    Pioneer Construction & Concrete LLC
Kevin and his crew poured my patio 2 years ago. He did an excellent job, crew was punctual and they were very professional. So naturally I called him to pour my drive way and porch last year; June of 2018. He and his crew were very punctual and did a great job until 10 days later my driveway and porch cracked. I reached out to Kevin to see if he could come out and repair it since it was just poured less than 2 weeks ago. He never returned my call. I paid a lot for this drive way and I expect a return call to at least acknowledge my concerns and try to repair these cracks. I would prefer to give him a good review but after several phone calls; this tells me hes not returning my call. Unfortunate as they are polite, punctual, and usually do a great job. Do not recommend them.

    Shed-I-Master Sheds
It took Shed-I-Master over a year to finish our shed. We did not pass inspection because they took short cuts when building our shed. Nails were poking out of wood. They did not use outdoor paint for the shutters. They replaced them and gave us window boxes that were too heavy. The anchors were not properly installed. When the inspector touched the concrete with his shoe, it broke. The loft is not reinforced.

    Cincinnati Door & Window
We have used this company for years. They are always prompt and professional, and this was no different. Nate called that morning (as promised) to give us a window when he would arrive. He called back later (during the 'window') and let us know he would arrive in 18 minutes. He noted that springs usually have 5000 opens/closes per spring. With that in mine he suggested that we do both. Otherwise we would have to pay another $100 for them to come out if the other spring broke. We agreed and he did both. Nate was cheerful, fast and professional.

    O'Leary Concrete Company LLC
Perfect. You get what you pay for! OLeary was a bit higher than our other estimate but we are SO GLAD we went with OLeary! From the first meeting and estimate to the finished project OLeary is very professional, conscientious of your ideas, wants, and needs, great communication, work, clean up and crew- polite and respectful. They do it right anchoring the cement to the other part of the drive and foundation, leveling, and making sure water will drain properly. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

    McCallister Construction
Mr. McAllister & his workers were very professional and courteous. Estimated time finish took a few days longer with rain delays & scheduling plumber etc. He worked hard to be sure that we were satisfied. We are pleased with the finished project. James Noll

    Viking Concrete & Decks
The job was excellent! From Demo to completion, the job went smoothly. No request was too small. We now a showstopper of a deck, that is solid as a rock. We love the job they did. We highly recommend Viking Concrete & Decks to anyone looking for a concrete patio or a new or replacement deck.

    Mightier Shed
The work went smoothly getting pads laid down then leveled for the 4" x 4". The rest was easy after the floor was done. Walls were tilted up and tied together with exterior siding already applied. Trusses were added, sheathing for roof was added, doors added, trim, and done. Three man crew did it all and you could tell they did hundreds of these as everything was down to a science.

Kevin and his team were true professionals. The crew was courteous and meticulous. We could not be happier with our new patio. The quality of work performed is well worth the price paid! I would strongly encourage anyone looking to have concrete work done to contact O'Leary Concrete. They are top notch!

    Premium Sealcoat LLC
I have used Premium Sealcoat to seal my asphalt driveway three times. I was highly satisfied with the work the first two times (2013, 2015) and did not hesitate to use them again in 2017. However, this latest job was far from highly satisfying. I used their website to schedule the job by choosing an available calendar date approximately 10 days in advance. I was subsequently contacted by phone to say that the date I chose was not available due to a problem with their scheduling system - not a big deal since this type of work is often postponed due to weather anyway. On the day the work was performed, I was fortunate enough to return home as the crew was mostly through and I parked in the street. I immediately spotted one crew member using my lawn like a doormat in an attempt to remove sealer from his shoes. I can only presume he didnt know I was the homeowner at that moment. Unprofessional. Regardless, the job to this point appeared excellent. I later returned outside to inspect the work after it was completed and the crew members had left. Although the portion of the driveway that I had seen earlier was in fact expertly applied and looking great, the remainder was a disaster. It was inexplicable to me how this could be or why the crew would leave the job with the driveway in this condition. Whereas most of the driveway was smooth with the sealer uniformly applied, the last 20% or so was extremely streaky (like it was applied with a push broom), had chunks of debris like mulch and leaves sealed over, was unevenly applied with excess ridges of sealer and even visible footprints. The sidewalk was stained with sealer, perhaps related to the footprints in the driveway. I found cigarette butts in the landscaping. The previous two times Premium Sealcoat had done my driveway, they used stakes and orange tape to rope off the driveway while the sealer dried, roping off both the main driveway and the driveway skirt separately so that the tape did not block pedestrian traffic on the sidewalk (which is a sign of professionalism I had come to expect). This time they roped off the sidewalk. I called Premium Sealcoat home office immediately that afternoon to tell them about the problems. I was told they would handle it, but did not say how or when. I assumed a supervisor would come right away or I would receive a follow-up phone call from someone. For the next 24 hours nothing. I placed a follow-up call. Since no one had come to inspect the work, I told them I had taken photos that I could send. They provided an email address where I could send them and was told that they could send a supervisor in a few days since they were busy with another larger job. A representative did come three days later. The explanation for the poor work to the last 20% of the driveway was due to the fact that too much sealer was poured at the bottom of the driveway before it could be spread and smoothed. This caused it to dry too quickly, thus the streaks. Further, too much sealer was applied. The remedy was to have the excess sealer removed and then the entire driveway re-done. The sealer stains on the sidewalk would have to be pressure washed to be removed and would be taken care of separately from the driveway re-do. I was told the office would contact me to schedule the work, which they did a day or two later for the driveway portion. The sealing re-do was performed two weeks after the original job. Although this re-do did improve things, it did not fix the streaky application from the first job. I emailed before and after photos to Premium Sealcoat to ask if they considered the problem remedied and to ask if this is the best result I could hope for. I also asked when I can expect the sidewalk to be addressed. I received no response after a week. Past performance in no guarantee of future results would definitely apply to Premium Sealcoat. Although my first two sealcoat jobs with them were excellent, the third has been well below average. For future work, I will definitely be seeking a different vendor.

    O'Leary Concrete Company LLC
Didn't use O'Leary, but was impressed. Came out same day. After looking at the very large patio I was planning he told me that concrete would not be a good idea and why. He could have made a lot of money, but it would not have went well after he left and he told me so. I appreciated his honesty and will use O'Leary next time I need concrete.
