    Keselman Construction Group, Inc
Fantastic quality, reliable, caring, honest people. Keselman was an absolute pleasure to work with. We have already done another job with them after the addition. I have recommended them to many people.

    Tomaro Construction Co Inc
Tomaro construction did an outstanding job. First of all, Al Jr. was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. He even called our next door neighbor to help secure her permission to use her driveway, which was necessary due to the specifics of our job. During the design process, he suggested a nice solution to a drainage issue. He was patient with us, as we changed and customized the design a few times. Al was also here on site throughout the job, which gave us peace of mind. The patio itself is beautiful, and we look forward to enjoying it for many years to come.

    BIGGS TOTAL REHAB & REMODELING
From the beginning it was horrible but I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. When the concrete was laid the workers got concrete all over the sides of the house so bad the inspector told Walker it had to be removed. Walker would leave for hours at a time leaving men in our house by themselves that he didn't even know. My mother and I asked for drywall, later we found out that we should have had drop ceilings because if the pipes ever get backed up or need repairing we will have to tear our ceilings out. As a contractor Walker should gave told us this beinf this is our 1st house we have no idea what should go in rhw ceiling. During the month or so he had men in and out of our house we made sure to give him a garage door opener and a key to the garage door that leads to the patio and the back door key as it leads right into the basement where they would be working because we did not want them walking through the rest of the house. One day my mother and I came in the house to check on the progress and found that the workers had poured caullking down the kitchen sink and had gone into our kitchen pantry without permission. Everyday, when the workers would leave the basement would be a mess and my mother said something to Walker. As construction on the house went on my mother was absolutely not happy but I again wanted to give the benefit of the doubt...then the end result. IT WAS A DISASTER.!!! The borders in the basements were not cut correctly. My bathroom door was half painted. The drywall on the ceiling would connect to the wall in some spots in other spots it did not and when brought to Walkers attention his response was,"That's not in my contract"...WHAT!!! After talking to other contractors I was told generally permits are a part of the contract. Every permit needed, Walker would come to my mother and ask for a check for the amount. Once the work was finished Walker checked the work and told my mother he would be on vacation for 4 days and whatever was wrong he'd fix it when he came back. He should have never left with the work looking that way. Once he got back he had to bring 2 completely different guys over to fix the problems. They had to tear out the baseboards in both basements and recut them and put them back in. They had to repaint my bathroom door in the basement. These are just a few of the things that were completely messed up. I would NEVER recommend Walker to ANYBODY!!!

    MARDAN CEMENT CONTRACTORS
I thought getting a new driveway would be really expensive and not much fun, Boy was I wrong. It is expensive, thought Dan is no more expensive than any other contractor I would have hired. I was very responsive when I first called and met me within a couple of days in the evening to view the job and provide an estimate. I hired him because he gave me good advise on moving and enlarging a drain that has been problematic. Like any of the competent contractors you need to book months in advance. Total job took a week and included three full days of actual work. We had rain and predicted rain during the week which prevented them from pouring the concrete immediately. Crew always showed up at 7:30 am for the day. Dan really does seem to have his own crew and does not use subcontractors and owns his own equipment. The old drain and an unexpected asphalt driveway under the old concrete drive were a demo surprise. This meant more labor and more disposal cost. No complaints and no price hike from Dan. The new driveway is beautiful. We've had several new driveways in our neighborhood this summer and last and ours is by far the best looking. Neighbors have stopped to admire it and ask me who did it. I sometimes go out in the evening to admire the beauty of the finish. First class all the way.

    Tomaro Construction Co Inc
The entire process took a week, and all the guys worked at top speed but extremely carefully. The entire block was parked up with all the specialized vehicles they brought in, and I couldn't believe the amount of manpower I received for the price. They were all very considerate and friendly, and the patio is universally admired. It was a long time coming - I reserved a spot in early autumn for the following summer - but it was well worth the wait!

    Cemex Construction
I am very pleased!  They came by to survey the drive and informed me they might have a cancellation - and if so could do my drive later that week while I was out of town.  I came home to a new drive that looks great.  The yard is pristine - so they cleaned up after themselves beautifully.

    Holland Paving
Holland responded promptly to a request for a quote, and then performed the work promptly and in a very professional manner. A company representative answered the phone on each of the three (3) occasions that were needed; other companies typically relied on an answering machine. Holland was also responsive to email contacts.
When the work was performed, the workmen noted that the quantity of patching in the quote was understated, but went ahead and completed the additional patching at no additional charge.Holland provided a sufficient to number of workers and equipment to complete the work in a timely and workmanlike manner. Holland also performed a thorough cleanup after the work was completed.

    Gaetano Cement Contractor LLC
I contacted Gaetano cement in the Summer of 2014 to receive a quote for replacing our concrete driveway. This was our 4th quote we received for the project. I was sold on Gaetano?s reputation, personal observation of their concrete work in our neighborhood and my personal interaction with Guy Difini(owner). He was knowledgeable, experienced and I appreciated his attention to detail, pride in his work and great care regarding our project. I appreciated that he insisted on waiting for ideal weather conditions. As such, we were not able to have driveway poured last Fall. Our driveway had been really damaged early in 2014 by some heavy excavation trucks. At no extra cost, Guy came out last Fall, removed two large blocks of damaged concrete and filled area with packed gravel to get us through the winter. Our driveway would not have been able to be plowed without this temporary fix. Guy waited until favorable weather in early June to pour our driveway. The base and quality of the concrete seemed excellent. Unfortunately, after completion, we realized there were two locations where water was not draining in the manner we had expected. This is where Guy really stepped up. He understood our concerns, took responsibility and assured us he would re do 2 sections of the driveway. In Late July, he did exactly that. Our driveway is now complete and we are very pleased with the final result. I would highly recommend Gaetano Cement for the quality of their work, competitive pricing and most importantly for their customer service.

    MARDAN CEMENT CONTRACTORS
My 91 year old house had a 91 year old garage floor which, over time, had cracked in many places and sunk in others...definitely a potential hazard besides being unsightly. Dan and his crew, including his father and young son, arrived on time and immediately went to work. I really wanted to watch but didn't want to annoy or get in the way so once in a while I came out to see what and how they were doing. They are a great team...there is no wasted motion or time as each person does his job. The clean up went as smoothly as the removal and installation. If I were not planning to sell my home, I would be tempted to have them redo my driveway. Dan said the work would take one day and although I was skeptical, he was right.
I can't believe that I could actually love a garage floor..but I love the one that Mardan installed.
