    Ohio Plumbing
The job started out ok, but slow because of the weather. The crew didn't have the correct size "digger" for the job which meant more $. It took them 3 tries to find the sewer line...that meant 3 days of digging and 3- 9 foot deep holes in my front yard, PLUS then finally the 75 yard trench. The crew was insulted when I my neighbor came over to consult me on the job. And NOW, 8 months later I have water in my basement again and OHIO PLUMBING LTD (8252 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, Ohio, License #14254) OWNER, JIM A. CLARK REFUSED to come out to fix the problem, honoring his warranty on my $8000 sewer job. So now I have to hire another contractor to fix the sewer line? Ohio Plumbing should be scratched off your list if you ever need any plumbing done beyond perhaps a clogged toilet.

    Plumbing 911
I am a realtor who has recommended Plumbing 911 to over 20 clients. They have serviced many of my clients, from installing hot water heaters, repairing gas leaks, flushing plumbing lines and performing inspections to fixing leaky faucets and tubs. I highly recommend them and have used their services at my personal residence many times. Quick, efficient, friendly, competitive pricing and professional!

    Haas Plumbing & Heating
Job went very well. Asked for an inexpensive, brushed nickel faucet since I might be doing a kitchen remodel next year. Paid less than $100 for the faucet, looks great, and I got a sprayer too. Total job price was very reasonable. Couldn't be happier with the work. I will use Haas Plumbing for any future needs and will definitely recommend him to co-workers, family and friends.

    Depew Drilling
I spoke with them on the phone and they told me they would stop over and revisit the issue but they never showed up to talk about the job or doing the work. In the future it would be best to say "we are not interested in the job"

    Ber's HVAC, Plumbing & Electric
The electrician showed up and went over the work I required: such as update kitchen electrical, add can lights, rewire master bath and such. He was there for about an hour an said he would send me a quote. Never received one. Also wanted plumbing quote; they kept cancelling the day before so I gave up on them and moved on to get another plumber. So they waisted my time.

    Mackin & Sons Plumbing
Mike Mackin is punctual and professional. His prices are reasonable. He is very trustworthy. In the future, if we would have a plumbing issue, we would certainly call Mike Mackin to come to do the service.

    Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Cleveland
We have used Mr. Rooter for many things over the years. Most recently we lost water in our house. We called Mr. Rooter in the morning and they had Bill out to our house by the afternoon. He worked until early evening and then came back the next day, and the day after. He put in several full days at our house on a very messy, and difficult job. He even took a piece home to custom fit it to our odd sized well. Just when we thought everything was fine, our water went out again and he was back over on a Sunday (his day off) to fix the issue (it wasn't his fault the water went back out), but it is completely fixed now with all new parts. I trust Mr. Rooter for all of our plumbing needs. They may not be as cheap as the handyman down the street, but they are reliable, honest and hard working. They never give excuses and have always gone above and beyond for us.

    The Village Craftsmen LLC
The Village Craftsmen / Bath Planet of Northeastern Ohio crew was professional and responsive to our last minute changes to the design. Considering these unplanned structural changes, the crew was easy to work with and the extra cost seemed more than reasonable. We chose to replace the existing built-in linen cabinet and vanity with new Bertch hickory cabinets and matching light bar, a Kohler two-door medicine cabinet to replace the wall-inset mirror, and Invictus vinyl flooring, all from Hartville Hardware. This one-stop shopping made it really easy to match the color of our pre-existing tile to what would be our new flooring and cabinets. All of that was $4,400 of the total cost of the bathroom remodel. These decisions and cost were done outside of Village Craftsmen involvement, however the installation of these items was included in the initial Village Craftsmen estimate. The wet area is a Bath Planet design with a bathtub with removable section for stepping through, and a shower with a spray hose. There are many enclosure patterns to choose from, which are picked out of a catalog when getting the initial estimate from the Bath Planet representative who came to our home. We also chose oil-rubbed bronze Moen fixtures and grab bars (Brantford style) that give the bathroom a very sophisticated look. The work for the demolition of cabinets, bulkheads and flooring, and replacing of the drywall, was done expertly and quickly. The Village Craftsmen assessed the condition of legacy pipes, and water-damaged floor, and replaced what needed to be replaced as par for the course -- not cutting corners, but doing it right the first time. The total cost was an initial down payment of $5,100 and another $6,400 at the end of the eight-day job. We are not do-it-yourselfers by any means, so we were happy to put the work into the experienced hands of the Village Craftsmen crew, who did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. We couldn't be happier with the result and believe it was well worth the cost.
