Excavating reviews in Berea

Bill's team worked hard everyday to complete the job. His team removed dead trees and rocks from the property, dug deep trenches and installed a complete drainage system around the garage and yard and attached it to the city sewer system through my neighbor's back yard. He leveled the yard, placed top soil and replanted the grass. He also installed a new driveway with a drain, fixed several city sidewalk areas and installed a beautiful stamped concrete ramp to my front stoop. I am trilled with the results and would hire them again for any work I need in the future. Bill and his team are top notch.

It went very well! They did an excellent, fast, professional job, and they left that part of our lot in very clean shape afterwards. I don't know whether what they charged me is high, average, or low, but they were great to deal with.

The workers who showed up each day were very professional. They attempted to fix what was thought was a small leak in the buried water line coming into the house.. However, it was found that the copper water pipe installed 8 short years ago was pitted and leaking in multiple spots. They showed up the next week and installed a brand new copper water line. The material they used was top notch (K grade copper that is designed to be buried) and, though they had to dig up our front yard, they left our yard in the best shape possible. I would highly recommend Killeen Plumbing and I do plan on doing business with them in the future.

It went amazing. To say that I am uptight about my yard, landscaping, and lawn is not an exaggeration. Brandon and his crew removed and replaced landscape walls, lights, and plants. The entire project took about 6 days and when they were done, the only evidence was the dirt trench that was waiting for the new grass to grow. The whole time they were at my home, they were extremely neat and clean. They were respectful of my neighbors yard too. This was a big project, they had to remove and repour sections of my cement walk way. My husband and I could not be happier with the work. It wasn't money we wanted to spend, but it had to be done. We have recommended him to several neighbors and have invited interested people over to inspect the work. Since the initial install, Brandon has come out to inspect the pump and replace a part. He returned my call 9 months after the project was completed promptly which was much appreciated. Just want to add that digging by hand was much less destructive than using a back hoe. We had many estimates over 2 years. When Hart Masonry gave us our quote after examining the property and listening to our problem, they hadn't pulled out of the driveway when we knew they were the ones for the job.

Our area has had several strong rains in the last few years that have overwhelmed our downspouts.  Water has
been leaking into the basement.  Prior attempts to fix the problem have not stopped the water from entering, and Olivieri was
called on 8/4 to give us an opinion on solving the problem and an estimate for doing the repair.  Rocco Olivieri met with us the same day he was called, and began the repair work one day after we authorized it.  He and his crew worked through several difficult problems caused by the overbuilt construction of our house.  It was constructed in 1965 and previous owners had added thick concrete reinforced with steel rebar next to the foundation.   This took significant time and effort to remove.   Olivieri and crew completed the work we initially agreed upon, but it would not have solved the underlying drainage problem.  Significant additional work - nearly double the original distance -  was done excavating the foundation until good drainage tile could be connected to the new footer tile.  Even though the job was larger and tougher than estimated, it was completed in 4 working days and beat two days of heavy rain that followed.  As we agreed when the additional work was authorized, the cost for the repairs increased also.  At
all times during the repair, Rocco and his crew were helpful, answered our questions, and asked our opinions on options.
So far, the basement is dry and cracks in the block walls have closed from the reduced pressure on the outside.  We are very pleased with the work, and we are now ready to begin additional repair projects in the basement.

From the start, I was impressed with the professionalism of Integrity Waterproofing. Steve Allen came out to gave me an estimate and did a thorough examination of the basement walls, checked out the existing sump pump, inspected downspouts, and wrote up an estimate and talked me through the details. He was very professional and thorough and there was no pressure at all. After scheduling (and once weather cooperated), his team was punctual and left my landscaping better than it started - unbelievable! I did have some issues after the job because this muddy clay water (thanks to the fact that my soil is mostly clay) came into my basement on the first heavy rain. I called the office and Steve came out to look at it and brought a plumbing contractor who pressure-snaked a line for me that was clogged up from clay.
I've waited about a year to post this review as I wanted to have the job truly tested by some heavy rains and we had a
pretty dry summer. Before Steve's team came out, I had 2 rivers of water flowing from my back nook to the lowest part of the foundation, which is a capped out drain. In addition, it seemed to pool up the worst right by the partially finished side, where it threatened to destroy drywall, carpeting, and furniture and electronics. Now, after quite a few heavy storms (including the start of Hurricane Sandy rains), I have not had ANY water come in. I hope it stays this way as he said my only other option if water comes in back there again is for his team to come back out and install a second sump pump outside the house.
Overall, I am very happy with Integrity Waterproofing and happy to have a dry basement!
