My experience with this service was a very positive one. Over and above to please. Arrived at expected time and went right to work. Even corrected an awful situation that a different service had created. He and his brother were both friendly, profession al and a pleasure to work with. I am sure you will be pleased as well.

    Aaron-Andrew's Septic
Lou and Bryce showed up at the time that was discussed. Lou was very polite and professional. He gave us his professional opinion as to what was happening. Last year, we were told by another company that our leech lines had collapsed. Since replacing the leech lines was not an option due to county regulations , we could have been looking at replacing the entire septic system. If we would have had have a new septic system, it could have costs us between $20K-$30K. Lou said he couldn't be sure but he could surely find out what was going on. He called Aaron, he brought out a back-hoe the same day, dug up the area between our septic tanks and distribution box and discovered it was the line between our tanks and distribution box that was clogged solid. We, also, found out the leech lines were working fine. They pumped both our tanks, dug up and replaced the clogged line, put a riser and lid on the distribution box and refilled the hole. We've lived in our home 3 years and have used 2 other companies when we have had issues. Hopefully, our septic issues have been resolved for a while but if anything new arises, we will be calling Aaron/Andrew's Septic.

Anderson Hills Plumbing & Supply Inc
Very happy with work done. Needed a plumber quickly and was so glad Anderson Hills could send someone the very next morning. I would have given the Price an "A" rating except for the fact that the job clock started when the plumber left his last job, not when he arrived at our home. At the time I made the appointment, I was quoted $140 for the first hour, then quarter-hour increments. There was no mention of travel time being charged. Very unexpected since the company is located in our area.

    Van Stein Construction
They completely gutted our Master Bath, which is a regular-sized bathroom. It was ugly and out-dated. They removed the tub and put in a beautiful tile walk-in shower. They removed the old vinyl floor and tiled the floor and halfway up the walls. A new toilet, sink & cabinet, and all new lighting were put in, as well as a pocket door entry to the bathroom. They turned a wide, open hallway into another closet for the Master, added a door to another room and a closet for that room too. They were punctual, always kept us informed about who would be there and when, and generally kept in close contact with us throughout the whole 6 weeks of the project. Some of the subcontractors were better than others, but we were satisfied with the work overall, and especially the end result. Van understood what we were trying to achieve from the first meeting, had sketches within a day or so, and a price estimate soon after. Vans right-hand man, Dan, was also wonderful! He was friendly, meticulous, and kept an eye on the subs to keep the job moving along. We would definitely recommend Van Stein Construction.

    Plumb Tite Plumbing
Jacob arrived on time, was courteous, clean and professional and completed all the work within an hour. He also saved us some money by using a part that was not needed for another job. We would definitely use Plumb Tite plumbing again.

    Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
We called on the 19th and set a firm 2 hour block for the 30th from 1-3. Took off work to be here for our quote and finally had to call because we were not reached out to. They lost our appointment and kept referring to a system change that took place that somehow caused the issue, which is useless information. We are going to seek out other quotes given BFP is incapable of showing up to our home to provide a bid for business. Will not use in the future for any of our needs.

    Plumb Tite Plumbing
I contacted Plumb Tite through Angies List Request a Quote function. I received a call from them about 10 minutes later. They said they could send a plumber in 30 minutes to 2.5 hours and that they would call me when with an estimate of when they would arrive. A few minutes later, the plumber contacted me and would be there in less than 30 minutes. (From the time I requested a quote to the time the work began was less than one hour!) The original work was to either fix or replace a leaky hose bib. I already knew that a simple fix like replacing the o-rings/gaskets would not solve the problem since I had already tried the simple fix to no avail. He determined that replacing it would be the best thing to do since rebuilding it would cost almost as much. He quoted a reasonable price for the work and I was able to get an Angies List discount as well. The replacement hose bibs he had available in his truck was of a much higher quality than a competing plumber had used the last time I had one replaced. This made me very happy. The job went well until it was discovered that the main shutoff valve wasnt completely shutting off. This required replacement of that valve. So the scope and the cost of the job increased, but it would have been impossible to replace the hose bib without that repair as well. Good news was that I got an Angies List discount on that part of the work too. The plumber did a very good job of keeping the work area manageable and clean (but not entirely dry). I had to supply a couple of towels. He showed me a shoddy past repair that had been done to the line leading to the old hose bib. It was probably only a matter of time before the weld detached and caused a MUCH bigger problem. He took the time to discuss some strategies to keep the pipes in good working order. He also showed me how to shut off the water from the main outside if that ever became necessary in the future. Overall, Im extremely satisfied with the experience and will no doubt use Plumb Tite in the future.

    Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
BEN FRANKLAIN came, diagnosed problem and fixed it. PVC drain pipe was cracked allowing tree roots to get inside and grow - plugging. Ben Fraklain cut out a short section, where roots were, and installed a new section.

Schneller Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning
Great. He came earlier than the appointment which the company does if an appointment opens. He asked about other issues. He did a plumbing inspection around the house, things I wanted him to inspect. He also replaced the toilet seat in that bathroom. He explained everything before starting the job. Im very happy with this companys work.

    McCallister Construction
Mr. McAllister & his workers were very professional and courteous. Estimated time finish took a few days longer with rain delays & scheduling plumber etc. He worked hard to be sure that we were satisfied. We are pleased with the finished project. James Noll
