    David Cothran personally answered my call, asked pertinent questions and gave me a tentative estimate as well as accurately described my options. We scheduled a date for him to remove the cushions/rails. He arrived promptly and we again discussed my options and he confirmed the estimate. As I was not in a hurry to have the work completed, he took the rails and cushions back to his shop, which after researching the procedure, was the best practice for the cushion replacement and recovering. He returned on the agreed date and time and completed the work. The seams were checked and corrected, table leveled, recovered and rails/cushions reinstalled quickly and accurately. Afterwards he offered excellent advice on cleaning, maintaining and protecting the table. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, expertise and personable interaction. I highly recommend David Evolution Billiard Services.

    I love my new front load washer and dryer. The installation with the washer and dryer went very well. The guys who delivered and set up did an amazing job. They made sure everything was set up correctly and level. I never had an issue. BUT I later purchased two pedestals to place under the washer and dryer. I told the man at the store (which I believe was the owner) that I would pick up and install the pedestals myself. He assured me that it wasn't easy to do, you would need to turn the machines over, attach them etc.... therefore I paid another delivery fee so it would be done correctly. The two guys who delivered and installed the pedestal's didn't have a clue what they were doing. The older man said he'd never installed one before. All they did was set the washer and dryer on top of the pedestals. I said to them, "WOW, I could have done that myself. The man at the store said they needed screwed down etc...." the younger guy said, "No, this is all you have to do" I felt taken advantage of but let it go. I did ask them several different times, if they was going to make sure both machines were level because the guys who delivered the washer/dryer made sure they was level by using a leveler. These two guys didn't do anything to level them. The next day, I did a load of laundry and of course, the washer was unlevel. I called Lee & Jack's to let them know, I also ask for them to send the same guys out that delivered my washer/dryer as I knew it would get done right. I felt they was rude about it and no one could come out until next week. Well, I couldn't wait another week to do my laundry so I ask for my delivery fee back since they didn't do what they was suppose to do.... I was told I could get half back. According to LG there should be eight screws holding the washer/pedestal and dryer/pedestal on each machine, which they installed ZERO screws on either machine. The dryer is fine but the washer was not leveled at all, even after asking several times for them to make sure it gets leveled. Would I hire again? I don't know

    Everything went smoothly from the pack up in October, 2017 to the delivery in January, 2018. There were a couple of items that were not packed from my old home, but given the number of items and the fact that I was keeping some things to take to a small apartment for three months, it did not present a problem. For delivery day, I was informed the day before of the time frame and that was adhered to. They had to make one stop at another location to pick up about 100 boxes that I had packed and stored and then came on to my new home. In spite of the cold, the two of them worked carefully and tirelessly to get everything distributed to the rooms as requested. They were extremely careful, caused no damage, and were cheerful and courteous the entire day. I have unpacked all of the fragile items and nothing is broken. There are a couple of things that are missing, but they have been found and will be returned.

    Things went great. He was courteous and explained what he was doing while I watched. I am a retired engineer and enjoy learning so i watched and asked questions. He showed up on time and promptly did the work and was very kind and professional. I would definitely hire him again if I have any trouble with any of my TVs. After seeing how much work was involved in the LED replacement I thought the price is very reasonable, especially since I didn't have to haul the TV around.

    Mark is professional, on-time, easy to work with and did a great job.  He even had to make a second trip to my house after the initial repair wasn't as successful as we had hoped.  I would recommend him to anyone and would certainly use Mason TV again.

    From the start a bad experience. The salesperson did not show up or return messages for the yard inspection. This subsequently delayed the install date 2 weeks. We paid in full on 3/11/2014 and receive a call 4/7/2014 to tell us they had sold part of our set and it is now on back order. They wanted to install an inferior slide and come back at a later time to swap out. They now have our money and we have nothing. Getting them to return a call is near impossible . To this point we have nothing and they have our $3,500. This company is dishonest and will provide you with the worst customer service to be found . Terribly unprofessional. Appears we may need an attorney to get a response .

    We are in your system. Under the name Jennifer or Jason. Same last name. Or just match the address from this review. Further shenanigans from a terrible company. It is no wonder Rainbow Systems pulled their line.

    I would go to The Christ Hospital's emergency room department again if I ever needed to (hopefully I won't). They ran the tests they needed to confirm kidney stones and helped manage my pain during the ordeal.

    This is outpatient.  Nothing abnormal, just the usual routine stuff.  They don't keep you waiting, they are very nice people.  Talk about normal things, you are in, you are out, you don't have to sit and wait.  Their lab is no appointment necessary, you go in and whatever you need done you just go, you don't have to make an appointment.  It's clean it's friendly, they are efficient.  They are easy to get to.

    Andy helped me to get that fixed and I would recommend him.  He is the accounts officer and I went to him when I went to open a new account and to talk to him about what I need.  What I like about him is when I went in to get something notarized, not only did he notarize it, he also sent me an email with a bunch of copies and he just does whatever I need.  He is a little nice than he has to be and he listens to what I need.  They are a big bank and they have tons of employees but Andy is really good.  His job is customer service and he does his job really well but he does extra as well.  He has never charged me for notarizing and he is a notary.  He has been able to resolve any issues I have had and he never said no to anything.  I would not recommend the bank on the whole over the others because I haven’t done enough research to do that but I would recommend the person.
