    Sayre Heat & Cooling is a family-owned and operated business with high integrity. We were impressed with everyone's professionalism we encountered there, including Amy, who is the first point of contact when calling in. We called them for the first time when our furnace stopped running in November. John thoroughly inspected our furnace and discussed other options with us before we all agreed a replacement was the best solution. He got the furnace running again and tested the air in our house to be sure there was no carbon monoxide. This allowed us to use our old furnace while waiting for the new furnace to be installed the next day. John was patient and answered all our questions, even when he returned in December due to a concern we had with our humidifier, taking time he probably didn't have to explain how the humidifier functions with the furnace. We couldn't have been more pleased with the install process; even the county inspector commented on what a nice job they did. Their price was competitive with another quote we had received.

    Everything was smooth from scheduling to coordinating work permits to the final product. The installation was completed in one day on a house that did not have AC previously. The installation was done without causing any disruption or damage to the house despite having to create openings through interior and exterior walls.

    I tried 5 times to get filters delivered with no luck. Lots of excuses. After 6 weeks of trying to get the filters they kept telling me they delivered, I gave up at cancelled the service. Of course, they still billed me for an additional month and still refused to bring me the filters. It is *possible* that they delivered the filters they promised to my front porch and they were stolen. Of course, I have no idea why someone would steal a furnace filter and leave Amazon boxes.

    Classic bait and switch. The Angie's List "deal" was for an Aprilaire 500M, installed. It has manual control and we had already looked into adding automatic control. We were told it would be an additional $100 over the phone. The sales representative that came out to visit the house told me that "nobody uses the 500M anymore" and proceeded to tell me that the automatic version would be an additional $175. My wife asked about the price difference when they came to install the unit and was told that price was a mistake and it would be an additional $100 as she was originally told. While checking our furnace a couple days later I discovered that one of the "techs" that installed the whole house humidifier on our furnace placed one of their company's stickers over the top of the maintenance log, from the company that originally installed the furnace and has maintained it since, on the side of our furnace. There was absolutely no need to do this and they can be certain that I will not be calling them for any of my furnace needs in the future because of this.

    Classic Air had the best price by far. They were absolutely great! Quick, clean, timely, professional, and they keep to their word. They gave us a written proposal with price. We had it and the company checked out by our attorney before we started. All was in perfect order. Classic delivered according to their word. We would not think of using any other company after our experience.

    It was great. They actually came out after he did the checkup. He noticed a few things and came back out and fixed them. I think they did a great job, great quality work. They did not try to price gouge me, and they were very open and honest about the things that needed to be done. The additional work was reasonably priced, so I definitely would suggest it to anyone. Basically, I called them probably Monday or Tuesday; they were out by that Thursday. They were quick. It took about thirty minutes for the inspection and the interaction was great. There was nothing he needed to clean up.

    Fast Response provided the best service that we have received from any home repair contractor. Indeed, we were at the point of filing legal action against the first vendor that our home warranty company dispatched to our home to repair our AC unit, who failed to do after 3 weeks and actually damaged a second AC unit. After 3 weeks of failing to repair, our home warranty company dispatched Fast Response. Fast Response arrived almost immediately and "Chris" diagnosed the situation. Fast Response/Chris made the initial repairs to get through the Fourth of July weekend which was sweltering, and offered several key solutions. To our welcome surprise, Fast Response/"Rob" visited on the Sunday of Fourth of July weekend to begin prep work for installation of a new unit on Monday. On Monday, Fast Response arrived first thing in the morning and installed the new unit. Fast Response was the most professional and knowledgeable contractor that we have had at our home. They explained the situation in understandable terms and priced services and supplies quite reasonably. Fast Response arrived in uniform, with presentable vehicles, and had state of the art technology to get the job done right. Simply, Fast Response is best in class.

    STAY AWAY! Our home warranty company dispatched Airfast to repair the smaller of our two AC units. Airfast was easy to schedule at first and seemed to repair the unit by filling with new fluids. However, within 24 hours, I noticed that the fan on our larger AC unit failed to restart. Airfast visited again and repaired the fan. Nevertheless, our home failed to cool. Airfast came back out the following week and diagnosed that the condensers on the large unit required repair and that they would be out "that Friday" to replace the condensers. I also received a call confirming that the appointment to replace would be on Friday. I took Friday off of work. Friday came and went-no show and no call to reschedule. Meanwhile, the first AC unit went out again over that weekend. I called on Monday and the receptionist advised that I would receive a call-back by Tuesday am. No call-back. This went on for a week with my calling the next am and being told that I would be called the following am. I finally reached someone the next Friday where I was told that they had just ordered the compressors and would install the following week- after the Fourth of July holiday. I explained that was unacceptable as they had told us the installation would occur the week before. Additonally, we had received notice from our home warranty that Airfast was listing the job as completed. The Airfast rep hung up on me. I called back and was immediately hung up on again. By the time I called my home warranty company, Airfast had reached them through the vendor line and cancelled the job. In summary, Airfast failed to fix the first unit but charged me $300.00. When Airfast restarted the system, they failed to note that the fan on the second unit (which sits right next to the first unit) didn't start, which burnt out the compressors. Airfast then failed to note that the compressors were out when they attempted to repair the fan motor. I then waited an additional week and a half where they didn't even move on the file. Three weeks in June without AC. Airfast didn't fix the first issue, and damaged the second AC unit which required total replacement (@ $3,000). I had to take four days off work to deal with the company, then a week and a half of headaches with their so-called customer service. Meanwhile, the second company we used fixed the problems immediately. This company is tragically awful.

    Exceptional service! Service was very prompt and professional. I especially enjoyed the high level of communication we received. Having gone through several hvac companies in the area, temperature pro is long overdue to Columbus. Highly recommended!

    It went very nicely. They will be back out next year. I did pay a little extra for something on the furnace, but it wasn't much. That was my main concern was that my thermostat wasn't getting to where it was suppose to be. It was a very simple replacement of that little piece, so I was happy.

    The guy that was here was very clear and made me understand what he was doing. Everything was fine. He seemed to be friendly and professional.
