Brian arrived promptly the day after I called him. He cleaned up dome old programs I had that were slowing my computer down, synced my iPhone and iPad's mail accounts and answered all my questions patiently. I had been thinking about getting a new computer, but with Brian's help and advice I don't need to spend the money now.

I am very grateful for the services of this generous, bright and pleasant young man who is a superb professional.  Arun made a speedy diagnosis and corrected the problem making sure that there were no additional issues.  He is always very generous with his expertise and time.  Of all the people who have worked on my computer, he has the best communicative skills and is a skillful teacher.  If he feels it is appropriate, he will suggest information.

I dropped laptop off on a business trip, based on them having three locations and favorable reviews on angies list.  I payed an extra $40 for expedited service.  First contact with them was to tell me that the motherboard was bad and they would need to order a new  one.  I then waited another week and they told me that they had replace the motherboard, but the screen was still flickering.  They suggested replacing the screen,  I agreed.  A week later, I call the check and they said they were having problems finding a replacement screen.  I sent them some places that carry them (First warning sign).  They then call me back and they said they couldn't find a new one (obviously didn't check ebay) but found a used one, I asked them if they could find a nicer one, as I was willing to pay extra since I loved that laptop.  They call back and for approx. $100 more they found a "really good" screen.  I agreed and they ordered parts.  A week later, They told me it was done and was being shipped back to me since I was back home in Cleveland.  This was the start of the nightmare
I opened box and was very excited to see my laptop.  Powered it on and it looked good.  I started to use it and opened up task manager to see what was going on since it was running slower than before and saw large blotches on the white background, and while in task manager I noticed that laptop had half the ram it had when I dropped it off.  I called their customer service, and I was told that they knew about splotches, but they thought they were "pressure marks" and would go away during shipping, which didn't make any sense since the laptop is a touchscreen covered in gorilla glass, but they offered me a credit to make up for the defective screen and missing memory.  I accepted since I thought I could deal with the splotches and always add the ram later on.  I went on vacation to florida and I thought I would add the memory to it, but I ordered 2 separate sticks of memory, and neither worked.  And one night, while I was sitting there watching a movie, I noticed it looked blockier than before.  I checked the resolution settings and the screen was now a 1920x1080 screen, but when I dropped it off, it had a 2880x1620 screen.  I called back again and explained my justified frustation, and after consulting with their customer service, I was offered a $200 credit.  I refused credit this time, as the laptop was useless to me now with only half the ram and almost half the resolution, and I wanted a full refund.  At this point I was told that in order to receive that credit, I would have to "plead my case" to the owners via e-mail.  Seriously.  So I had to write down the WHOLE thing via e-mail and send it to the owners.  The next day I was called back by support saying that my request for a refund was granted, but I would have to ship laptop back to them at my own cost, and they would not give said refund until they received the laptop and checked it over.  A week later, they did finally issue me a refund, only it was $90 less than what was originally agreed to.  I had to wait again while they verified the amount correctly.
Throughout the whole ordeal, I was never contacted by an "owner", never offered an apology, and every call I had to recount the growing list of things they had broken since nothing had been entered in the call notes.  The only contact I had from the owner was when I shared this story on yelp, and his response was "sorry, but it won't happen again, and there's nothing I can do for you".  They also proceed to blame a previous hard drive replacement repair for part of the issue, but even if they had spilled soda on the motherboard, how would that have been a factor since they were the ones that replaced the motherboard and screen with defective parts?

We used a local server for our database and common files for people to share in the office. It suddenly crashed one day and all of our data was seemingly lost. We contacted Earl who was able to extract our data as well as our database from our broken server and was able to get our business back up and running again. We have since moved to the cloud so as to avoid this problem in the future. We also had a problem with our printer not being able to print due to our new server and Earl came back out at no charge to help us set that up. Earl was not only helpful but a pleasure to work with. Would recommend to any home user or business.

We dropped off our laptop after reviewing computer repair servicers on the Angie's List site. They allowed us to drop off the laptop in the evening and kept us informed of the progress/issues for the 3-4 days (it was over the 4th of July weekend) that they were working on the laptop. They performed the work without disturbing anything saved on the computer or disrupting any of the software that was installed. We highly recommend them for their professionalism, ongoing communication and genuine care provided. And the price was very low for the time they put into the repair.

I called and left a message on his answering machine and he called back within the hour. He was very nice. I took my computer to his home and he had it fixed within 3 days. I had a virus that he had to remove. His fee was $50 an hour and he worked for an hour and a half. The whole family was nice and friendly and chatted with me about computers. He was very knowledgeable.

It was a terrible experience. We had a two year contract with them for a cpmputer that we bought for our daughter.  I sent the computer into them at leat 4 times and we delt with them for about a year.  They ended up just giving us money and we had to buy the computer from them in the end.

When I initially called, Jerry forthrightly told me it would be a week before he could fit me in; given his high AL rating, I elected to wait for him, rather than have the work done more quickly elsewhere. He arrived (after telephoning to ascertain my availability) somewhat earlier than promised, worked efficiently and was very helpful in recommending sources for peripherals and upgrades. He was pleasant, professional, and very helpful. I don't plan on ever using anyone else for any future computer problems.

I own a Windows 98 laptop that still runs decently. The modem was burned out in the laptop however and I used this machine on the road to dial in for networking. I took my laptop to PC Power and gave to Art to fix. Art kept the laptop over the weekend to find some outdated parts that would still work in this machine. He found an external modem that fit the PCMA slot for my laptop and added extra memory to speed the laptop up for me. This machine now runs better than it did before.
