Nancy is one of the best practitioners around and super nice too. My husband and I are not young, and Nancys massages are essential to maintaining our high level of exercise and activity. Trigger points, tight muscles, circulation, relaxation, soreness: she does it all.

I highly recommend 1st Choice Physical Therapy for any physical therapy requirements.  Jonathan Hartstein is extremely attentive and has done an excellent job of tailoring my exercises to my goals and fitness level.  I recently had ACL surgery and I want to return to competitive recreational soccer and I have no doubt that Jonathan will get me there.

I have not seen her in two months. I was going at least once a week, sometimes two or three times a week. I have used all of my insurance this year and she takes my insurance. I had seven MRI's and saw at least five different doctors and had ENT studies and numerous things. I could not use three fingers on my right hand at all. I could not move them out to grip things and my hand was in the position like a gun hand -- as if I was holding a gun. She did work on my hand and I move my fingers now. It is very significant because my husband is a neurosurgeon. Someone had suggested acupuncture and I had gone to her before for some other things and she had worked on my hand, but nothing happened. Once we figured out where the problem was, because it involved the MRI's I took, there was nothing anybody could do to help me. So I decided to go back and see her and tell her what we found. She put the needles on me and when I walked out of the office that day I moved my hand for the first time in a year and a half. She is very knowledgeable and very good and easy to get in to see. It is called the Acupuncture Healing Clinic, She is a clinical assistant professor at OSU but she is an oriental medicine doctor from China -- licensed acupuncturist. They also offer massage therapy there and they have very good massage therapists. Others may have trouble understanding her English because she is Chinese, but I don't have any problems understanding her. She is very patient and has good command of the English language -- it is just the accent. She was willing to work out a deal for me that was a lot less than what I was going to get billed by the insurance company even when my insurance ran out for the year.

I've had some painful tightness and tendonitis in my shoulders that I sometimes have to train through for competitions. Scott has worked extensively on my shoulders to improve range of motion and reduce pain. He's an excellent therapist and I highly recommend getting on his calendar.

I really like Dr. Donahue.  I always feel better after I go to him.  However, like with most Chiropractors, I don't like to have to buy a bundle of visits up front.  I never seem to use all of them and I think they all sell this way for this reason.

Everything went well, and I was very pleased with their services.  The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were readily available when needed.  The facilities were neat and clean, and the care was very good in general.  It should be noted, however, that they follow a strict Jewish doctrine that separates meat and dairy products.

It is certainly an investment if you are paying out of pocket, but it is important to take the recommendation of attending three appointments in a very short period of time and then going back about once every three weeks. Sometimes you do need to wait a few extra minutes for your appointment but it does not bother me like other business because it is really the result of the culture of care they provide, which sometimes results in taking a few extra minutes for the doctor to meet with each person.

Because he is also a teacher at OSU, his hours are sometimes difficult to schedule, but again all of this to say it is well worth the results you will likely see.

I've had massages from Nancy several (appt date meant to indicate "recently"). She has wonderful hands and knows how to vary the kneading by body part and preference. One time I had a very tight knot in my neck and she patiently and skillfully worked at it -- neck, shoulders, head -- until it was gone. My whole body felt good. The location is nicely kept but no-frills if you're interested only in a good massage

I've been always pleased with their service.  I love the body massage; it's so relaxing so I have to tell them more about that.  It's not taking me long to get in; I've always able to get in when I wanted it.  Their office is beautiful.  It's clean.  They take a lot of care in their building.
