AGood Nature Organic Lawn Care - IndianapolisWe have a new build so we had to start from scratch with our entire back yard and grow grass as well as fertilize it. The soil we have is terrible. But we also don't want chemicals and toxins all over our yard where our three kids play. We hired Organic Nature to do the work. Organic Nature is one of the best vendors I've ever had. Their customer service is A+, they stand behind their work, their response and communication is extremely good and their services are fantastic. And honestly, their prices are comparable to all these other companies that use chemicals or are national chains. They make sure they do the job right, they actually care about getting it done right rather than just quick and completed like a lot of other vendors. I've recommended them to two other neighbors who now love them as well. We now have them on an annual basis doing lawn treatments for us.- Meg & Mahbod A.

FThe first few services was good communication and good service. They came out weekly for several weeks. Then they just stopped coming did not call did not return my messages just left me high and dry. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not give them another dollar and I would not spend your money on this company. Very very disappointed and very wrong to do that to someone. Each time they came out to provide Service they were paid immediately. There’s no excuse for this unprofessional behavior.

AJeff came out first to scope out the projects and was very friendly and quoted me a reasonable price for both jobs. He reassured me that he would definitely complete my job before the leaves were to be picked up by the city. I liked him from the start and he was true to his word. he and a buddy came back and worked very hard for two hours to removed the leaves with heavy duty blowers, rakes and tarps. He came back a few days later and mowed everything. He used a weed eater and an edger also. Wow! My lawn as never looked this nice!!! I was looking for a landscaping company that could do multiple tasks for me and I am happy to say I found the perfect one. I'll be hiring him to do many jobs in the future such as planting some blue spruce shrubs for me and repairing my back yard where I had a drainage system installed earlier this year. Of course, I already mentioned these projects to him and the fact that I want him to take care of my lawn next year!!!! I really lucked out with this company!!! It deserves an A++++++++ rating.

AWe are thrilled with the quality of the work completed and would hire this team again!! The personnel were professional, knowledgeable, detailed, skilled, and timely. We appreciated their clear communications, their creative problem-solving, and their daily cleanup. Based on relocating the walkway for grading/leveling purposes, there was a need for topsoil, grass seed, straw, and mulch -- they provided all of these materials and completed the additional work in a timely manner. The redesigned and rebuilt walkway has received several compliments from neighbors. We couldn't be more pleased!

AIt was a small job, so I was afraid that companies would not respond promptly. Combs stopped by to make an estimate very quickly. The estimate was very reasonable, and after I accepted, Combs kept in touch about when they would be out to do the work. The work was done quickly and well. And so economically! I will definitely hire again and have already asked for an estimate on other work.

AIt went very well. We have a big 100 year old oak so the job had to wait for winter. The trimming went quickly, they cut the big pieces and stacked smaller limbs I can cut myself, and raked the yard of small debris.
