    Radon-X
Radon-x did a great job. They were responsive and organized. They were on time for both the estimate and the installation. They also explained in detail what to expect for the installation and post installation monitoring.

    Radon-X
Fantastic.  From scheduling the quote, to scheduling the work, to performing the work and then verifying the results with us they were simply the most professional group I've ever dealt with--bar none.  In addition to hitting all the marks for service, they over communicated and were willing to work with us to make the solution as least obtrusive as possible--hate seeing those big pipes running along the side of everyone's house around here.  Not only would I recommend them to anyone in the area, I wouldn't even worry about getting competitive quotes--not only are the honest and professional, they were also the lowest bidder.  Trust in Radon-X !

    Radon-X
Stacy and his wife installed a radon mitigation system which has reduced our radon levels to .8 or below.  Stacy and his wife sealed the sump pits and installed a pipe from the basement through the attic where they installed a fan to release the radon.  They did an outstanding job and completed the work with little disruption. All of the work exceeded our expectations.  We couldn't be happier with the results.    Their professionalism and integrity was clearly evident throughout the process.  Would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

I bought a house in December 2014.? Had radon test done, and result was over 6.0.? Seller contacted Environmental Doctor for quote, (Brian Warner) and seller proposed to give us the money and we would have the work done when we moved in.? We agreed. I did some research on radon, and called Brian Warner to tell him that I wanted the system to mitigate the radon under 2.0.?? Upon hearing this, Brian got quite irate and started throwing things out at me such as "that is not what I contracted for" and "in Europe they accept radon levels as high as 40", etc.? My research had shown me that the World Health Organization recommends radon levels below 2, and that systems can mitigate levels very low depending on how the installation is done, size of the fan, etc.??Brian's extreme reaction got me very concerned, so I asked him to come out to the house.? When he arrived, he again got rather irate when he "discovered" that we only have half a basement, and the rest is on a crawl space.? Turns out, he had done the quote OVER THE PHONE, WITHOUT EVEN COMING TO THE HOUSE.? Huge, huge red flag. On top of that, he was not willing to stick with his written quote - we would to pay more. Then he absolutely insisted that the only way a system could be installed was to run the piping up the outside of the house.? Have you seen these?? They are an absolute eyesore.? I myself could pick out several places where the piping could be run inside the walls of our house, through the garage, and then up to the roof level.? He would have none of that.? Our real estate agent was with us, and he also shook his head in disbelief at this man's antics.I was left with the distinct impression that he was out to do the quickest, easiest, and cheapest job he could to maximize his profit.?? And I can only wonder how he got a license from the state. We went with Radon-X, and were extremely pleased.? They did everything right.? They came to the house to do an on-site inspection.? They designed a system that would mitigate our crawl space as well as the basement/rest of house.? Their system is inside the house walls, and exits at the correct level on the roof.? Their system cost only a few hundred dollars more. If Environmental Doctor disputes this review with saying "Brian Warner does not work for us anymore" I would not consider that a valid dispute.? Any company that lets their employees behave in a manner that violates Ohio radon licensing is a company that I would not trust.

    Radon-X
baI was very impressed with Radon X.  Not only did he install a radon mitigation system in my home, he was able to work with me and hide the pipes in my crawl space and attic.  Take a look at your neighbors mitigation systems.  If you see a white PVC pipe climbing up the side of their house, you can bet that it was not a system that Radon X installed.  Radon X installed the system exceeding all codes and the radon reading after the install was barley readable.  The reading was so low that had a second company test it and it is true, Radon X mitigated my radon to a tenth of what it was before.

Performed as advertised.  Advised us of the water and mold remediation process along the way, something we don't have experience with.  Upon completion of the work, air samples were tested to show we had less mold in the sealed up repair zone indoors than what was present in the outside ambient air.

    Radon-X
RadonX is a great company! It's a small company that prides itself on high-quality service and products. Before we installed the system, out radon levels were around 16 CpL. Once installed, the levels dropped to an average of 2.0 CpL. However, on a very cold evening (-5 degrees) the levels briefly moved to 3.9 CpL. Under the contract, if the retest indicated levels above 4.0 CpL, an additional retest will occur and/or adjustments to the mitigation system will be made. Even though RadonX met their obligations of the contract (they were below 4.0 CpL), they still came out and accomplished another restest. Those results were much lower (average of ~1.2 CpL). You will not be disappointed going with RadonX

    PILLAR TO POST
Mike Schray was very knowledgeable and we felt that he covered every inch of the house. He did find a few items that did need to be addresses. We were happy to be able to get those resolved before closing. Mike was friendly and efficient.
When I arrived 30 mins into the inspection, the inspector was up on the room looking at all the details. He went through a thorough list on his laptop during the 2 hr inspection. He found several things of note, a couple which were significant to get fixed (water damage under the sliding door due to deck, rotting soffets in the corners). His report was over 40 pages long and included digital pictures of things of interest for us to refer to. He was generally friendly. We let him complete the inspection and then he took us and our realtor to all the items he noticed and answered all questions. A third party chimney guy arrived in the middle and checked out the chimney. This guy knew the inspector. The chimney guy did not have a ladder and so could not inspect the very top of the chimney. That seemed odd to me. He could see up to the top of the chimney from the ground.
In general very happy with this company.
