    PICKERINGTON ANIMAL HOSPITAL
We didn't price around. There are two vets. The one we typically see is very good with our dog. She is very nice and personable. We found out about them because we wanted to get a second opinion on another job who got a diagnosis. We thought that their diagnosis was better than the other one, so we switched to them.

    PETPLEX ANIMAL HOSPITAL
I take my 3 dogs to Pet Plex for care. They do a great job with all of them. The staff is great and their prices are very reasonable. They have gotten me in pretty quick when one of my dogs is sick. I would recommend them to care for your animals.

    Lance's Hidden Fencing
I don't think it'd be possible to convey how pleased we are with Lance's services! Installation was timely, communication was excellent, and professionalism was incredible! That was just the installation of the invisible fence! The training session was a class of it's own for excellence! Lance spent 3 hours training our 2 dogs with the fence. Our little dog is a bit stubborn, but took to Lance immediately and the entire session was fantastic! I can't recommend using Lance's services enough. He is a godsend!

    BALTIMORE VETERINARY CLINIC
I had been a customer of the clinic for a year or two. I went to them mainly because of convience and the prices were reasonalbe.I was have several procedures performed on one day for 4 different dogs. Due to financial reasons, I asked for a quote for each service being done. I knew exactly who gave me the quote and confirmed it again when I brought my dogs to the clinic. When I returned to pick up my dogs, one of the services I requested had gone from $40 to $280. There was NO mistake on my part. The receptionist admitted she quoted me the incorrect price. I feel they should have honored it but their solution was to drop the price to $240. I refused their offer because I had verified it twice before bringing my pets to them. Their solution was to finally (after several phone calls on my part and my refusal to pay more than the quote was to let me have the quoted price and then they sent me a very nasty letter telling me that I could no longer come to their clinic. They stated that the time they took to perform the surgery took time away from their family. I am not really sure what that had to do with anything but that's what they said! Also, please be aware that the mostly have clinic hours which means it's a first come, first service basis so you may end up sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes to 4 hours. Please be ready for the horrible smell in the entire clinic. I do believe cleanliness is slacking a bit. It smells like urine and it is strong. And finally, they do not offer ANY emergency services available. You are referred to a vet in Buckeye Lake or OSU Vet Clinic which is really quite a distance from Baltimore especially in an emergency.

    BALTIMORE VETERINARY CLINIC
I use them all the time. They care about the animals and that is the main thing. They know all our animals by name and love all of them. Their prices are competitive and the charges depend on what kinds of services are rendered. Our dogs are high maintenance and it is not uncommon to come out of there with a $75 bill.

MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets
We had a problem with one of our dogs; he had been diagnosed with a possible ligament tear. His leg had swollen up and we called our regular vet, but since it was Saturday, they told us they didn't have the staff or equipment, so they suggested MedVet. We took him there, and after doing some MRIs & testing, they were able to conclude that he had gotten a major infection of some sort. Because of the type of infection it was and the fact that he wasn't eating/drinking normally for a few days, they needed to admit him and put him on IVs, and gave him antibiotics since he was dehydrated. He stayed for 4 days, and after 4 days they told us that they wouldn't be able to perform the ligament surgery due to the infection. Throughout this process, they explained things very well and called our home to check up on his progress, which I thought was incredibly professional and I appreciated that. We're just about done with the treatment, and the dog is doing fairly well considering what he has to go through.

    PETCO
The young lady (Jen?) was sooo nice and sweet to my dog, and my husband and I were very pleased with the results of the new short 'do. Jen said she'd had to do much of the work by hand, since our dog's hair had gotten so long, but she did a WONDERFUL job!! Plus, I had procrastinated and tried to get the appointment right before Easter, and was so happy to be squeezed in the same day. We will definitely go back!

    ANIMAL HOSPITAL OF PATASKALA
We have used them for probably 10 years. All 3 of the doctors are very knowledgeable and patient with the animals. They have been very considerate with our feelings when we had to put an animal down. They are very flexible with their schedule. They explain how to use any medications and what to do/not do when there have been injuries or problems. The staff is very friendly and willing to work with us on getting our animals in and out. They are very patient with our problem animals in the office- a couple of our dogs are very touchy with strangers.

MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets
Dr. Schertel's associate (Dr. Benjamino?), called us first thing in the AM and went into every detail of what they were going to do, what complications might happen and worst/best case scenarios. Surgery went well; she had to stay overnight the second night for observation and came home the next day. Returned in 2 weeks for suture removal. Has been doing ok since. We love MedVet; not their prices, but they are wonderful and since they are specialists, you have to expect some extra cost. This was not our first experience with Dr. Schertel; we've had two priors and both of those went very well also.

    BALTIMORE VETERINARY CLINIC
Decent care. Good for regular shots and regular maintenance for your pets. Office call around $25 for the call only, doesn't include meds. and procedures. No emergency service at the clinic, they refer you to another Vet. Although Vets. are very caring, keep in mind that if your pet's case gets complex, ask for a referral to a specialist if you want it. They have a tendency to not suggest specialist unless you ask. Extremely busy during open clinic times. They say they take appointments, but try to talk you into coming to clinic instead. That makes for long wait times as the clinic is first come, first served. Two vets, Dr. Fain and Dr. Grubb.
