    Excellent service! Very customer service oriented. The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and polite. The lady in the office was great as well. They also did a follow up check for free. I would highly recommend. And yes the fleas are gone!

    Greenix is under new management. Last year we received good service; this year, it has been chaotic, with new demands for more money. On April 27, 2016, we agreed to a year contract for 4 quarterly payments of approximately $106 to treat our home, including bees. This year, they want an additional $69 per month to treat bees on top of the quarterly payment. I called Greenix four times in April before I got a return call. I received the call only because I was given the cell phone number of a Manager by a Technician. Once reached, this manager still did not change the situation or solve any problem. Then another technician came to our home, and demanded the extra $69 per month commitment before he would treat our home for bees. The technician was not to blame, but the management practices were very unprofessional. I cannot, in good faith, recommend Greenix to anyone.

    I cancelled my program with them. They were coming around a few times a year. The last time they were here was early summer. We just felt like we were spending a  quit a bit of money on the program and still seeing quit a bit of bugs in the house and we did not really see the value in it.

    The technician Eric was fantastic;

    its the owner who was nasty. We called about the $268 deal and were told $299 as the house was somewhat bigger. Then at night, their customer service said price was now lower to $99. We said great see you in am.
    Tech came and said he couldn't do it for that and wanted > $400. I insisted i talk to the owner who was rude and said their customer service had made a mistake. I said that was what they told me $99. he said he was not going to abide by that and wanted > $400 or leave. We had already planned for a buyer inspection and finally negotiated for $299 or close. Except for carpenter bees and old mice droppings nothing else was found.

    Would not recommend this service to anyone. I think that they are just
    out to make money off of people. We had had an increase in spiders and
    ants, so when they went door to door a year ago seemed like a good
    service and my neighbors were utilizing them. I didn't really see them
    do much after the initial service. The guy walked around with a round
    brush and wiped down webs but didn't notice the spider nests that were
    in around my window trim. Too expensive for the service received. I
    tried to cancel my service to start after my last treatment of my
    commitment but was told they couldn't do that till after the service. I
    think it's so you forget to call them and they re-enroll you for another

    Insight Pest Solutions
    In 2014 I signed up with Insight Pest Solutions, they were running a special at $109 per quarter.  The salesperson was polite, the first service was completed, my credit card information was taken, I signed for the credit card auth.  There was no contract and no obligation to continue with service, but they like customers to try them for a year.  The salesperson indicated that my card would be billed quarterly and if we needed service in between, to just call.  I received a bill in the mail a few months later, to which I responded with payment and an indication that my card is on file and should be billed.  No response from the company.  I received another bill months later indicating that they were charging me a $100 promotional fee and cancelling my service.  I contacted the company via email - Tara - I believe.  She was very rude and what I thought had been the credit card authorization had in fact been an agreement for one year of service.  About a month later a gentleman showed up, indicating he was in the neighborhood for only this one day for $109 a quarter and you can't get that discount any other time.  I explained to him that I was not interested because of my previous experience.  He tried calling his manager, but couldn't reach him.  Said he'd come back the next day after he had a chance to talk to his manager.  The next day he showed up.  He apologized for the experience I had previously, said the company was under new management, had gotten better at their book-keeping.  Because of our terrible experience he was authorized to provide the first service at $1.00 and the quarterly service at $89.  We had carpenter ants, so we thought that wasn't a terrible deal.  He had me sign for my credit card auth, indicated that yes, he would be sure it would be auto billed, and that unfortunately, the company did want us to sign a yearly agreement.  They were also closing the previous account and would not be charging us the $100 promotional fee.  Great!  We signed up again.  In the last week, I received two bills from Insight.  One for the $1 plus first quarterly charge.  The second was for a $100 promotional fee from earlier this year.  I called the company and spoke to someone who said there was nothing on file regarding my credit card.  I explained the complete history of my experiences with Insight. Then she went offline and came back to say she had found my credit card information in the new customer account, but that the $100 had not been billed to the card.  I explained that I was aware of that because it was supposed to be waived.  She said she couldn't do anything further without management approval and would call me back.  I have yet to hear from the company.  I also completed a customer survey and have not heard further.  I would never recommend this company to anyone.  I'd rather pay more for a company that will respond to my concerns and will keep track of my private information.

    Service was amazing from the time I picked up my phone to schedule.  Then John came out and did a fabulous job.  He educated me on this new technology and was very pleasant to talk with.  I will definitely use this company again!

    I awoke this morning to swarming termites in my living room, some crawling, some flying, and many dead on the floor. O called Dwight at 8 am and he said he would be here between 3-5 pm. He called at noon and said he had a cancellation and could be here at 12:30.
    He arrived right on time and looked at the insects. He told me they were flying ants and not termites and there was nothing I needed to do.
    I was so impressed by Dwight and his assistant. They could have taken me for any kind of termite control program and I would have gladly paid. Needless to say I will be using Champion for any pest control needs in the future.

    Guy was rude when I said we don't have a spider problem.  Said 2 others in the neighborhood did and 15 folks were already signed up for treatment.  He asked who we used for treatment, I said a "Broom".

    They did a good job and I would use them again. Actually, it was one item and I ended up entering into a contract with them. I thought that the price is reasonable and they seemed to be conscientious. We’ll wait and see how well they control the ants and pest that I usually get in the spring. So far, I’m pleased with them. They would come out at least two or three times a year for standard spraying and control and anytime that I have any issues. They were on time. They were professional in what they did.
