I have never met a more unprofessional company in my life. The neighbor house converted into condos. The property manager/owner hired them to remove a limb pushing down on one of the cable/phone/power lines. The crew that showed up did a majority of their work from my yard, sitting on the deck, wrapping ropes around my trees 60 feet into my property, discarding broken limbs onto my property. I was given no notification that work was being done, nor did I get an apology. Instead I contacted the office and was treated like I was inconveniencing them. I tried to speak to the foreman, and waited while he was on the phone with his company lying about what they did. I spoke to multiple people at their office and was basically told "Sorry, but.." Sorry, but we dont feel the need to notify you because we expect neighbors to speak to each other. Sorry, but my guys were only there for 10 min. Sorry, but our guys do a great job, but aren't great with customers. Sorry, but our guys dont need additional training becuase they are great with customers. Basically it came down to me being told I should appreciate what they do, that they may have been on my property but they have a job to do and I do not need to be notified, and that I basically needed to get over it. Never once did they just say, you know what, you are right. We should have asked for permission, we messed up, and we are so sorry and will handle it so the situation doesn't happen again in the future. I am a pretty understanding person overall and I understand that things dont always go as planned. What I didn't appreciate was the complete lack of respect of my private property or the attitude that I should just get over it.

My experience was fine. We had a 10% off from Angie’s List. The price was fair. Their quality was really good, they cleaned up everything, they did really good. They were punctual. They were real good. We probably will use them again eventually.

Linger's Lumberjacks did an awesome job. There were so many obstacles and we were a bit nervous, but they did not damage one thing. The crew came out with a crane and bucket truck. The crew were extremely professional and just did such a good job. They cleaned up so well also. There wasn't a single leaf or twig on the ground when they left. We were very impressed. They even put our bird feeder stands back for us that they had to move out of the way. We will not hesitate to use them again.

I asked for two quotes on two projects and provided a down payment for both.; Since then I have been unable to reach Chris Brown of Integrity Ground Maintenance ; While I suppose there could be some personal health problem preventing him from responding, it would be odd that multiple voice mails would go unanswered because the mailbox fills up and then is available again. Someone is clearing the messages. You would think if it was a legitimate business, they would return the calls. My hope is that I can follow-up with a review that there was a valid reason for the delay, and that I was refunded. Otherwise I have to look for legal options. We are doing the work ourselves. He did absolutely no work and he failed to return calls.

We live on a 9-acre property with many mature trees.  Over the years the trees were not well maintained, and we needed to get rid of some of them, but felling these particular trees was too complex for us to do the work ourselves. Mike, the owner, was very responsive when we asked for the estimate and when scheduling the work.  Getting the work started was delayed by a lot of very wet weather that prevented them from bringing in the heavy equipment.
When the ground finally dried enough, the crew of 4 men arrived right on time and got right to work.  They were very nice about answering all our questions and didn't mind us snapping a lot of photos while they worked.  (We were smart enough to stay safely out of the work area.)
The trees on one side of our property consisted of two large walnut trees that overhung our neighbor's roof, plus a walnut and a cherry tree that had grown into the utility lines.  The trunk of one of them had wrapped itself around the pole. Working from the bucket, the man (can't remember his name) who cut the branches around the power lines was truly an artist.  In this same grove of trees were three spruce trees whose branches came to the ground and a few volunteer walnut and apple saplings.  They cut down the saplings and trimmed up the spruce trees.  The first day of work they had completed this whole area except for the stump grinding.
While most of the crew worked on the above area, another man ground the stumps of the trees we had previously cut on our own.
The second work day they finished up the stump grinding and worked on a mature, very tall walnut tree whose branches from one side had fallen off during a storm some years ago.  We were concerned that the tree would fall onto our house, but we hated to lose the tree.  They looked at the tree, and after consulting with them, we decided to have them trim the tree rather than cut it down.  There are no guarantees that the tree will live very long, but we are very happy that we tried to save it, as it looks so much better, and has fewer heavy branches that could fall on the house.  I was concerned that the trimming would leave the tree looking like the ones the electric company "prunes," but the tree looks great.
We had estimates from two other tree services, and I'm sure any of them would have done a good job, but for the money and the amount of work done, I'm glad we went with the Brush Bandit.

Mike came out within a day of my request for an estimate.  Due to the weather and the condition of my property (extremely wet), the work couldn't be done for a couple of months.   But Mike was very diligent about working with that and coming out to check and see if the ground had dried up enough for him to work.  He always kept in touch by phone to keep me updated.   The crew was great - what a bunch of hard workers!   They were very professional and friendly and also very efficient.  I was impressed and give them my highest recommendation!

I had an accident and could not mow my lawn.  A friend referred me to Wilson's.  I spoke to them and set up a date for an estimate.  They missed the appointment.  I called and they apologized and said they would "swing by" to give me an estimate.  They called and told me $110.00/month.  I agreed.  The first mowing, one of the workers using a string trimmer cut down a bed of irises.  He did not see me watching as he gathered them up and looked around to see if anyone saw him.  I opened my window and said, "Please be more careful."  He looked up and said "What?"  I repeated my request and he kept repeating "What?".  Finally I shook my head and waved my hand.  Other than the irises, the job looked very good.  Later that day, the manager called to say that the workers told him a plant had been damaged and he was calling to find out what happened.  I told him and he said ok.  Then he said, "Please do not curse at my employees".  I was dumbfounded!!!!  I never cursed, I was polite, HE DAMAGED MY PLANTS.  I almost fired them on the spot.  The employee obviously lied to save his own skin and I, the customer, was made out to be rude!!!  UNTRUSTWORTHY EMPLOYEES.
On the last mowing before they stopped showing up, one of the employees tried to ride a sulky attached to a walk behind mower across a very steep hill on my property.  I saw the entire event from my window.  He could have been killed.  The mower ended up at the bottom of the hill, upside down.  I yelled out the window, "Are you ok?  That is why you are mowing and I am not!" (my accident involved a mower and that very hill).  He looked at me and did not say a word.
They never returned and when I called I was hung up on.

I called for an estimate and setup a date and time. Mr. Linger was prompt and we talked of what I wanted done. He listen and made of few suggestions. He wrote up the estimate and I felt he was the one I wanted to do the work.

The crew came out on the day that was best for me and they did an excellent job of cutting, trimming and cleaning out the tree. The cleanup was superb!

Chris, the supervisor and his crew were polite, friendly and did a professional job!

I would highly recommend this company.

When I contacted the company the person that handles the scheduling was out at the time but she returned my call within an hour. She scheduled a time for someone to give me an estimate the next day. The person that person that performed the estimate was very friendly and we discussed a number of different options for the tree. He quoted me a very reasonable price. I needed the work done within three weeks, but they were able to schedule the work within just a few days. The crew that showed up did a great job - and the clean up was immaculate. The tree looks great and I would definitely use the company again in the future.
