He was professional, demonstrated a real passion for his work, and truly cares about the quality of work he provides to his customers. We were very happy with the painting job he did!   Baker Group team has been easy to work with, excellent skills for job, neat, courteous, trustworthy in our home. Carefully protected surfaces that were not being changed. Painted cabinetry (beautiful finish), replaced hinges and interior slides, built some new cabinetry, made new doors for laundry cabinets. I would definitely recommend them.

  I hired Tru Pro Painting /Owner Jay Wilson to paint my house and it has been one lie after another. I have paid Tru Pro Painting and Jay Wilson over $21,000 dollars which I can provide his contract and each canceled check along with a detailed timeline, all correspondences which includes Text messages, Emails and a detailed phone log. Tro Pro painting and Jay wilson has not completed a contracted job and has done less then sub par work please see the list of issue below. 1. Jay wilson /Tru Pro painting stated that he/they had a numbers of crews and that my job would be completed in 45 days it have now been 5 months and it has still not be completed. They do not have multiple crews 2. They do not own all the tolls they needed so I had to provide them with the tools they needed 3. They have destroyed my hardwood floors, sinks, furniture and my homes elevator 4.Jay wilson /Tru Pro painting They have left my house a disaster to this day. i.e. all the doors were not replaced, all the trim is not fully painted, The master Bedroom is a not even in the state to sleep in. 5. They have lied about the work they have completed 6. They have left trash through out my home 7. They have completely ruined areas on my custom cabinets in my kitchen 8. The have charged me for areas that weren't completed and that are still not completed. 9. They have over charged me from the original contract and again they are still not completed.

The painting team was very personable & took great care in every detail of their work--from protecting all surfaces from damage by their equipment, overspray, or drips, (& minimizing the spread of dust from sanding), to a professional paint job on each surface, to a detailed clean-up.

  Person came out to give us an estimate verbally at first which could have been clearer, then came back out later with a design and a final price. We signed the contract and scheduled an install date. The installer came out and worked fast and did expert work installing the closet system over a two day period. Improved the looks and usefulness of our closet. The owners of the company were very helpful and professional and addressed any concerns we had promptly.

  Fabulous! Ron is very easy to work with - he's punctual (actually early) and he was in my house all day for several days without me being there. The wallpaper and painting are great quality. Will definitely hire again!

  The process went quite well. Crews were on the job just about every day, with the entire job taking approximately two months. The workers were pleasant and careful moving supplies up and down the stairs. The only issue that really came about involved the occasional days that the workers didn't show up when expected or did when not expected. It didn't happen very often, but better communication would have helped. Scheduling to be at home was not a problem for us, but could have been if we were working away from the house. The theater room was soundproofed with insulation which helps keep the subwoofer harder to hear from upstairs. A soffit was constructed to hide the projector and mask its fan noise. Step light were built into a raised platform to guard against tripping. The entry room has a wall-to-wall shelf for snacks and a theater-style popcorn maker, with a mini-fridge underneath. The utility areas were built around with easy access through panel doors, which match our upstairs doors and trim. We decided to upgrade the carpet and are very glad we did, as the basic carpet that came with the package was insufficient quality. The only other upcharge we had was for painting additional colors for a couple of walls and the soffit. I provided the two wall sconces flanking the double doors to the theater room as well as the four steplights in the platform, all available online. We have had several movie parties already and look forward to football parties in the fall. The comments of our guests range from “outstanding” to "awesome.” I'd recommend this company without hesitation.

  This was a huge project that Nathan Brown and team leader Robin handled with professionalism and perfection from beginning to end. Nathan's knowledge of paint was impressive and Nathan worked with us to determine just the right color for our walls and woodwork and was always available to answer our questions. The team was on time and here every week day until the job was completed. All members of the team were courteous and informative if asked about a procedure. We are extremely pleased with the final results and have contracted Creative Finishes to paint the exterior.of our home.
