    Joe came to check the stove initially but the stove could not be fixed, he did what he could to get a third outlet working on a gas stove. Then he came back out to fix the refrigerator which was not closing properly.

    It didn't go very well, as we explained to them that the information that we were given from the technician did not match what the company was telling us. We cancelled the service right away, but it was after we had already paid for the initial service and the monthly installment on the home warranty. NOT GOOD Sears---NOT GOOD!!!!!

    When the repairman arrived, he fixed the dryer, but advised us that repairing the refrigerator would cost hundreds of dollars and we should purchase the Sears Home Warranty. We purchased the warranty, but when we called to get the repair done, we experienced 4 or 5 visits after which they said they don't service pre-existing problems. The initial repairman knew that when he advised us. Sears also refused to refund our payment for the warranty, stating that the 4 or 5 visits cost the amount we paid for the warranty. Very disappointing.

    My Frigidaire dishwasher was 18 months old when it starting showing error codes. Although already out of warranty Frigidaire agree to cover all the parts. It took three visits from Complete Appliance to replace all the defective parts. Thank you, Complete Appliance!!

    It took 3-4 business days for someone to be able to come out, but Brian did arrive early within the time frame they gave.  It didn't take more than 10 minutes for him to diagnose the problem, and he had it fixed pretty quickly.  He seemed very knowledgeable, considering it's not a very common brand, and he indicated that if it wasn't just the switch, it would probably not be worth fixing - I appreciated the honesty.  It wasn't a cheap repair, considering it was just an easily-accessible, plug-in switch, but it was about 80% LESS expensive than buying a new washer.  We've used it for about 15 years, so if we get a few more years out of it (which is very likely,) I'll consider it money very well spent.  The only downside of my experience is that in addition to the charge just to come out and look, they also charge by the quarter hour.  I understand the charge to come and look in the first place, but it would be nice if at least the first 15 minutes of diagnosis/repair was included in that service call charge.

    I am so pleased the I chose Mark to work on the dryer. He was punctual, totally professional and really a person who wanted to make things work. Hard to find anymore. He went over and above to get this dryer working, and now, it does!!! Cannot ask for anything better. He definitely KNOWS the different appliances - huge plus. As a widow, this is the type of person that I know that I can trust and need to keep around. Call again: definitely..... Recommend: most definitely..... Thanks Mark

    Mike came by to check out a Craigslist purchased washing machine that was making odd noises.  He discovered that the only problem was that the shipping bolts were still in place, which he said was actually a good thing - with them in place, the machine would not have been jostled around in the move.  He removed the bolts then ran the machine through a wash cycle to make certain it was functioning properly.  He also gave us recommendations on other appliances and brands and such.  After all this he only charged us $50!  He's a thorough professional and we will absolutely call him if we ever have any appliance issues.

    He's good.  He would tell you whether it would cost you more to do a repair than to go out an buy a new item. So he's very honest and he didn't try to sell us an expensive item. With our stove, the part was going to cost a lot of money so we bought it online and he installed it. He charged us probably under $100. His price was reasonable.

    Decker Appliance replied promptly to our inquiry and set up an appointment.  The repairman called to let us know he was underway, appeared exactly at the agreed-upon time, and rapidly identified the problem.  He told us what he would need to do and secured our ready agreement, then produced the part and installed it.  Immediately the refrigerator started cooling and has worked perfectly for the past month.

    Mark is very punctual and walked me through the entire process. There was no charge due to that face that there was no issue with my washing machine. He however, wrote down the type of washing machine just in case the belt ended up breaking he would have it in stock so that he can come over and fix it.
