    I got my glasses and then it became apparent they weren't right. I wasn't seeing well with them so I went back and told them and they checked it. They corrected it and I got brand new glasses for free. They're great. I've been seeing them at least 10 years. They have good customer service and give good care.

    They always get me in on time.  They are all very nice.  The doctors are professional.  I don’t have to wait for a long time there.  They have a nice selection of glasses.  Professional ladies who work there help me get the glasses.

    If you want to get double charged for contacts and have hidden fees thrown in as well... this is your spot. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Updated: 9/15/2014 I met with the billing representative (Becky) this afternoon and I should clarify a few details on my experience so you're not blind sided when making an appointment (Or well after in our case): 1. This doctors office charges you extra for a contact lens evaluation. At least two other doctor's office's in the area (At least two that I know of: Truitt and Truitt of Marysville and Indian Mound of Heath) do not charge you outside of your annual visit for a contact lens evaluation (Which is covered by most insurance plans minus the cost of contacts). According to Becky, a contact lens evaluation is $75 at a minimum. "Depending on how many tasks are involved, (i.e. measure eye, try contact on, re-measure eye, come back for a consult, etc.) the price can go up from there." Again, these are fees that are NOT charged at two other doctor's offices that I've been to. 2. "Contact Lens Evaluations" and "Contact Lens Fittings" are not the same according to Dr. Webster. If you are just coming in for an annual check up, that is a Contact Lens Evaluation. If you are wanting to try on different contact lens, this is a Contact Lens Fitting and will surely cost you more. Please note that these subtle differences are not explained to you unless you ask...which leads me to my third point. 3. The customer service here, outside of Dr. Webster is absolutely the worst I've ever had to deal with. I honestly feel that the way my wife and I were spoken to by Becky in the office was less than I expected from Dr. Webster's staff. We will most definitely be taking our business to an office that cares a bit more about their customers.

    It was fine and it worked well. They were very friendly and the doctor seemed competent. They worked hard to make sure the glasses were good, fit well and that I could see with them. They were very helpful.

    I needed to find a new eye doctor that accepted my eye insurance. Crowley was a provider and I went for my eye exam. It was hard to make an appointment because they were so busy, but I guess that's ok because that mean a lot of people go there. Everyone at the office was pleasant and the exam seemed to be good. I also ordered a pair of glasses and they came in when they said they would and they are nice glasses.

    .I have been seeing him for years and years. As far back as 2004. He is very good at what he does. He is well qualified and experienced. When I thought my sight was not going to get any better he had no doubts he kept doing what he was doing and it has been getting better. He asks you all the questions he needs to treat you. It just takes a little while to warm up to him. He does tell you what you need to know its just that it took awhile for me to get to the point where we could have a little bit more friendlier and leisurely conversation.

    I���ve been going to 20 years. He is very thorough and very pleasant. He has done surgery on my wife a couple times. He is very patient. He also recommends companies for eye glasses as far the quality of the lenses in concerned as a service to his patient.
