The gentlemen working on our home were professional and introduced themselves anytime someone new was there. They made sure to clean up before they left everyday and were always open to answering questions we had along the the way. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and was able to provide guidance around changes that would improve our project and places where we could cut costs. At one point there was a small portion of the project we were not satisfied with but Chad quickly addressed the issue and corrected it with no problems. Chris showed up quickly on the morning after our roof was punctured by a tree limb and arranged to have a temporary patch until we could talk to the insurance company and get permanent work done. The temporary patch lasted 2 weeks with no leakage which allowed us to go on an already planned vacation and delay the work on the roof until we returned. Everyone was easy to deal with, the work was done on time and the guys were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Needing a new roof isn't anyone's first choice of things to do, but it couldn't have been easier!- Albert R.

AJim and his crew are dedicated hard working professionals. The cost was very reasonable and he worked hard to source the materials needed despite the fact that they were in short supply. They pay attention to detail and take their time to get things right. It took a good 3 weeks to build our deck and there were between 2-3 guys working every day. I was glad that they were patient and not rushed at all. The other thing that jim does well is he gives a very detailed accounting of what different things cost and when payment was expected. I am going to use him again for some basement finishing as well.

BSupplies delivered and sat on my roof for 2weeks. Roof was completed in one day but the gutter covers were not done. It took a week and persistence on my behalf to finally get the gutters taken care of a week later. Someone dropped the ball and communications were weak until I got the ball rolling. The job seems to have been completed without complications but it's only been less than a week since completion.

AThe Henderson employees were very friendly and professional. Even our neighbors commented on how quietly they did their work with minimal impact on the neighborhood. They cleaned up after themselves daily, and did wonderful work. As is with any older home (1978), there were a few complications, but they worked through them without any impact to the quoted amount. We're happy with the results and the entire experience.

AGreat Company, Jason would come out himself to see how things were going and inspect the work. This was a big job that no other company wanted to take on.. The job was done in a very timely manner considering the weather couldn't have been worse. They were there when we were told they would be. My kitchen is next for them to do, then remodel our loft, then planning on an addition. I would not consider any other company to do my home improvements. I cannot say enough good things about True Form Construction.
