Overall poorly. 1)dog with hurt foot, splayed bones, they told me to keep her inactive and didnt wrap her foot to protect it. Other vets since have said this was wrong. 2) Kept me returning to treat my 2rescue dogs for same thing over and over again without healing them. Had me buying expensive prescription food for them which did not have the bare essentials for nutrients. Another vet gave me different suggestions for food and supplements which solved the problem.

We have 2 dogs, I only took one of them up there. The one dog, they had trouble getting it to look like a Yorkie. It is just the way her hair is, she is a Silky Terrier. But, the other one was perfect.

I was in South Carolina on vacation & they took care of my dogs. Unfortunately, my wife had a massive heart attack on vacation and we were stuck down there for about 5 weeks.
We couldn?t travel home and she took care of the dogs and only charged me $10 a day. Linda takes care of the dogs like it?s her own kids.
She lives 2 doors from the place and after dinner at night, she goes and plays with them just so they are not alone all night.
It is a kennel, she has probable 15 cages, not cages, but stalls & her daughter does the grooming.

The practice formerly known by this name is now the Animal Wellness Hospital.  The same great veterinarian, Michelle Hendricks, has  treated my dogs throughout the entire 15-20 years that they've been in business. Dr. Hendricks' care is outstanding and the staff (particularly Katie & Sue) is superb!

She has treated six dogs of mine over the span of our relationship, two that are still with us. Many services have been performed, including both minor and major surgeries, teeth cleaning, annual wellness exams, nail trimming, expression of anal glands, euthanasia and boarding. She and her staff have consistently shown a very high degree of knowledge, professionalism and courtesy, including follow-up phone calls from them after any type of treatment or procedure.  The waiting area, examination rooms, treatment room and kennel area are always extremely clean, as are the grounds.

We were originally a little concerned about leaving our 2 dogs at a kennel, since one was only a year old and the other 8 months old.

Much to our surprise both our dogs were very happy at Lobo's.  Judy called us the day after we dropped our dogs off to let us know that they were doing great.  We were worried that they might have some separation anxiety since we very rarely leave them but when we picked them up they were happy to see us but were obviously very fond of Bill and Judy.  My husband commented that he didn't think they missed us much. We will only board our dogs with Bill and Judy.

We dropped our (then) 6 month old puppy off for one night, just to try it out. They were so friendly and warm to her, and made us feel comfortable about where she was staying. We got a little tour of the facility, and it didn't smell overwhelming like many other places. One of the areas actually smelled freshly disinfected by a bleach cleaning agent, which I have mixed feelings about (I don't love chemicals that close to my baby) but I'm glad to know that they disinfect regularly! Will definitely be going back.

The staff is very friendly, and my dog seems to really enjoy herself. The facility smells terrible, unfortunately. It hits you like a wall when you enter, and my dog always smells so badly after a visit that she needs a thorough bath. This isn't something I can do all the time. I will be finding a new location for occasional dog daycare.

The owner considers the pets her kids. She actually lives about a block from the facility and checks on them every night after dinner. The prices are actually half as much as the other facilities I've checked in to.
The grooming and the boarding are both great.
If I'm coming home late in a day, they will stay for an extra couple hours so I can pick up my dogs.

This is the greatest home away from home for pets.  We have two dogs,
one is three and the other is thirteen, who don't want to leave Country
Lane when we come to get them.  Randy and his staff treat every dog and
client as family.  They are the most caring business I have every dealt
with.  This is one of the few kennels that is willing to take care of
older dogs including all any medication and health needs.  It is a bit
of a drive for us to use them, but we are more than happy to do it
everytime because of the love they are given and the customer service we
are.  I highly highly recommend Country Lane Pet Resort
