    A service tech identified a loose ball joint while rotating the tires. The office manager identified cost and timeline for me on the same day and they got all the work scheduled and done as quickly as I could return.

    I always think they're a little too pricey. I can come in without an appointment and they'll take me. I always have used them and always will. I like my service manager, Chris. He's been with me pretty much since I've had the car almost, probably at least six or seven years, so he's great. I like that. My salesman, even though he's not there any more, he was great. They take me, regardless. If I call and say I need to come in I'm always able to get in. The waiting room is nice. It's very roomy and spacious, with comfortable seating and a TV, a coffee station, water. Between the service staff and the sales staff, they're always making sure that you don't need anything, so it's really nice. They offer a loaner service, but I've never had to use it, because usually when I schedule it I don't mind sitting and waiting.

    The warranty period is over on my vehicle, so I pay for the oil change and the routine maintenance. They told me everything that they did and everything that would be coming up. We went through a complete checklist. They do a really great job of communicating, getting you in and out and keeping you informed of what is going on while the work is being done.

    The rear passenger side window on my wife's car exploded (somehow) while driving on th highway. The next morning I called the big name auto glass provider and was surprised by their price, so I tried Discount Auto Glass. Their price was $100 less and came to my house the next day at no additional charge. I wasn't there when the service was provided but my wife said he cleaned the broken glass and installed the new window in a timely manner. Seems great so far, and the price was very reasonable. It hasn't been tested in rain, but they have a lifetime warranty on their service.

    I am very impressed with the very high degree of professionalism and honesty exhibited by Brian Harris (owner) and Aaron Wille (shop manager). They were dogged in their determination to fix all problems, and provided terrific service while trying to keep expenses down. Finally, they were persistent in their efforts to provide me a refund for a part I had paid for, but which ultimately was not necessary for my repair.

    Most have been warranty work. I do not care for the price. It was overpriced. They do a good job. I will go back for a second repair. They're professional. I bought a couple of cars there, maybe three and they've been decent. To get a higher grade, they should have lower prices. They're pretty good with professionalism.

    Attempted to make a claim with Toyota Direct  using the additional protection package.  My wife & I both remember a very rosy & optimistic scenario described by Ms. Ward on the benefits of this additional coverage.  What we found out is theat this coverage is provided by a third party and not the dealer.  The third party provider is Innovative Aftermarket System.  When I went to the dealer to make a claim that is when I found out that we would have to:

    1.)Provide a copy of the front and back of the warranty. 2.) Color pictures of the damage. 3.) Fill out a Polyshield Questionnaire making sure we answered all of the questions completely & sign the form.


    The maximum amount provided for our particular claim (scratches/dents) would have been $50.00 per occurrence.  Now I am not attempting to discourage your purchase of this "additional" protection.  That is strictly up to you, but I would suggest you ask for a copy of the warranty and ask the salesperson to show you specifically where each of their "alleged" claims are identified in the actual warranty clauses.  I personally would never buy this protection again.  All I did was provide the dealer with an additional $600 of profit.


    I ended up not filing a claim.  I felt it was going to be denied and I did not want to jump through all of the hoops required to file a claim when I was already pretty sure of the outcome.  You can decide for yourself whether the coverage is worth it.

    Brian and the rest of the associates were very professional and polite to my wife when she pulled in to the shop to drop the car off. They even waited around until I could get there after they were closed. Needless to say they stood behind their work and parts and did not charge us a dime. I would highly recommend them for automotive repairs.

    Not even a full week after I purchased the car the transmission blew up.  2 days before this I had the transmission checked by a dealer and it was a court and a half low.  Upon calling them I explained that this is unreasonable that the transmission didn't last a week.  He called me back and said that it had been checked out by the dealer services at the auction and there was nothing he could do for me. They have no consideration for their clients.  I think they should do the right thing and contribute to the client and the repair.
