    Not well! I called 3 times to get an estimate for mulching EARLY in the season. I have a substantial amount of landscaping. I was going to remove the old mulch myself and wanted a different kind of mulch. I originally called the Blacklick location but was transferred to their bulk location where I could get the mulch by the truckload. Each time I was told that someone would be out the beginning of the next week. Nobody ever showed up or called me, so I got an estimate from another landscape company and they are going to do it the beginning of May.

    John is great! He has been coming to our yard for many years, since at least 99, but so long ago I can't even remember when he started. He followed us when we moved to where we are now. He is great with the dogs, who want to go out and greet him when he is here. He always lets us know when he will be off for vacation or other reasons. We have 1 acre of fenced area for the dogs and John checks it all. He adjusts the price according to the number of dogs. I think the price is very fair. We wouldn't use anyone else. There are times when he can't make it out because of weather or family situations, but he adjusts his fee accordingly. We are flexible and love working with him.

    Outstanding work. 'Dug in' and without hesitation got to work and even though a hot day, did the work thoroughly and with excellence. Very pleased with work and yes, hope to rehire in spring. Great company.

    I'd give them all "A's" across the board.  Vicky is wonderful, she will come out and make sure everything is done.  I know she's the owner but she still makes sure you are taken care of.  They are great.  Reason I use her more than anyone else, I will call her and she always fits me into her schedule, most landscapers won't or can't do that.  They are extremely, the price is reasonable.  They will definitely fit me into their schedule.  They are extremely friendly and professional and do great quality work.

    The positive: Work was completed on time and for agreed-upon price, cleanup was good. The negative: 1) After the patio was completed and payment made, we discovered that much of the patio flooded after moderate to heavy rains, and could take most of the day to drain (our old patio, an impermeable concrete pad, never flooded). When we contacted Fletcher's we were given the excuse that they'd designed the patio to drain away from the house. Fine - but a well-designed patio should have sufficient drainage not to flood after a rainstorm. 2) Some inferior lumber was used to construct the pergola (contained large cracks). 3) Pavers around the pergola footings heaved markedly after winter freezes/thaws. 4) The crowning touch: recently we experienced a partial collapse of a paver stoop that was part of the project (caused by a burrowing woodchuck). I left a voicemail with Fletcher's requesting they contact me to arrange repair of the damage. I never heard back from them. Evidently this was too small-time a project for them to bother with, they were still miffed that I had complained about the patio drainage problem, or both. Either way, it was rude and unprofessional not to get back to me to explain that they weren't interested.

    Overall, the service has been fine. However, after the initial application to the shrubs, a few of the shrubs beside the pool died. Trugreen insisted it was nothing they had done. I accepted them at their word and continue to use them.

    Excellent. When we dropped the mower off the staff person said we could probably go ahead with the tune up and most likely that would take care of the problem. This is a "package" service. For a flat $99 they do a complete overhaul of the mower including sharpening the blades. Buckeye took care of the tune up and whatever the issue was , it is now resolved. The mower is working better then ever. The funniest part was when they brought it out to my husband, he thought they were giving him the wrong mower. It looks brand new, and believe me, it didn't look that way when we brought it in!

    Clean up and edging of flower beds with soil was done quickly and timely. However, the mulching was delayed about 6 weeks. After some communication, found he was very busy and still planning to get mulch of flower beds done. When he finally got the mulch put in, it looked great and he did the front and back yard flower beds. Only expected the flower beds in the back to get mulch. Very nice surprise and no extra cost.

    Scheduled three times after getting excuses why they couldn't come on pre set scheduled date. Every time there was an excuse why they couldn't come. Took off work three days for the no shows. Poor communication. Told Derrick in June that I wasn't going to reschedule because tired of his excuses. It's now summer and work was suppose to be performed in June. Beware of this company.
