    Keselman Construction Group, Inc
Fantastic quality, reliable, caring, honest people. Keselman was an absolute pleasure to work with. We have already done another job with them after the addition. I have recommended them to many people.

    Keselman Construction Group, Inc
Keselman Construction rebuilt our home after it was seriously damaged. They tore it down to the studs and replaced everything, from the walls, to the siding, to the roof, to the floors, to the electrical system. It was a huge project, and a worrisome one. We wanted a safe home to return to, but we also had a limited amount of time and energy to devote to the project. I cannot imagine going through this with any other construction company and feel very fortunate to have had their help. Zach, Tony, Vitaly, Dave, Tony, and the whole crew were a pleasure to work with. They were each, as one of their references said, really good people who know their stuff. We could fully count on each of them to do their best for us, and take full responsibility for their work, to work cooperatively with us, to be fair and honest, and to be reasonable and flexible, to be kind, and to be knowledgeable and professional. Zach said that we would get a schedule of the work to be completed each week, and would be notified when it was done. And that is what happened. Vitaly was our project manager. Throughout the duration of the project, there was always someone working in our house and tasks were completed on time. Everyone Vitaly brought into our house was friendly, professional, and did high quality work. Vitaly earned our complete trust and while we could have been as involved as we wanted, we were able to leave the details to him. We mainly made decisions about what should go into the house and what it should look like and for that we had the help of Channi Zwick, of White Edge Designs. Channi fully understood our goals for the houses appearance and helped us realize all of them, a difficult task, because we had something very specific in mind but didnt know how to get there. Vitaly and Channi guided us through the rebuild: they helped us make the many decisions in a timely manner and kept us within budget. We have moved back into our house and we know it is safe- it has passed a number of inspections with compliments from inspectors. It is also beautiful beyond our expectations. Everything was completed expertly from the doors to the floors, to the molding to the paint to the tile to the lights, to the faucets. The house is full of wonderful design choices we would have never thought of ourselves that make the house comfortable and easy to maintain. Channis excellent taste and the Keselman Construction Groups excellent workmanship show in every corner of the house.

    American Wood Reface
Our cabinets were of high quality, just dark, beat up and dated, and this company refaced them with beautiful hickory. The project included new soft close hinges and hardware, plus new granite countertops with a deep undermount sink. The process was easy, and the kitchen is beautiful. We had the kitchen and ceiling painted prior to beginning the process, and the floor is being replaced as we write this. They installed the new kitchen faucet and new appliances that we supplied. All in all, the transformation is stunning and was much less than it would have cost to gut the kitchen and install new cabinets.

The best people to work with...Ralph and Justin did a fantastic job gutting and redoing our Master Bath. Kim spent so much time with me, shopping and helping me choose the perfect tiles, fixtures, vanity, colors etc. They respond to texts and emails quickly and are very detailed oriented. They are not only a talented group, but a pleasure to have in your home! I could go on and on, but I can't wait to use them again for our next project!!

    The Kitchen Expeditor LLC
Terrible experience. He charges top dollar - in fact, per sq. foot higher than the average professional tile layer and the tile work he did was terrible - large and uneven grout lines, didn't score around the fireplace, many tiles are high and he REFUSED to do the larger tile that I wanted. Finally I had to tell him half way through his tiling that I am getting someone else to do the rest of the tile; using a professional tile layer actually saved me $1,500 and they of course did a better job! He tries to do his own electrical so he can make more money, but doesn't know about anything new in the industry for the last 10-15 years and did a half-assed job laying out the lights, glad that 2 of them he had to eat the cost of because he put the lights exactly where the cabinets were going to go! He reminds me of Trump - thinks he knows EVERYTHING all the time and he's so off base most of the time. He's very unprofessional and insulting to women (another Trumpism!) Very disorganized constantly interrupting me while I was working, calling and emailing nonstop to ask questions that I previously answered and he forgot or that he should've asked me a week before. On vacation he called my husband and I almost hourly - it was maddening. I would've fired him half way through, but he told me that I couldn't due to the signed contract and that he'd sue me! 1 guy quit before the project started and he fired another, so it was just him and so the job took SO long - apparently no one can work with him and his nasty personality. I could tell that 2 of the subs couldn't stand working for him. The whole process was so stressful. When the job had just started, I gave him $1,000 deposit on an exterior job, then when the kitchen was done he said he couldn't do it due to another job and refused to give me back my deposit! So add unethical to the laundry list! Run away from this guy as fast as you can!

It was great.  Bill is very approachable and easy to work with.  He has a great group of contractors too.  My 1970's era kitchen with Formica counter tops now looks like it could appear in  2016 House Beautiful!
We had custom Shaker style cabinets installed, including a lazy Susan, mixer cubby, pantry, and a spice rack pull- out next to the stove along with a built in microwave, granite counters, GE appliances, new light fixtures, a tile backsplash and a reconfiguaration of the work space around the cooking area.

    TJS Construction
TJ was good to work with in scheduling the appointment and he showed up right on time.  He was professional, courteous, and diligent, and we were very pleased with the quality of the work he completed--which included trimming a countertop, repairing some drawers, hanging two cabinets, and building a shelf.  In a couple of instances he suggested better solutions than we had contemplated, which was great.  The only minor inconvenience was a little leftover project debris, but I'm sure he would've taken care of that if he'd had the time.  We would happily work with TJ again.

Rick and Ron are outstanding professionals.  They did exactly all that was contracted, refacing all the existing cabinets, creating one new one, installing new counters, sink, ovens, and cooktop. They finished the entire kitchen re-do in less than 3 weeks, and it looks wonderful!  We are delighted with their work, and we highly recommend them.

I asked for a quote by providing estimated square footage and type of granite. A few days later they sent me a figure which seemed competitive. However, when I asked for a breakdown of the labor and material via email they avoided my question. Eventually I called and asked directly. They told me that their price was their price and that they had other customers waiting and needed to go. It was surprisingly discourteous and unprofessional.

    JBL III Custom Kitchens LLC
JBL came out to view the job, gave me a quote.   I gave him a deposit.   He gave me an install date which was about two weeks in the future.   He did the install as planned and the job was perfect.
