ACardinal MaidsCardinal Maids is fantastic! We have been using their services for a couple of months, and their crew always does a fantastic job. This is such an improvement from a cleaning girl we had previously used... a crew gets the job done faster and better. They are extremely flexible, too. I recently had a baby, and I emailed Adam to have a cleaning crew out to our house while my husband and I were in the hospital. I sent the email Thursday around 8:30 pm, and Adam had a crew out Saturday afternoon. It was so nice to come home to a clean house with our toddler and newborn! The management team has been incredibly responsive, often answering emails within minutes of me sending a message, and have been willing to work with us on rescheduling or adding in services when needed. We've had a variety of cleaners over the last several months but were especially pleased with Jada and Senni, who recently cleaned our home very thoroughly and with lots of attention to detail. They are thorough and will customize their process, timing, and cleaning products to your desires. While I've had different men and women assigned to my home, literally ALL of them have been courteous, productive, helpful, and hard working. They see dirt that misses my eyes, and I've never had a cleaning that did not satisfy my expectations. I especially enjoyed the smile and sense of humor of one of their employees, Charlene. FI let Montana know 5 days in advance to reschedule our original clean. She scheduled for 11/5 at 9a. 3 days later on the night before, I let her know I was ready. She asked to push back the time to 12p. If I didn’t message her, who knows when she would’ve. On 11/5 at 12p, she says she’s still at her 1st clean. I had no idea how long it’d take or how far she was. She looked overwhelmed so I asked what works best for her. She SPECIFICALLY asked for 11/6 at 9a. On 11/6 after 10a, after waiting over an hour past HER requested time, I had no idea where she was or if she’s coming. After asking her status, she gave excuse after excuse & admitted to being completely unprepared. She said it’s out of her range, I don’t understand how the owner of a cleaning business cannot clean what my previous cleaners get done in 2hrs. If that’s the case, she should’ve never agreed to clean or messaged back & fourth almost 3 weeks. I’m behind 2 days of work accommodating her. AI was in a bind and God sent me an angel. My dad needed to downsize and move into retirement home. We got him moved out of his home on a Friday with plans to dispose of his remaining belongings on Saturday. That next morning all of my help bailed and I was the last man standing to complete the job. At 8am I started making calls and was so blessed to reach Craig Cunningham. I could tell he was busy but he agreed to work me in and gave me a mid afternoon appointment. I so delighted when he called a bit past noon letting me know that he was ahead of schedule and could arrive sooner. His crew worked efficiently to get the place cleaned out in a short amount of time. I can't thank him enough for making my day!

ACarpet was really dirty and they cleaned most of dirt. Said wear spots may not come perfectly clean. Looked at it the next day and was very happy how well the carpet cleaned up. Said if I was not satisfied with any areas he would come back. Nice job will use again.

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.
