    ELITE SEWER & SEPTIC
I called to have septic pumped, new risers installed and help locating exactly where the tank, discharge line and leach bed was at so that I could plan an addition project for my new house. Instead I got to listen to a 10 minute slamming of a competitor, the county officials, and then he hung up on me when I asked him a question related to why I called in the first place. NOT PROFESSIONAL at all.

    Judge's Sanitation LLC
I called because our septic tank had failed a county inspection. I spoke with Juanita and explained the constant issues we were having since purchasing the house in 2014. She was soo understanding and helpful (and funny!). They were booked that day so we scheduled for the following day. The crew finished up early the day I called and Kenny asked if it was okay if they stopped by. I said Absolutely!! They arrived around 30 minutes later and took the time to educate us on our equipment and proper maintenance requirements. They took extra time to explain how to find our leach fields and warned us about a tree that could possibly do some serious damage to them (and they were very right!). These are genuinely GOOD PEOPLE who really are looking out for your best interest and are willing to take all the time needed to help you. I can't say enough great things about them. So happy to have found them on Angie's List. Highly recommend.

    ELITE SEWER & SEPTIC
Overall, I think I like the owner/operator and, particularly for tank pumping I think they're very efficient and give good service. However, it was challenging. I'd had a (very bad) 'landscape' contractor who'd damaged the septic-tank lift-pipe that feeds out to the leach field, as well as possibly damaged my leaching beds (that's another story). I reached out to Elite about it. I have an out-of-area cell# having recently moved full-time to OH, and Elite didn't answer the phone to me, and didn't call back even though I'd left a message. I kept trying and eventually got a pick-up. I was explaining the awful disaster the landscaper had left me with, and I think the Elite owner didn't understand, because he became very, very hostile, and then oddly said I should probably get someone else - I managed to communicate in the end that I wasn't defending the landscaper or his competence/knowledge, but that I was trying not to get caught in a fight over what he'd done, and Elite agreed to fix the pipe. They cancelled, I think twice, and then eventually came late one evening and started work. The owner works hard and his girlfriend assists him, and it seems to me that they work long hours juggling many people's work trying to keep up - kudos for the work ethic. They put-in a new pipe, and it works, and I was happy with the work, and having had a chance to talk with them face-to-face, I like the owner of Elite, I think he's a genuine guy. Some problems though: They'd had to cut through two drainage pipes to put in the new sewer line, and while he replaced a section of one, he said he'd come back and wanted to put-in a 'clean-out' on the other intersection, and he was going to do it 'for free', and so left the 3ftx3ftx2ft hole in the yard. He'd also put-in an inverted U-section of pipe in the lift-station of my septic tank, so as to raise the pump removal wire higher, but I found that a joint on that pipe is failing, bleeding effluent whenever the pump activates. He also smashed the switch-box riser diffing the trench. It's been two months now and, although I'd called them four-or-so times, they never did come back and put-in the 'clean-out', and I had to repair that drainage pipe and back-fill the hole myself. They also never fixed the U-pipe he installed, and that joint will, eventually, fail completely of course - that's perhaps the most disappointing part, because I'll probably then end-up with an emergency call-out to repair what was, after all, a change to the piping that Elite did as a 'precaution' and wasn't actually required for laying the new lift-pipe. I know they've driven-by at least because while I was away they dumped a replacement switch-box riser on my grass, but didn't install it. So, mixed feelings. For sure, I would have Elite come and pump my tank, and maybe even install some inspection rise-hatches we'd talked about. I decided that I like the contractor and I appreciate his passion for doing sewer work right and not having cowboys touch your system. But I'd be lying if I said the finishing was satisfactory, because honestly it isn't. I think I just wish that he'd not said he was going to do things he never 'had time' to come back an do, so I knew I had to take care of them, and I wish he'd not put-in the u-section 'for convenience' if it was then going to be left in this state of inevitable failure. So, mixed feelings.

    Chuck's Septic Tank Service
Pretty smooth transaction from initial scheduling to completion.  Answered many questions regarding the septic system as this is the first house I have had with such a system.  Very informative and patient, and helpful with other sources of information as well.  The driver(?  Operator ) was on time, friendly, and happy with his job.    Will definitely use them again in a few years when needed

    Ace Septic Tank Cleaning SVC
We had originally scheduled with a different contractor who cancelled because their driver was sick. We called Ace and they were able to come within an hour from our call.
Joe was friendly and very helpful. We cleaned our septic tank and after about 15 minutes asked us to flush our toilets in order to completely empty our septic tank.
We would definitely use them again.

    Chuck's Septic Tank Service
Based on Angie's List, I hired Chuck's to service my septic tank.  It had been 5 years since it was last serviced.
Called Chuck's office for an appointment and got quick, professional person to schedule the appointment. They committed to Monday just 5 days later.
Morning of appointment, I got a call from the office confirming truck arrival 45 minutes later. Truck arrived right on time.  Driver/serviceman Luke was extremely careful backing his truck into our driveway and along the narrow gravel drive to the backyard..
Luke spoke with me first, for a few minutes to make sure he understood what service I wanted.  He examine all of the system thoroughly and helped me understand how the system worked. I asked about other services his company offered (drain cleaning) and he explained without shifting into 'sales mode'.  No pressure; just information about what they do best.
After carefully laying out his vacuum hoses (never touched my delicate plants), he took his time and did his work quickly.  When he was cleaning up at the end, I offered my nearby garden hose, which he declined saying he didn't want to dirty my equipment.  He brought out his own hose from the truck. That was professional!
When the job was done, he closed everything up, cleaned up, and things looked exactly as he found them.
After all the service people I have had to watch over closely, it was really refreshing and comforting to see a pro do his job with care and efficiency. I intend to engage this company again, and for other service work.
Mr. Chuck: you can be proud of these workers; they represent you well!  Book me again for 2 years from now!

    E. C. BABBERT INC
Extremely punctual and very good. It was not an emergency. This was a normal pumping out of a septic tank. This is the third time I've used them over the last 20 years. I've recommended them to two neighbors.
