    Dr. Shah was accepting new patients in early September, but I could not get an appointment for over 6 weeks.  Since I was ill, the receptionist suggested the nurse practitioner.  I described my symptoms and the nurse practitioner misdiagnosed as seasonal allergies and told me to take an over-the-counter allergy medicine.  Three weeks later, while out of town (and therefore out of network), I went to the ER and was admitted to hospital with Congestive Heart Failure.  I had fluid on the lungs as I had three weeks earlier.  Obviously the nurse practitioner is this practice is given too much responsibility for his education and experience. 
    When my insurance had not received the claim but I received the bill, I called the billing office during business hours. No answer.  I left a voicemail.  No one returned my call.  Then I attempted to contact the practice through PremierMyChart about the same billing issue.  No response.  The bills kept coming and eventually a claim was sent to my insurance.  There is not a practice manager listed on the website.  So I wrote a letter to Dr. Shah about the billing issue and the misdiagnosis.  I never heard from her or anyone else at the practice. 
    This doctors' office is poorly managed.  If there is a problem, they are unresponsive.  And that's the good news!  If you don't want a major misdiagnosis bordering on malpractice, find another practice in town.

    Preparation for colonoscopy was simpler than I had experienced with another doctor. Dr. Verma performed procedure, found some polyps, removed them, did histology, benign. Dr. Verma was relaxed and attentive to my discussions with him. I enjoyed our interactions.

    Cornerstone Pediatrics
    I really like that Cornerstone Pediatrics cares for our children and the treatment is good. The wait time can sometimes be long. I would recommend them. We have been able to get in when we needed to. We normally have a problem with the billing but the fix it every time.

    They were able to get me in the same day, Xray across the hall and on my way. This is a very good group. The strive to get you in the same day you call.
    I was seeing Dr Taylor, but unfortunately he has started his own practice and left this group.

    Three visits. The first two visits were scheduled with the doctor but only saw the RNP. This was never explained. Third visit to go over test results were with the Doctor. Sore throat is cured and on the path to curing the tiredness. My only complaint was that you must pay the full cost of the exam at the time of service. Even if you have insurance and have meet your deductable, the support staff is not trained in billing. I have never dealt with an office where the concept of billing for the true price of the service is foreign.

    It is called Tri Care. I use it on any military base.  They have been good for me. They are very good. I have not had any problems with the billing and administration.
