My wife and I were exceedingly pleased with the excellent quality and thoroughness which Pride Remodeling put into our complete kitchen remodeling. They definitely covered all the fine points. We heartily recommend them and will be enlisting their services in the future. Thanks for a job well done! Jim and Barb - Berea, OH

It went very, very well. This is the second time I have used Expertise Painting. Their work is absolutely perfect. They are very neat and treated my house as if it were theirs. The quality of their work was top notch.

It went very well. The garage was used as a shop area to keep the dust from cutting to a minimum in the house and the area was partitioned with heavy plastic inside. The job leader kept us in the loop with frequent questions as to how we would like the final product to appear. He offered options where applicable so that we could choose. This is our second kitchen that AWR has done and the quality and outcome were as amazing the second time as the first. Also, AWR took the kitchen apart carefully and reassembled the equipment that remained carefully so that all we had to do was unload the cabinets and reload them. We purchased the new faucet and provided the tile for them to install both. I have no hesitation recommending them.

Steve is EXCELLENT and we could not recommend him more highly than to say he does A+ work and is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet.  He is always on time, always smiling and always happy to go the extra mile for us.  When we think of "handyman jobs," Steve Malinoski is the ONLY name that comes to mind!  If you need things done around the house, he is the guy to call.  You won't regret it!

Jim has many years of experience with all aspects of renovation and repair. He is careful and makes sure that everything is done correctly. When encountering difficulties (especially found in older homes), he is creative in coming up with solutions. Jim is always good natured and treats his assistant with encouragement and praise.

Lou is a great guy to work with! Super professional and incredibly detail oriented. He was hired to complete our trim project and we couldn't be happier.  Lou worked on baseboards, window and door trim. He was always there when he said he'd be and stuck with the budget. We would love to work with him in the future!

I called Lou in October 2012 after reading positive reviews on Angie's List to reframe and rehang doors following a botched job. He camed out and appeared knowledgable and passionate and advised that the floor should probably go down next. I let him know I'd contact him when the time came for work to be performed. When I called in January of 2013 and asked if he'd be interested in doing the floors he seemed equally responsive and passionate. When setting up time for an estimate in February 2013, he missed an appointment. Following a reschedule he provided a brief email with estimates of the jobs to be performed. I asked for a formal proposal and contract and sent him an example of what i was looking for in this regard.  He said he'd follow up on a certain day and did not get the proposal nor the contract to me. When i followed up, he apologized and said he got caught up in watching the oscars. A day later, he sent a list of his terms that he works hourly, but no proposal nor contract for any of the work to be performed.
Lou seems to be a nice guy, with higher than average price estimates which i took to mean his quality would be high. The service i saw from him and the lack of a formal proposal and contract made me think twice about his quality and his ability to get the job done in a professional and timely manner.  Either be aware that you'll have to be flexible and roll the dice on $ and quality or beware and look for a more professional company as I am doing.

Edited response following Lou's response: Lou - i think your response is a perfect example of what service and miscommunication people may see from you.  Thanks for providing first hand example. Up your game and up your professionalism. D to F. You are still a nice guy, but unorganized and exceptionally shady.

Jim did a great job! He responded to my phone call promptly and came out soon after to give me an estimate. Shortly after I received the estimate he started working. He cleaned up after himself when he was done working for the day. Jim is an extremely courteous person and did great work. I would not hesitate to hire him again!

A+++ on EVERYTHING!!!!!. The communication between the office (Renee, Jeremy) and all the young men working at my home. There were a variety of different crews designated with specific jobs. It was always communicated who was in charge of the crew and if there were any questions or concerns by anyone, it was quickly resolved. All work was supervised, all men were polite, efficient, took great care of my dogs and were a pleasure to get to know. 100% + completion of job and clean-up. Top quality company...superior young men that I would welcome back to my home to do any further work without any hesitation. I would welcome them at my home for a Thanksgiving meal and that indicates the quality of character of young people that work for and with this fine company. If you want a job done properly, efficiently, professionally and with genuine integrity ....welcome the Patton Painting Inc. family of young people into your home. You will be glad that you did.

Rudy provided exceptional service!! He covers every detail - he even made sure the doorknob matches the plumbing fixtures. My room contained a heating vent cover that is very visible, but is no longer made in that size- it was covered in 40 years of dirt, rust, and bad paint jobs. Rudy brought it to 2 different places to have it cleaned up and refinished. This is the kind of detail that other service people tend to categorize as "not my problem". He helped me to keep the cost down by working around the existing tiled walls in the shower area. He alerted me to plumbing issues in an adjacent bathroom that were uncovered only when the walls were open- if he had overlooked the area it would've meant bigger bills later on. He is great at communicating and working with what you want rather than trying to steer you into what is easiest for him to do. I can't say enough good things about him!
