Clink Builders & Contracting Co Inc
I recommend Clink Builders and Contracting without hesitation. Bill Clink is professional, very knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. Bill is an expert in his field, and his crew is composed of skilled professionals who not only know their trade very well, but are always professional and courteous. The work we contracted Bill to do was complicated, so Id like to go into some detail to describe what Clink Builders was able accomplish. Our home was built in the 1850s and one part of the basement was created in about the 1930s. The wall created in the 1930s was in disrepair with leaning and shifting and multiple cracks and was going to collapse inward. During heavy rains, water would literally pour in through the wall. To complicate matters, our gas, water, and sewer, and electrical lines and breaker box were located along this wall. In other words, the entire wall had to be excavated without interfering or damaging any of those lines. We had consulted several contractors and Bill Clink was the only one who assured us that none of the lines or electric box would have to be moved, and he assured us our water, gas, and electricity would never be shut off during the process. Because of Bills many years of experience and reputation, we chose him for the job and are very pleased with the results. Im not an expert, but it seems to me this was a very complex job. The house had to be supported on jacks, the exterior excavated without disturbing any of the lines, and the wall demolished and removed before a new foundation wall could be put in. Bill and his crew did all of this work without any issues, and the end results are fantastic. As Bill promised, none of our utilities were shut off during the process, and we did not have to vacate the house at any time. We cannot be more pleased with the work. The work done included excavating the foundation exterior, remove existing foundation wall, drain tile work and new downspouts, footer, build new wall with rods drilled into the footer, exterior wall plastered and sealed, seed, fertilizer and straw areas for new grass. Even though over two dump trucks of dirt and debris were removed from our property during the process, our property was left very clean The new foundation wall is very solid, made with 12 inch block and reinforced every 48 inches. Bill put in a new drainage/downspout system and the wall is dry even during recent heavy rainfall. Bill gave us regular updates throughout the job and his crew was efficient, respectful and worked quickly. The entire job was complete in a little over a week. We found Bill to trustworthy, reliable and conscientious. He is thorough and does top notch work. Dottie, who works in the office, was a joy to work with and always helpful and dependable. Its important to note that Bill personally supervised the work and was always available to answer any questions. His crew, which included his son, was outstanding. I highly recommend Clink Builders and Contracting.

    Adelios Contracting Co
Could not have been better. Sergio responded to my inquiry almost immediately, setting up a convenient time to assess and discuss the situation. He arrived right on time and listened carefully as I described the situation, then was clear and helpful in describing the options and about how the job would proceed. When the day came to begin work Sergio and his team were on time and ready to begin. He walked his team through the project, describing what is to be done, talked to me, then left. He left me in very capable hands. I cannot say enough good about the two teammates, who worked so exceptionally well together. Taking steps to protect the property, limit the destruction of shrubbery and did a thorough cleanup. Excavation is not easy work, yet the two men made it look like they could do it in their sleep. They just kept going and going, on to the next task, then the next, until it was all done. Another gentleman came to scope the lines with a camera and he impressed me as well. He made sure I could see and understand what we were looking at and where under ground it was. I wish all service providers ran their company like Adelios Contracting.

The technician was on time, extremely polite, and explained in detail what had happened and what was needed.  Timing was critical to immediately follow the water removal.  They responded promptly on short notice and worked with the other contractor to make everything happen as needed.  I highly recommend this company.

I had a good experience with this company. The sales pitch is a little strong when they come out to give your estimate and their price is a little higher than some of the other alternatives, but they do a thorough job (outside & inside protection). The crew was very professional and friendly. Arrived when they said they would. There was a project supervisor in the crew making sure everything was going to plan.  The same crew came back the next day. They laid down plastic to protect my flooring between the basement and the back door, and draped it over items in the basement to keep clean. They cleaned up everything very well. I  had a conflict with the city inspector and they went above and beyond to make sure all issues were dealt with to all parties' satisfaction. They offer a warranty plan that is invaluable as I've had to have them come out a couple times to tweak some trouble areas and they've been on time, courteous, and cleaned up each time.

This company has been very professional from start to finish.  All my questions were answered throughout the process.  The job was done faster than quoted and their guys did a good job with the clean up after everything was finished.

Originally the guy came in and they were going to do an interior waterproofing job.  The guy who spelled out the job did not do the best job of explaining all the things that were going to be going on.  The guys that came out to do the job took a look at the whole situation.  They told me that if they were going to do an inside job, they would have had to come in with a jackhammer and they would have to do a lot of work inside and he said that I would hate them for that.  He then proposed an exterior job which would be more thorough, a better solution, and it would be a $1000.00 more which I ended up taking.  It was a far better solution because an indoor job would have been completely disruptive in the space I was dealing in.  They excavated up at the site of the building where we had very considerable water seepage from below the ground line.  They excavated out that wall where the seepage was happening.  They did a tar and an overlay of the tar with a heavy plastic compound of some description.  They also did a vented plastic line to allow drainage of any water draining off the ground coming off at that point.  They laid down a foot layer of gravel to expedite and encourage the drainage around that area.  Between those three steps, it would virtually completely obliviate any possibility of water coming into the house.  We have had a couple of heavy rains since and the carpet is dry.  That's the bottom line.  I really can't say anything on the price.  I actually got them from Angie's List and Angie's List had these guys up at the top of the list.  That by itself was a tremendous recommendation.  I called them and they had somebody here the next day as far as the estimate was concerned.  They spelled that exactly how they were going to be available.  Apparently they had a lot of work, but they were able to get me in.  The guy who did the original look was certainly professional, but he did not give me the best solution.  I hope I don't have to use them in the future, but I would use them if I had to.

    B-DRY SYSTEM CLEVELAND
They have been great. They stated a large project does not need to be done. They sold me only the parts of the work that I needed. I appreciated their honesty and not selling me more than I needed. Marty, the guy who came out, was very helpful and friendly.
