Our fees are based on the type of problem and the size of home or facility to be serviced and all rates are reasonable and fair market value. We are not going to be always the cheapest nor the most expensive however we will be very professional and someone that you would allow to take care of your mom's home.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
GREG MILLER INSTALLED DECK FENCING AROUND THE PERIMETER OF MY FRONT PORCH, WHICH COVERED A GROUND HOG HOLE. HE CUT STEEL WIRE GRID 12 TO 18 INCHES WIDE AND STAPLED (OR NAILED)IT TO THE DECK, SECURED IT ON THE GROUND WITH LARGE STAPLE LIKE PIECES OF METAL AND BURIED IT ABOUT ONE INCH UNDER THE SOIL. HE ALSO FASHIONED A TRAP DOOR OVER THE ENTRANCE AND EXIT BURROWED BY THE ANIMAL, SO IT COULD LEAVE IF STILL IN RESIDENCE. I HEARD THE DOOR SNAP SHUT SEVERAL TIMES THE NEXT DAY WHICH WAS THE SOUND OF THE ANIMAL TRYING TO GET OUT. THE ANIMAL ACTUALLY COULD NOT ESCAPE BY THE TRAP DOOR (WHICH I BELIEVE WAS NOT LARGE ENOUGH) AND DUG ITSELF OUT UNDER THE WIRE DECKING THE FOLLOWING DAY. HOWEVER, THAT COULDN'T BE DETERMINED, AT FIRST, SINCE THE TRAP DOOR WAS IN AN OPEN POSITION AND THE BURROW UNDERNEATH THE WIRE COULD HAVE BEEN MADE BY THE ANIMAL RETURNING, WHICH IS WHAT I INITIALLY THOUGHT. SO HE SET A TRAP WHERE THE NEW EXIT/ENTRY WAS AND WAITED 1 WEEK BEFORE CLOSING IT OFF PERMANENTLY.
