  Cons: Victory Pro Cleaning Service was difficult to get ahold of. I had to call and leave two messages before being called back. We scheduled for Monday at 2:00 (which was 12 days after I signed up.) When they had not arrived by 2:30, I called and was told they had forgotten.
  They gave me the choice of rescheduling or still coming. I asked them to come.
  That's the negative part.
  Pros: Once they (Luzia and her son Paul) were here they were pleasant and professional. It was obvious they were experienced. They brought all their own supplies. All they asked of me was my vacuum. They arrived a little after 4 and stayed until almost 7 (Their time should have been up at 6, but they stayed longer to make up for forgetting about the appointment!) They needed very little direction from me; they worked constantly throughout the time they were here. They did a better job cleaning my house han the last 4 cleaners I have had, so YES I would use them again. I would just give them a reminder call the day before!!

  Jessie and Angie are very professional and thorough. They always arrive on time, get their work done promptly and waste no time. They are completely trustworthy and we take advantage of their time cleaning our house to leave it in their hands as we run errands. When we return, our house is always locked and secure, everything is back in its place and it's clean as a whistle! Before the first time they cleaned our house, they asked us to tell them what we wanted them to do, gave us a very fair price and did everything they said they would do. We have never been disappointed in their work and each month before they leave, we agree on the next month's cleaning day. If our schedule changes, they have always rescheduled their appointment to accommodate our schedule. On the rare occasion their schedule has changed, they have always given us adequate notice and time to reschedule. Also, we have a lot of "stuff" to work around and Jessie and Angie are always careful to get everything back where it belongs.

  Clean Expressions

  From the start a few months ago until now I only have good things to say. They use products without chemicals in my house and if I need them to do more cleaning in an area they will. The owner always calls to remind me they will be coming the next day and asks me if the cleaning acceptable. Which I have been happy after every visit.

  Contacted Brenda regarding cleaning a home I was purchasing. I wanted her to clean it as soon as I got possession and she was great at accommodating my schedule. She was willing to schedule me on a Friday evening. With concerns regarding, when we would get the keys. With very short notice, Brenda rescheduled the cleaning for Saturday morning. Awesome! She arrived with all the necessary supplies and gave me some very helpful pointers for cleaning. She even said to call if I ever needed advise on cleaning. I can't say enough of the great experience, from beginning to end, having Brenda and her husband clean my home. They did a great job, very professional and super friendly. I would highly recommend S & B Cleaning Service.
