    Don's Stump Grinding Services LLC
Excellent service and work provided. The team called in advance to let me know they were in route. Upon arrival work was completed as expected. They double check prior to departure that work was done to the my satisfaction. Easy to work with the team and pleased with the job. I would recommend them to others.

    Falls Tree Experts
Due to a very bad winter storm, one of our many trees fell on the garage. Falls trees were very courteous, professional, timely and considerate throughout the whole ordeal. They took the time to examine all the tree near the garage and marked the trees that would potentially fall. They gave a fair estimate with no pressure to choose their company. They work with our insurance company streamlining the whole claim process. Thank you for a job well done. Excellent work.

The team that worked at my home were expected to be there at 8:00 A.M. They were pulling up in from of my house at 8:00 A.M. sharp! I was so pleased at how quickly and efficiently they worked. I asked if they could cut down some dead branches from another tree in my backyard. They kindly obliged. Overall, I was pleased with the work New Heights did and I would definately recommend their services to anyone. I was pleased with the price too. I was expecting to pay a lot more, especially with the size of the trees I had removed.

I requested an estimate for the removal of six diseased ash trees and stump grinding of the six trees via email on Angie's List and received a call from Steve at Parks Tree the same day.  Andy came out to my home the next day and provided me with an estimate.  Andy called me to say he left the estimate in my mailbox and to let him know if I needed anything else.  The estimate was also emailed to me.  After reviewing Parks' estimate, as well as two others I had received, I decided to have them do the work.  I called Andy. He said they could start the job the following Thursday. I told Andy I forgot about the need for a pine tree and stump to also be removed in addition to the ash trees. He said he would come out again and add it to the estimate. I received emails confirming the scheduled days of the job.  Andy came out to my home again on the Wednesday before the start of the work and emailed me with the additional estimate. The crew started the job as scheduled on Thursday, continued on Friday and completed everything with awesome clean up on Saturday. I spoke to a couple of the crew members on site, and they were very professional and courteous. Thank you Parks Tree!!

    The Davey Tree Expert Company
All they did was give me an estimate. They did a nice job. The estimate was a little high for me, but that was their cost. Nothing much stood about them. They were the only company that I called to get an estimate.

    Falls Tree Experts

We just bought a new home. So we initially called them just to have 2 stumps to be ground out that the city was bugging us about. In between calling them for the quote and them giving the quote, my husband discovered that a massive maple tree that sits smack dab on the property line between our house and the neighbor's had a significant crack in it. I kid you not, when you stood next to it, you could hear the wood cracking (not creaking, literally cracking) every time the wind blew. It was very obvious that this was a tree that a good storm would take down.

My husband actually loves to take trees down himself, but this tree was about 10 feet from both our house and the neighbor's and our electrical lines run on either side of it. My husband said there was no way he could safely do it. But he also said that leaving it up was a serious liability. We decided since they were already coming out to quote the stumps, we would have them look at the tree.

I kid you not, the quote left us floored in a good way. We had expected it to be much, much higher due to the difficult location. When we consulted our neighbor about removing the tree, she hugged me and was thrilled to pay half. They had the tree quoted 2 years ago when they bought their house and simply could not afford it and had been hoping the tree did not fall in the mean time. The price Mr. Falls quoted was significantly less (more than 50% less) than what had been quoted to them by the other company.

Since the price was so affordable, we also had them drop another diseased tree on the property that my husband could have managed but would have needed to bring in friends and family to help with.

I called for the quote on Thursday morning. Erik came out to quote Thursday afternoon, which we accepted. And the trees were dropped Friday morning with stumps ground out Friday afternoon. Just that fast.

The tree dropping team had the easy tree dropped in under 20 minutes. The tricky one near the houses and electrical lines was about an hour. The tricky one was dropped in a neat pile around the stump and they did not damage any of the ornamental trees that were growing about 20 feet away in the neighbor's yard nor hit the houses or the electrical lines.

I will point out that we did not pay to have them clean the trees up. We cut them up ourselves and stored them for firewood. That does make a difference in price. So if you want clean up, prices will be higher. But their prices and speed of service were amazing.

The Parks Tree team came on time and did a great job. They cut down the 10 trees, ground the stumps, cleaned up, preserved the wood chips as requested. We communicated directly with Andy; he was responsive and promptly returned calls. We would definitely use them again.

Jennifer listened to our needs and didn't try to sell us anything we did not want. She is environmentally friendly.  They were efficient, professional and ethical.  Considering the work they had to do -  they were surprisingly quiet.  They have excellent customer service.  Clean-up was excellent.  Highly recommended and would use again.

Unfortunately when they came back to do the stump work my grass was soggy but he rolled his big truck on it and left tyre marks so that wasn't good. The thing I appreciated about him is that he's a good arbourist and he with some trees that I considered taking down he explained to me why I shouldn't take them down willy nilly. I spent $800.
