    A-1 Concrete Leveling Cincinnati
The work went really well. Ryan and 2 other workers showed up 1/2 hour early, they help me move items off the patio. They work constantly until they were done. The men were well mannered and polite and knowledgeable in what they were doing. Thanks Ryan

    Stealth Foundation
Steve came out to do an estimate, and found the issue was not the foundation, but caulking around the main electrical feed into the house. He wrote me a report I could share back to the buyers of the house for no charge. Thank you Steve!

    Jaco Waterproofing
Front porch and sidewalk had sunk several inches over the years and the sidewalk was a tripping hazard.  We had poured a cement step from the porch to the sidewalk as it had sunk that much.  Jaco lifted the porch and raised the sidewalk so that it was level with the front porch, which eliminated the need for the cement step we had added.  On the rear screened-in porch, the cement had sunk on opposite sides and we had a gap between the cement floor and the wooden baseboards.  The gap was large enough that chipmunks could get in on the patio.  The cement was raised enough to close the gaps.  The two gentlemen who did the job were very polite and professional.  The job was completed in one day and they cleaned up everything before they left.  John, the sales person was also very professional.  We would highly recommend Jaco for concrete lifting.

Jack Boiman Sons & Daughters Inc
I am getting estimates to correct a drainage problem in our yard that is routing too much runoff water into our foundation drainage system.  I asked Jack Boiman Sons & Daughters Inc. to come out .
Doug showed up 10 minutes early on the agreed-on date.  He spent about 1/2 hour with me looking at the situation, discussing options, and giving suggestions.   It turns out I can have a landscaper address the root causes of  our drainage problem, and shouldn't  need more extensive kinds of work that foundation specialists provide.  I appreciated Doug's timeliness, professionalism, and honesty.  He did not try to sell me a complicated fix to a relatively simple problem.

    Dwyer Co
The other companies we had contacted wanted to do much larger project and jack the entire house which would be a much larger job. Dwyer was able to solve the issue with just repairing the sagging wall. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly. They finished the job in about two days. They did everything that they said they would and did a good job.

I would highly recommend Fiscus Trucking.  He installed a driveway and backfilled our house.  His work is excellent and looks better than he even described that it would.  He came recommended by people in the community and anyone who has used him in the past.  He has a lot of experience and is very good at what he does. He is very professional and very personable to talk to and he explains every aspect of what he is going to do and how much it will cost so there are no surprises.  I am extremely happy with his work and will use him for future projects.

I would highly recommend Steve Meadors Excavating to do any work.  He goes above and beyond what needs to be done to make sure things are done the right way and to make the customer happy.  His price was on the lower end of all of the bids that I received.  He came highly recommended by other people that have used him in the past as well as people at the county level who work with him on a daily basis.  He was even out on the job site on a Saturday and Sunday to make sure the work was completed before rain came in the next week.  Steve went out of his way to make sure we had the system installed and inspected by certain deadlines.  I am extremely happy with the outcome as well as his work ethic

    AquaProof Inc
All went very well.  Danny's crew was the hardest workers we have ever encountered on any kind of job.  They worked hard from the start of the job until the completion.  We waited a year before writing this review so that we would encounter all of the rainy seasons to see how the work really performed.  Now we know why Danny guarantees the work.  The basement has been entirely dry!
We received several estimates before we chose AquaProof.  The cost was very reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent.
Hopefully we will never have a wet basement in any other homes, but if we do, we will use AquaProof to solve the problem.

James, the estimator/boss came out to introduce his crew of 3 guys and then left.  The guys worked all day, replacing the crappy pipe that the original builder put in 14 years ago - it had all crumbled and caved in and blocked the pipe flow.  It appeared to be a great improvement, and we are happy with the job so far.

My email was answered by Matt within 8 hours and an appointment was set up to review our needs.  Matt then met with us to discuss our tentative plans for our whole property of 5 acres.  He offered several ideas and got the written estimate back to us within 2 weeks.   After looking over the estimate, I wanted another consultation and Matt came out again.  Matt was open to fine tuning the plan and adding another planting bed to adjoin the dry creek.
My husband and I decided to clear the sod and do the planting bed in front of our home ourselves.  Matt and his crew did the 2 very large planting beds in back and the dry creek.  The weather was wet, but as soon as it dried out, the guys came out.  Matt had come the week before to repaint the grass for the shapes of the creek beds and planting beds.  It had rained the night before so it was perfect to get the dry creek placed properly.
Matt kept us informed regularly with email updates.  The crew showed up on the date Matt said and on time.  They brought their own tools and machinery.  The sod cutter was acting up, so after a couple tries, Matt was on the phone and got another one.  While he was taking care of that, the other guys, 3 of them, cut sod with a spade and dug the trench for the creek bed.  All the sod was placed in a big pile like I asked them to do.  They went to go get the compost/soil mix and spread that.  The large boulders were placed at the start and end of the creek bed.  The bridge stone was placed sort of in the middle.  At the end of the day, they cleaned up their tools.
Later that day, our 3 norway pine trees were planted by another person.  They are nice and full.
On day two, the next morning, they again showed up on time with a truck load of creek rock.  Most of the day was spent working putting in the plastic drain pipe, followed by stone in the trench.  Landscape fabric was pinned down and run the full length of the dry creek bed.  The creek rock was dumped by bucketfuls, then hand placed to form the creek bed.  Matt brought more flat sandstone to finish the look.  A second load of compost/soil was brought in to finish the smaller planting areas along side of the creek bed and to round out the planting bed by the house.
I had asked if they could move my address boulder to the end of the driveway and they did that for me.  Instead of putting down the grass seed to fill in any damage done by the machinery, we asked that they just leave it and we'll seed the yard ourselves.
We are very happy with the work done by Matt and his crew.  Our dry creek bed funnels the water away like it is supposed to and looks great.  I have planted all the beds and they look really nice.  When we get ready to do more of the plan for our property, we'll have Warren's do the work.
