ALawn & Order LandscapingWe felt very comfortable leaving the house for months at a time on extended trips. When we returned home the lawn and flower beds were in great condition. We never had to contact them to ask for special services or additional attention since everything was done correctly the first time. AGreenleaf Landscapes IncLand around the end of the house had previously been dug up to repair foundation. Greenleaf came in and leveled land, grading away from the house, and planted numerous new plants, and laid mulch all around, including other flower beds around the land. It looks very nice now. Mason Chambers develops a written estimate, works within a budget, tries to choose local varietals & plants that are not generally consumable by wildlife. Although your plan may change, as he gets involved with the project & issues arise, he does not increase the final cost. He is a pleasant man to work with & clearly a landscape artist, re-framing "problem" to feature. (My wet spring spot in the lawn became a hand dug pond.) Mason's wife handles the billing in an efficient yet cheerful manner. The crew are polite, work hard & then clean up. Working with Five Springs has been an all around positive experience.- Carla Y.

AWhen hiring out, I usually expect at least something to be missed, or done in haste. I found nothing lacking here. Johnny and his men removed a huge Locust tree, leveled it with topsoil and finished it off with grass seed and straw. They trimmed our Japanese Maple, River Birch and other trees expeditiously and cleaned up way beyond my expectations! This family business does it right, and they are among the best I have worked with. This coupled with their VERY competitive quote made the whole experience very satisfying.

AWe have 2 small rooms that are a challenge for us to decorate. My husband is disabled & we require space for his motorized wheelchair, which further limits what we can do. Bryan, the owner, & Dorothy, our designer, listened to our requests & designed 2 beautiful rooms that maximize the limited space. Once we approved the design & furniture, they immediately provided a list of carpenters so we could get started on some built-in cabinetry. We were also provided with a list of all the furnishings & websites so we can purchase what we can afford. We had never used a design team before & I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so happy we did! Now we have a direction & vision of what we can do to truly utilize those rooms. We also have control over the budget & can do what we can afford as time goes on. Bryan & Dorothy were absolutely wonderful to work with & I would definitely use them again!!

AExcellent from first communication through the completion. We spent a year trying to contact someone to re build a deck, either they didn’t call, came for an estimate and then we didn’t hear from them or the prices were outrageous. We changed course and decided on a paver patio, Scott has excellent communication, worked with us on a design to fit our needs and budget. Endless patience with our constant questions. He and his stellar crew showed up when they said they would and were great guys! This is a top notch company and we would hire again in a minute. Our patio is gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier.

FHorrible craftsmanship. He did not order the materials as draws were paid, then wanted more money to order materials. Installed a boat lift as part of the project, it was not installed to spec and dropped our boat. The seawall steps have washed out from rain. Left trash, building scraps all over the work site.
