" was very professional, prompt, friendly and did a great job matching my color and trimming my hair. This was my first visit to a " since moving to three weeks ago. I asked around and decided on Transformations, though I was still very fearful. did not disappoint and the was bright, airy and comfortable. The service was prompt as well. 1.5 hours for color, cut and style - as opposed to 2.0 hours at my previous . However, not sure the quicker service was worth the $49 higher cost. I used to pay $65 and I paid $114 at Transformations. They did not discount the cut when doing color as other salons do. It was only a trim! Maybe this is the norm down here, if it is it's all good, but I'll definitely be checking out prices elsewhere.

"The service was always quick. I'm always pleased with the work done. They have a little problem with the time management of their appointments. The pricing was fair. They're convenient.

Nail Salon reviews in Batavia

I used for my cut and color and she did a terrific job. I just moved out here from the East Coast and had horrible experiences at some of the other salons in town. One that's very good, I couldn't get an appointment (weird), and at two others I got horrible hair cuts. So when I finally found ...More it was a total relief. She went slowly and kept checking with me the first time, as I have a very precise asymetric cut that's done on very fine, thinning hair. She did a terrific job and now I let her color it too, and since it's platinum blonde, you have to strike that perfect note between too yellow and too gray. She does a great job with the color.
The only think I don't like about is the ghastly ugly, out of date decor. Horrible!

She didn't wrap my nails to take the gel polish off. Instead, she filled a bowl with acetone for me to soad my nails in and then kept using the dremmel to grind the polish, and my natural nail, away.
She then cut me while trimming my cuticles because she was looking at the other lady talking to her, didn't shape my nails ...More after trimming them, didn't apply a base coat, globbed the polish on, and made an absolute mess.
I think the worst part was watching her pour the used acetone from the bowl back into the bottle.
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

This was the worst experience ever. My toe and toenail was bleeding, they chopped off part of my baby toe. They didn't have hot water, they were using cold water that kept running and running. They butchered me!

This was the third time I've used them. They are local and do a good job. Unfortunately, they always take me late - once by 20 minutes - even though I had an appointment each time.
The equipment and facility is very clean and they open the tools right in front of you. They could do a much better job of exfoliating and buffing the skin on ...More my feet. I always need to my feet again a few days later because the skin is much rougher than it was before the pedicure. The quality of the nail polish was good overall and lasted a long time.

What a wonderful experience! Having had a bad experience with another nail place, I went to Angie's List and found the Spa to be the highest rated nail spa in my vicinity. I can most certainly see why it garnered the highest rating. Here's what you don't get:
1. You don't get a cacophonous chaotic salon with multiple conversations ...More simultaneously occurring at a deafening level in a strange sounding language.
2. You don't get a nail tech paying attention to one or more of the previously mentioned conversations while not paying attention to what she is doing.
3. You don't sustain an injury resulting from the nail tech's lack of attention.
I could go on, but what you DO get is a quiet, place with a lovely view, soft music, very attentive and professional service providers, and a terrific result.
I gave the Spa an "A" on price because it is a great value, albeit a bit more expensive than all the strip mall clones.
The Spa is located in the Waterway Mariott. They even validate valet parking. This adds to the quality of the experience.
In summary, you owe this one to yourself.

Had just moved to and needed to find a place for /pedi. The woman who did the work seemed more interested in chatting with other workers. She kept looking away as she clipped my cuticles, which made me very uncomfortable. Then several groups of customers arrived within a few minutes. From that point on, ...More she acted as if the building was on fire and she had to finish rapidly. She barely finished shaping my nails, slapped on very thick layers of polish, and rushed me to the drying station. After 25-30 minutes, my nails still were not dry. I expressed some concern to another worker as I paid. The manager followed me into the parking lot and insisted I come back in, but I was not willing to spend any more time there. He followed me all the way to my car, trying to get me to come back another time for a free service. I would never go back. The shop is not very clean; I should have left as soon as I saw the place.

I am highly allergic to anything that has a strong scent: candles, perfumes, alcohol, etc. & for places that don't cause me to be uncomfortable. I had visited this nail salon before in 2014 & realized there were no odors inside. When I decided to treat myself to a professional pedicure, I went back to Nature Nail ...More & Spa after searching for them on the internet. I had lost a business card I'd been given & so I found it through a Google remembering the approximate address in the neighborhood in Northeast Seattle.
I was a 'walk-in' customer & the owner of this shop was there when I arrived. She was very friendly, welcoming, & polite. We began the pedicure & chatted a bit. I thoroughly enjoyed her conversation as we shared stories about her young daughter & my adult children. She has an easy, enthusiastic laugh,& an air of confidence.
When the pedicure was completed, I asked her if she had heard about Angie's List. She said no, so I told her I would like to review my pedicure at her shop; she agreed.
I prefer to frequent local & small business ventures as I think they keep the neighborhoods healthy places to live. Nature Nail & Spa is just a few miles south of where I live. While I drove to it using an arterial route, it is accessible by local buses.
My biggest praise for this shop is that there is no overwhelming smell from the nail polishes, the soaps, the bleaches, anything. She explained that she had ventilators all through the shop. I thanked her for that.
Her shop is immaculate, an important factor to consider. Everything is absolutely clean, the tubs are bleached & soaped between customer usage, the tools are washed & disinfected between uses. She has purchased up to date equipment. I'd like her fairly new business to be a complete success now that I have 'found' her.
When I started to leave, I turned to her to say goodbye, she gave me a hug! I had never hugged my manicurist before! I guess this was a success for both of us.

They do a good job. It's a very clean salon. Everything lasts a long time. They are even quick if you do a walk in. Good service.
