    I sent my car to 3C after I was rear-ended. We knew there would be a lot of damage, so we wanted the best in the business to review the damage and make a recommendation on our next steps. Unfortunately, the car was a total loss. But 3C worked with me and the insurance company to get the issue resolved quickly and me back on the road. 3C made it simple, easy and convenient. I would strongly recommend anyone, unfortunate enough to be in an auto accident, to take their car to 3C for a fair, fast and friendly experience with a company that has your best interests in mind.

    Super. The entire staff from the owner, Bob, down to the person who called to follow up after I drove the car for a few days was superb. They really care about the quality and safety of the jobs they do. I will definitely use them in the future. Not only does my car look brand new again, it even somehow has that new car smell again! :)

    From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed with how easy the staff made everything. I was in and out with my rental car (arranged for me and waiting when I dropped of my car). They told me that it would be approximately 5-6 days and they called at the end of the 4th day to say it was ready for pick up.
    Above all else, I was most impressed with the staff. I really enjoyed working with everyone I came into contact with. What great people!
    It's never fun dealing with accident's and insurance issues, but I have to say I can't imagine it going any better than it did. I would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

    I have had worked done by Rieser's before, and was reminded again when I went there again what great work they do, and how reasonable they are compared to other estimates I had received. Generally, I don't trust anyone who works on cars, as I view it as a license to steal, but Steve is as honest as they come and I trust whatever he says, and the quality of his work backs it up everytime. It is not an accident that Rieser's consistently gets A's on Angie's list.

    They worked with getting payment from the other driver and fixed my car promptly.  It was also easy to arrange a rental car.  I have used them before and will continue to do so because the process is hassle -free!

    I have used Collision One several times and they always do an outstanding job. This particular trip was to repair the rear bumper of my favorite car. They did a wonderful job, you can't tell anything was ever done to it and the cost to repair was very fair.

    It went great! The car, which is 3 years old looks like new. They did everything they promised to do, on time, and within budget and they were very friendly and professional. They handled everything, from dealing with the insurance to getting me a rental car all with a friendly smile.

    This shop is the reason they wrote the fair estimate auto laws for mechanics and body shops. The final bill I was handed was over $2000 more than the original estimate, which is illegal via the fair estimate laws in Ohio. (A final bill can only be +/- 10% the original estimate)
    Additional work was done I didn't authorize, and they even "repaired" body panels that had nothing wrong with them, which then ended up on my bill as additional padding.
    I found myself at the shop engulfed in a stack of "revised and updated" paperwork, in a back-and-forth which felt like an overly complicated hustle game.
    They kept asking me to produce my original estimate which I had packed away in my office boxes (I am in the middle of moving) as if they would only honor the original numbers if I could prove it to them.  When I asked where their original was, they said they had already deleted it from the system.
    They kept trying to get me to come in again to go over the numbers and repeatedly told me to "bring cash, bring cash."  When stuck in traffic on the way to attempt to pick up my car the first time, I called to reschedule for the next morning (Sat 6-8-13).  My point of contact at the shop told me that was fine, but then called back 5 minutes later, and said that I needed to come in tonight regardless because Alex (the office manager) "wanted to make payroll."  I found this statement hugely odd.
    While engulfed in a heated phone conversation the next business day (Mon 6-11-13) Alex told me "the owner wants his cash now, come down to the office and we'll go through all the paperwork with you" which is something I felt in no way comfortable with.  A minute later he hung up on me.
    Luckily, I have all of these phone conversations recorded which may be a life saver should this ultimately end up in litigation.
    I would strongly urge caution in using this shop.  In fact, I didn't even choose this shop in the first place.  After being in an accident, some how my information must have "come over the wire" of some sort of accident/claims reporting by my insurance company Progressive.  The rep at the body shop actually called up and solicited me, saying they were an approved service provider by Progressive and in the works to be a Preferred Vendor.  The rep seemed like a good guy and was very eager to pick up my car (too eager I see now).  Their tow operator was there to pick my car up way earlier than scheduled, in part I feel now to beat the other tow service that was sent to take my car to a Certified Progressive Inspection Center.

    Clearly in hindsight, there are huge red flags and things I should have done differently.  But, the claims agent reached out to me, the Enterprise rep reached out to me to set up my temporary rental- it seemed perfectly in line that the repair shop would reach out to me as well.  I just thought that was how it went.
    I will be having a strongly worded conversation with Progressive about who they share their customer's claim information with in the future.
    Don't make the same mistake I did and beware of this fly-by-night chop shop!

    First, I don't have a lot of experience in comparing costs so I can't comment on that.  As far as dealing with the team at Rieser's - they were a pleasure to deal with.  I was having some body work done prior to trading in my car.  They ran into a hiccup with re-connecting my battery (it was a hybrid) and it looked like I would have to wait to purchase the car since the trade in wasn't done.  When I explained the situation to them, they worked hard and stayed late to get it done on time for me.  I really appreciated the extra effort.
    Also, the paint job they did was noticeably better than one that was previously done on the car.

    The shop isn't the nicest, or cleanest but they were courtious and friendly. The work they did on my car looks great, I can't even see where the dent was. I was hoping the price was going to be closer to $100 but I figured since it was a crease and not a dent and in a difficult location $170 was fair. They performed the work on the spot and were done within 1.5 hours. I would go there again and definitely recommend them.
