    We was in the market to buy my husband a new cell phone, we already have sprint as a provider. We are not tech savvy people! We took his (Flip Phone) in to Commercial Electronics. The lady working the counter was very pleasant, she was able to explain how to use an Iphone, and the great features, and even transferred all of his contacts. We had no idea this was even possible! Of course we had to purchase this great product. We was so impressed, they are very knowledgeable! They even took the time to explain the warranty. I know we will always purchase from Commercial Electronics!

    The customer service rep, Rick, explained how the short-cut keys were set at the factory, when accidentally pressing an arrow button would try to take me to the internet access, a feature I do not have. He told me how to re-program that feature so the problem does not happen again and took the fee off of my bill. All without leaving my home!!!

    This store has a bunch of teenagers working there. They messed up my order for my sons new smart phone. It was a Christmas gift and they sent the wrong one. The teenagers totally did not know what to do when I came in. However when I called customer service they fixed the problem over the phone. I ended up with a more expensive phone and they did not charge me extra for it. I have been with AT&T for 12 years. I recently moved to Ohio and the coverage is not as good as it was in Atlanta. Our calls are always getting dropped and there is a spot in our house we cannot use cell phones. I was under contract so I waited until it was up and then I tried to cancel. When I tried to cancel they gave me a deal so good I couldn't leave. Even with the dropped calls the price and data I get for 2 smart phones is great. So what if I can't get calls in my dining room.

    I've never had a problem. They've always been really helpful to me. I've had my phone for over a year and I've not a problem with it. What I like about it is it's national. If you have a problem and you're out of state, you can go to any store and they'll help you. I was in Texas and I had an issue and I went to the Verizon store there and they helped me out. I like the accessibility to the stores. You can call and get any help online and the online backup support you have. They're not perfect but they're good. The price is okay.

    This new att store in Jackson Ohio is horrible. The big woman running it is rude and honestly stupid. Management need to do something about this place. Worst service I've ever had in a wireless store in my life!! Very bad people working there

    Not good. Was told fron the start I could watch my usage online with my account. Well they wont send me a password so I can get on my account to see what my usage is. I have talked blue in the face to everyone. No help, they dont care. Can send me the password but in 5 days I got the 132.00 bill. Asked to get out of contract due to the run around was told after paying 135.00 installation 132.00 first months bill that I paid today and then they want 350.00 to get out of contract. Its a scam. The internet is ok not awesome or anything but I was excited to be able to watch our usage to tweak our bill and after 132.00 of 3 weeks usage I dont know what my usage is. I am so mad at myself for picking Verizon. And I went to the store in Heath today to pay my bill and was treated like crap. Very rude.  I researched before picking Verizon. I wish I had not picked them. They dont care about the customers just MONEY MONEY MONEY!
