    I?ve had the pleasure of working with Robert James twice in
    recent years.  First, he prepared my
    resume for a promotion within my company, which I did receive, and then again,
    when I applied for an outside position. The resume accomplished what I had
    hoped for ? an interview, despite a crowded field of candidates.  In both cases, I was completely confident
    that my resume would stand out from the crowd and highlight my best
    accomplishments.  Mr. James is easy to
    work with, provides excellent insights into the whole job-hunting process. My
    confidence soared. I have happily recommended him to family and friends, who
    were equally pleased with their outcomes.

    Expected to pay advertised price of $1.89 per shirt because none of them required dry cleaning.  Didn't check receipt when I dropped them off and he said I didn't need to pay until I picked them up.  Picked them up and was charged 21.45 instead of 7.56 because they claimed three of them required dry cleaning.  All three had been washed successfully by other laundries many times before, and one of them was a shirt I had purchased at WalMart fo $10.00.  Recommend people stay away from this business.  Happy at least that it was a small amount of money, but clearly a litmus test for the business.

    With regards to Ohio Guidestone's Family Life Child Care Center located at the Brook Park Recreation Center, please read if you have children or know someone who does!!!

    My son attended summer camp there and one evening he told me that another child wrapped his hands around my son's neck and held him underwater while my son said he struggled to get air. This happened twice in one day at the city pool. When I confronted a camp teacher the next day, she told me, "We already had a talk with the boy's parents yesterday about it". I was never notified of the instances! This particular child - who assaulted my son - constantly calls (my son) "Jerk" and "Troll Face" - on a daily basis. Obviously, this center tolerates bullying. My son tells the camp teachers each time it happens, yet they do nothing but tell the other child to "stop it". The teenage-looking camp 'teachers' do not appear mature enough to handle children, as they are often seen sitting around - doing absolutely nothing.

    When I spoke to the coordinator, she told me I was "free to find another child care center"! So, rather than control the bullying, she would rather us go away! Might I add that the center receives benefits for the bully AND his brother. Perhaps they don't care about the safety of one child when they benefit financially for two!

    They did not take matters seriously, as it happened on a daily basis. If you care about your children, please take them to a center that cares!!!

    My feet were given a soak in a foot basin of warm water. Doh then removed dry skin, clipped my toenails and prepared to polish.  He used hot towels on my legs and finished with a lotion.  I like this salon very much and visit it for services every month.

    Kim is very talented and a real pleasure to visit. She is highly skilled in using color and is always up-to-date on contemporary appearance. This is a full service salon and is very professionally run. I always receive a phone call reminder and an email before each appointment.

    Suit and Tux look fine. Ties both looked worse than when I dropped them off. They explained that it was difficult to press silk without the rear side causing an impression. My complaint wasn't about the impression as much as the fact that the ties weren't flat any more and had the same stain as when it was dropped off. Both looked worse than before. They agreed to press them again.
    When the returned with the ties, one still had the original stain and the other had a tear just below where the knot would be. Another woman came out and explained that the ties were old and that silk is fragile. I said that I understood that silk is fragile and must be treated with care and competence, but that one tie looked no better than before and the other was ruined.
    I purchased both ties new and both looked fine except for the food stains when I dropped them off. She finally agreed to refund my cost for cleaning the tie that they ruined, but refused to refund what I had paid for the tie that looked no better than when I had dropped it off.
    After a disappointing experience in the past, I had not used this cleaner in over 10 years. I'll not return, and I cannot recommend their services to others.

    My overall experience with Worthington Career Services was great! I was able to work with Janice and Jeremy to create a very professional resume which allowed me to standout when applying for different positions. Then I was able to use the lessons learned and advice I was given in coaching sessions to prepare myself for the actual interview. I recently accepted an offer from a company and can credit Worthington Career Services for helping me get this position. Some may say the price is a little on the high side, but I feel that what they provided was well worth the money! If it was not for the resume and coaching I received I would not have received the job offer that I got. Janice and Jeremy made me feel confident in my abilities and I went into every interview knowing that I would do well. This is attributed to them helping me with any questions I had and preparing me for each interview.
    If anyone needs help with creating a resume or wants some career coaching I would highly recommend Worthington Career Services!

    I took two winter coats in for cleaning. One of the coats was dark and had a VERY small amount of pet hair showing on it. The clerk told me, and quot;There will be an extra charge for de-hairing this coat.and quot; What utter nonsense! I guess I would have saved money if I had taken 10 seconds to use a lint roller before I took the coat in. After all, the reason you take a garment to the dry cleaners is to get it cleaned. I would have expected that the usual dry cleaning service would have removed the wee bit of pet hair in evidence, but no, that's and quot;extra.and quot;

    I am a long time Berea resident, and the only reason I use Master Cleaners at all is that they are the last dry cleaner left in town. For years, they have been a royal pain. Their staff is and has been consistently surly and difficult, nearly to the point of being disrespectful. I am actively looking for another cleaner in the area, even if they will be somewhat further away. Master Cleaners should not be rewarded for being unpleasant to deal with.

    I have used her three times to add pockets to some of my clothing. I took her a pair of pants that needed pockets, she said she could do it but she needed the fabric. She added the pockets and they looked perfect. She does the work in a reasonable amount of time. She gives me Cadillac treatment for Cadillac prices.

    I have to travel a little farther to reach this salon, but it is worth the distance. Marianne is meticulous in her work. Jamie is simply a creative genius and Katrina does a pedicure that includes a foot and leg massage which is very therapeutic. This is a wonderful salon and Chris always gives the customer a reminder call on the prior day. They watch out for your schedule and if one of the professionals has to cancel, they call immediately and rearrange scheduling. It is VERY user friendly.
