    Countertop Surface Solution
The install went well and we were very pleased with the quality of the work done. We were especially pleased that Jerry had enough workers present at the right time to ensure that the counters went in correctly as well as quickly ! We would definitely use Jerry again.

    ACTION TOPS LTD
Jennie and Brett are excellent. Their response to my initial inquiry was very fast. They showed for the measurement when they said they would and they were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional. The work was done very quickly and the communication was superb throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated. During the install, their attention to detail was evident and superb. I would HIGHLY recommend Action Tops Ltd.

    The Granite Guy
My husband went with me to The Cabinet Guy "just to look." Looking at the Crema Antartida, Dell just happened to walk by and asked him if he had any questions. So they engaged; my husband was very impressed with Dell and we bought that day! Dell has been incredibly helpful and professional before the installation in our complicated kitchen and he (as well as sales rep, Kevin) even showed up for the installation. Fabulous customer service. Highly recommend The Granite Guy.

Excellent quality and price. Communication could have been better as I was told the installers would be at my house at 9:30 and they ended up arriving at 2:30. I had call at 11 and was told they would be here around 1, then at 2 to check again to
see where they were.  That being given said, once they got here they worked quickly and efficiently and I am very pleased with the work.

    G Home Improvement
My wife and I were very impressed with the work that they have done.  I contacted Vlad to have him come out an give us and estimate on the work that we were planning to have done.  He was very thorough during the visit.  We had two other companies come out and give us estimates.  The other companies were wanting more money, than what Vlad quoted us and were planning to do less work.  Vlad's estimate included ripping up all the linoleum on the first floor, were the other companies just wanted to lay the tile over the existing linoleum floor.  His workers were always very courteous and friendly.  Ghome Improvement started the work on time and finished on time.  I will recommend him to anyone I know looking to get work done on there house.  I would also hire him again.

    Granite Transformations
The sales person came out and explained the entire process, showed us samples and helped us select the countertops that we wanted. Provided a quote. We scheduled a time for GT to come out and take measurements and a follow up visit from GT to install the countertops.   Following those arrangements we had questions for the salesperson who would neither respond to phonecalls, nor e-mails. Calls to the main office finally got him to respond. We requested that GT provide a new kitchen sink, however a few days before the installation we got a call from a GT employee, asking whether we had purchased the sink "yet", since he needed the dimensions. Several phonecalls later, that situation was resolved. They finally came out and installed gorgeous countertops, some of the edges were not finished correctly and I am still finding piles of dust in areas that had been "protected" by plastic sheets. We did not call them back, because frankly speaking........we ran out of patience. We got a generic "thank you for your patronage, please recommend us to friends" letter...no follow up call to make ensure that our experience was satisfactory, in spite of knowing that we were very unhappy with their salesperson and subsequent mix ups. Their product is beautiful, but their customer service-not so much. I need more work done, but I am looking for other vendors, I don't think I will go back to GT.

Actually found them by driving past their offices.  I then looked them up on Angie's List and found the usual good reviews with a few oops thrown in (no one is perfect).
I then met with Phil, the owner at his shop to get some budget numbers and review my choices of granite, quartz and "corian" equivalent.  Phil then set up an appointment and met me at my home; took measurements and showed me good sized samples and thus what it would look like in my kitchen.  He even verified the plumbing requirements for my sink to ensure a complete installation.  He offered an 18 gauge stainless steel 70/30 under counter sink and would use my existing (new) faucet and disposal included in my price. Phil was okay with 3 payments (order, template and completion) by check (no credit cards) okay for this price I can do that.
I then went shopping.  I looked on internet to verify his price and checked the dos and don'ts of granite including is he using 3mm granite not 2mm as some cheap houses do.  Yes he uses 3 mm and gave me the edging I wanted at no added price including rounded corners too.  I checked out the List and other websites; went to 2 more suppliers but they couldn't/wouldn't match his price and were only open 8 to 5 during the week, which made it hard to do business with.  I then went to Lowe's who had a similar product but were literally twice the price.
Only complaint was the guy that Phil sent to do the template had a bad odor of cigarettes that stayed in my house for hours.  Other than that everything else met my expectations.
The two man installation team showed up an hour early, which is great, they get done faster.  The weather was horrible but they worked thru it and didn't complain at all.  They were done in less than 4 hours -- helped me move the countertop appliances, removal of existing counters and backsplash, removal of sink, glue on cabinets from old counters, verified plumbing again.  They installed the granite carefully but had to shim one end as my floors are not level...okay they did the right thing...and you can't see it unless you are on the floor.  They sealed the granite and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves (short of washing the floor for me).  They went over the care and dos and don'ts of granite (it can break/crack don't drop anything heavy, don't cut directly, hot pots are okay, reseal once a year or when water soaks in and doesn't bead up on top.
Phil I was really impressed with your install team.  It is nice to feel like you got your money's worth.

    Scott Hall Remodeling
I love our new bathroom!  What I liked best about SHR is that Scott is easy to communicate with and provided a realistic material allowance.  Work began and ended on schedule.  The work site and rest of the house was neatly cleaned up each day.  Workers were courteous and professional.  The vendors Scott works with are extremely helpful.  Even if something happened like the vanity delivered was 2 inches shorter than contract specifications, we notified Scott right away and it was fixed right away.  Scott really worked with us to make sure we got the bathroom we wanted within our budget.

    LIND STONEWORKS
The whole experience went very well!  It took me a month or 2 to figure out what granite I wanted (they are all SO beautiful!)and from which company.   I started this process in January with lots of snow on the ground, which made looking at slabs in granite yards a bit challenging.  Lind was the first one I went to because they are near my Jazzercise center.  I checked several other companies and went back to Lind.  I liked the people there and they were very patient with my indecision and questions.  I'd never been through this before and originally thought I wanted a glass vessel sink, but after looking at them and the size of my counter, I decided I would go with an undermount sink.  I also thought I wanted the rough, chiseled edge, but they cautioned me about it because it snags clothing and is an expensive edge treatment.  They worked with me on what part of the slab I wanted based on the colors and patterns and how I wanted it installed.   They reassured me about the position of the faucet relative to the water arc coming out of the faucet.   I wanted to make sure there was enough space to wash your hands.   Even though my job was very small, they didn't treat it as such.  I was as important to them as someone who was doing their whole kitchen, bathrooms and basement bar in granite!

    Mark Point Development
Received the bid promptly and they started work within 2 weeks. Everything has gone smoothly. All the subs are very good, willing to go out of their way. Close attention from the owner. Cleaned up each night. Everything looks wonderful! Pricing was very competitive.  Demolition went quickly.  Very attentive to details.  Each sub was very easy to work with.  I left my key each morning and everyone was trustworthy.  If a minor problem came up (the vanity doors had imperfections - and were replaced without a problem), it was handled quickly and smoothly.  The tile work was beautifully done and as was all the carpentry.  It was exciting to come home every day to see the progress.  We added the closet on midway through the bathroom, and they accommodated us.  I would use them again in a heart beat.
