sprinkler system on the property. I showed him where the two heads were located in the area where the paver patio was slated to be installed, he stated that the crew would dig those back out of their way to install the patio and that I could then have the sprinkler company do any repairs to the system after they(Suncraft) were done with the project...I agreed verbally. After the screen room was built, I put flags by each sprinkler head so that the patio crew would see where the heads were located. The crew proceeded to install the base material, they removed the flags. After the base was installed they put the flags back at the heads and had leveled the base material flush with the I knew that they knew that the heads were present, I was photographing the progress of the project every day that work was performed. After seeing this I called the company to inquire as to what they were going to do about the sprinkler heads. When I called I had to leave a message with their answering service. The follow up phone call from Suncrafts' construction supervisor(Jeff) is the reason why I have given them a lower grade overall than I had originally intended. This man was very disrespectful, condescending and arrogant in the manor in which he talked to me. I informed him that during the contract phase the salesman knew about the sprinkler heads and told me how the crew would handle them. He kept yelling over and over that "Suncraft was not a sprinkler company", this went on for twenty minuets over the phone. At the end of that phone call he grudgingly offered that the crew would pull them up and leave the stone there so that the sprinkler company could cap the lines. I really had no other choice because the rest of the patio was already installed, so I agreed. It is amazing how the experience with one person(?who obviously has no people skills) within a company can alter your perception of that company. I would not be inclined to use them again or recommend them to others. This is a follow up Report from my initial report... 9-Aug-2010. So, I am at work and it is approximately 8:45 A.M. in the morning and I am getting ready for a meeting when my cell phone rings. It is the same person, (Jeff from Suncraft), who for some reason wants to re-argue the same points that he argued with me about earlier during the project construction phase of the paver patio. He wildly claimed that I didn't want Suncraft to "succeed" (...whatever that means), as if Suncrafts success rises and falls with the record of my experience with them. This grade by the way is only negative because of him and him only and his handling of this incident. The problem rest entirely with him. The time to think about ?Suncrafts? success? Jeff was BEFORE you c

    J.S. Brown & Co
We did not use them for the final build out, as we decided to use a different contractor that was less expensive, mainly because I was able to act as the project manager as I worked out of the house and was here at all times. If you are not available during the day, it may be worth the money to pay for the project manager that JS Brown assigns to the project.
