  • I love my new front load washer and dryer. The installation with the washer and dryer went very well. The guys who delivered and set up did an amazing job. They made sure everything was set up correctly and level. I never had an issue. BUT I later purchased two pedestals to place under the washer and dryer. I told the man at the store (which I believe was the owner) that I would pick up and install the pedestals myself. He assured me that it wasn't easy to do, you would need to turn the machines over, attach them etc.... therefore I paid another delivery fee so it would be done correctly. The two guys who delivered and installed the pedestal's didn't have a clue what they were doing. The older man said he'd never installed one before. All they did was set the washer and dryer on top of the pedestals. I said to them, "WOW, I could have done that myself. The man at the store said they needed screwed down etc...." the younger guy said, "No, this is all you have to do" I felt taken advantage of but let it go. I did ask them several different times, if they was going to make sure both machines were level because the guys who delivered the washer/dryer made sure they was level by using a leveler. These two guys didn't do anything to level them. The next day, I did a load of laundry and of course, the washer was unlevel. I called Lee & Jack's to let them know, I also ask for them to send the same guys out that delivered my washer/dryer as I knew it would get done right. I felt they was rude about it and no one could come out until next week. Well, I couldn't wait another week to do my laundry so I ask for my delivery fee back since they didn't do what they was suppose to do.... I was told I could get half back. According to LG there should be eight screws holding the washer/pedestal and dryer/pedestal on each machine, which they installed ZERO screws on either machine. The dryer is fine but the washer was not leveled at all, even after asking several times for them to make sure it gets leveled. Would I hire again? I don't know

  • They estimated a 6 week wait until they could get to my order but ordered the fabric right away so there were no delays. They called when my order reached the front of the queue and completed all the work in less than 1 week.

  •       They installed a new range for us.  Our previous range was a gas range, and they had to cap off the gas line to install the new smooth top GE range for us.  This business treats clients great.  Polite sales people that are helpful in picking the appliance that is right for your needs.  Their prices are very good.  The installers were pleasant and arrived right at the time they were planned for.  They cleaned up after their installation...and best of all...they took away the old broken appliance for free.  I will be using them the next time I need a new appliance.

  • Move it now did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them!  They had 3 movers to help us move.  They were polite, courteous and hard working.  Stopping only for a quick lunch and water breaks in the 8 hours they helped us.  We have many very large, extremely heavy antique furniture pieces that they moved without damaging the furniture or our new home and in several instances moved the furniture 2 or 3 times to different locations in the house,  they also managed to carefully move this furniture up and down two very steep staircases with sharp turns.

    Made the experience of moving so much easier!

  • They are a big chain outlet that sells appliances, televisions, computers, some furniture like the chairs that you would sit in and watch in a theater like a home theater style, dishwasher, washing machines, and refrigerators. They are very good and very knowledgeable in what they do. They have a lot of salespeople, and they wander around the store, and they are all pretty knowledgeable. I haven't run across any that really wasn't. I've been pleased with those that I have used.

  • They were very nice, very professional, they had good service, and for the most part, good quality products. The employees were very good, they were very helpful, and they seemed to be very knowledgeable. They were attentive, polite, and they were really not competitive. What I found so far was that they are not really hard selling which is important to me because I don't want to be hard sold. I want to make the decision and make my choices, and I don't want somebody selling me some things that I'm not really there for. I think they are competitively priced.

  • They did a beautiful job in a relatively short time. Cost was kept low because of their stock of remnants. Selection of these materials was limited, but much more reasonable than ordering new fabric. Very pleased with the result.

  • I needed a refrigerator, because the old one stopped working. Went to Lee and Jacks, and picked the one we wanted and it was delivered that afternoon. That is really good service, The price was competave, and the really nice part was no being hasseled about extended warrentis, extras and the like. The two guys that delivered were carefull not to tear up the walls , unpacked the Fridge, and had it up and running in no time.

  • I called the shop first and got nice welcome and directions to the facility. I took an antique maple chest I had just bought to have a the back reinforced. There was a split in one of the panels and I felt the piece was unstable. Ken was very professional and examined the chest and made suggestion about how they could fix the problem and also agreed that the back of the chest was original and should not be replaced. He suggested adding two boards like two that were on the original back as reinforcements. They stained these new boards to match the originals and it looks great as well as strong.
    They finished just as they promised and called for me to pick up the chest. Ken was not at the shop when I went to get the chest and there was one workman in the shop when I arrived so I helped load the chest myself. I was surprised when he told me that most people bring someone to load the furniture. This never occurred to me. The chest was unloaded for me with no problem so I did not expect this response. We got it done so I was glad I did not need to come back again.
    I am pleased with the work done but after getting the chest home and putting it in the bedroom, I noticed that a stain was on the carpet. As I checked the chest, the stain was not completely dry one section and had run onto the carpet. I wish Ken had been at the shop because I don't think either of these things would have happened.
    I still think this is a good company, concerned people who have a good reputation and this was an unusual situation, however these are things they need to address for future customers.
  • Took the day off to price a new range.  I went to Lee & Jack's to browse and compare prices to a few other stores I had visited in the past week.  Small, no frills showroom, but that is okay with me.  I was waited on immediately and was given a few options and suggestions that I had not thought about.  The price and good service (delivery/haul away) I was given were very competitive.  They seemed to be very knowledgeable.  I was able to also purchase a companion microwave along with my range and still stay within my budget.  
    Delivery was on time and quick with no problems. I am totally satisfied with my experience with Lee & Jack's and will visit them again when the need arises.
